The team at Noble offered a full and honest inspection of my 2014 Mercedes. It's a new-to-me car that I'm still getting familiar with. I had some intermittent electrical issues that I was afraid would be something really serious and expensive to repair. It turned out to only be the battery, that was bad. They did a full check of all the systems, documented with photos the condition of each, and gave me the option to repair or wait, without pressure. Their professionalism is impressive! I have confidence to take my other cars there.

We had to get our truck towed in for service as we weren't sure what exactly was the issue. It had been sitting for awhile in the garage and needed some TLC. I spoke to Chris and explained our situation, and he assured me our truck was in good hands. I even asked to have the truck detailed and they really delivered. Great communication, service, and follow-up with Chris & his team. The truck runs like a dream, and we are thrilled to have it up and working. Absolutely use recommend them and use them again.

The Noble Mechanic always gives exceptional service. The things I needed fixed were not cheap items so I was glad there was a credit financing option available to me.They are great at explaining things thoroughly and providing pictures of their findings. Also, they were really good at working me into their schedule and they even got the car done the Friday before the Monday it was scheduled since I dropped it off early.All things considered I am so happy to be back on the road and I am glad I chose The Noble Mechanic.

Been a customer for.... a long time. I've spent thousands of dollars here. Back when they were napa, they were a great shop.Now? It's always a challenge with them. I either have to take my car back several times to get the problem solved or it has a brand new issue when I get it back. Time before last, I got my truck back and it had been drained of oil and not refilled! I had to stop at the first corner and get 6 quarts. This last time they had my vehicle for a WEEK before they let me know that they don't work on older cars (nothing before 99, I think) and to come and get it.I won't be going back because I'm not going to find a new shop for ONE of my cars. It's for the best because it forces me to find a new shop. It's just the final disappointment from this place because I have been coming here with several vehicles for years.The people are friendly, and they do get the job done eventually some of the time. They are expensive for the work they do and it's always a hassle with them. No more referrals or recommendations from me. I hope they get it together.

Great place to take your car. Brianna was very helpful in getting my car in. She gave me a quote and told me what my car needed plus a ride home. Chris made me feel like family. Thank you for all the help and this will be my mechanic shop from now on.

Absolutely a wonderful place to have your vehicle fixed. They was honest and fixed my car when other places could not. The shop was reasonable with their prices and even provided a courtesy car. Very kind and professional from the moment I entered the office and throughout the entire repair process. They were genuine and thorough in addressing my concerns. Their complimentary inspection identified other issues and recommended preventive maintenance with no pressure to perform. Communication through texts and emails was quick and easy. Owning a Cadillac, I had to be wise about which Repair Shop I trusted to keep my vehicle in Top Condition at a very affordable price, and Noble Mechanic has been my repair shop for 3 years now. I had a great experience with the Noble mechanic. They were honest, professional,friendly reasonably priced and helpful in giving me rides to wherever I had to go.I highly recommend them for anyone in the area or traveling through. A very nice clean shop.

Had my car looked at here the staff was great but when the mechanic test drove my car they ran over a nail and my tire went flat shortly after I picked it up from the place.and when I called about the tire pressure monitor being on which was not on before at all they just told me it was prob the cold air or a small leak. So not only was I stranded and late for I work I had to pay to get my car fixed cause they failed to tell me they ran over a nail. Update: shop is taking care of me will be coming back regularly because of that.

*See update below* They won't answer the phone when you call and if you try to schedule an appointment they won't email you back. The Noblesville store was very helpful though, so try them if you want to use Noble Mechanic.Update: I appreciate the response received, and it seems in good faith. I already scheduled with a different mechanic, but I'm going to increase my star rating because I feel they did want to make it right.

Had some difficulties with pricing and getting everything sorted, but they were willing to work with me to bring it down to my budget. They also provided a rental car while they worked on mine, which was handy for someone who works weekends.

They live up to their name. Offered me a courtesy car free of charge, fought for me when it came to my warranty, and offered an extension of payment. Wonderful people. Bri at the desk was a nice girl and really made the frustrating experience a good one. I appreciate all of them.

I lost my locking lug key and was in the process of getting new wheels and tires put on my truck. Ford said there would be a 3 week wait, the noble mechanic got me taken care of within 15 minutes of me calling. This will be the only place I service both of my vehicles going forward.

I will say this is first mechanic shop that actually took time and look at my vehicle knowing i couldn't get parts fix due to i was in moving process they still gave me loaner vehicle so I could use.

My car was disabled and they provided a tow, for a fee but saved me time and money. I didn t know the problem so they did a diagnostic of the whole car, found the problem and provided in details everything that needed attention. I only requested that the problem at hand be fixed and was taken care of.Kris was very helpful and provided great customer service. I will be returning.Service: Electrical repair

They are a very thorough mechanic shop. They take pictures of everything and send you estimates via email. I followed the link they sent and it was very self explanatory to see the estimates and photos of what was found. They also included video with audio. I would recommend them over all other mechanics in town.

They misled me on the phone prior to my dropping off my car letting me know that I would get an estimate before any repairs were made, which was true. However they did charge me $150 for the inspection to let me know what needed done which is hilarious because they stated on this report that the horn worked fine which it never has. I don't have a working horn so I can't trust anything that was on this report. I definitely do not recommend their services, I didn't ultimately choose to go through them because I can't trust the information that I was given I went to a mechanic that I have never had a problem with instead.Update: The owner did contact me and handle the situation with understanding and care, explaining what was supposed to have happened and taking action that this doesn't happen again to anyone else. I really appreciate him reaching out and correcting the situation.

First time customer at Noble Mechanic in Kokomo. My daughter s car broke down while driving so we called Noble Mechanic and talked with Kris. The service we received was quick, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I would definitely use Noble Mechanic of Kokomo again and would recommend to others. The gas cap warning light was on so I went to Noble Mechanic and Ernie told me to start with a new gas cap.I went to the dealer and was surprised that the gas cap cost $ 49.I took the new gas cap to Noble and they installed it for free.Noble has knowledge mechanics and friendly employees.
