The ABSOLUTE worse experience EVER. The staff was inexperienced and did not fulfill my request which resulted in my guests from Minnesota being locked out if their room. I had to search for housekeeping. My guests were here a week and housekeeping only came in because I tracked them down. I will NEVER utilize this hotel again!!! Go to a motel that is professional and knowledgeable about the front desk and room options experience. DEFINITELY 2 thumbs down!!!

First impression: walking into the lobby a werid smell you first notice. It's a mix of air freshener, weed and possible pool chemicals. The room was clean and looked ok. Everything seemed to work properly. The smell was not in the room just in hallways and lobby.Not planning on eating breakfast already can tell its nothing fancy or anything.We did swim in the pool and noticed it needs updated, I could tell the pool was full of chlorine. The filters looked like it needed clean, noticed some black mold, noticed hairs/fuzzy materials floating in the pool.They also do nothing about noise complaints...we ended up leaving around 2am because of how loud it was and staff kept saying they couldn't hear it but you can. Will be requesting a refund

Overall our stay was fine! However the OWNERS ARE FRAUDS!!! I HAVENT STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IN OVER 2 MONTHS and they are trying to charge my card for $241.50! Lock your cards people and tell me I owe for 2 nights

Stayed 3 nights, was suppose to be 4 but thank goodness we wrapped things up.Fridge did not work ( dealt with that np). Gap in the bottom of door and frame so you can see the hallway. Toilet seat was broke, some stains on the blankets, smelled of stale cigarettes, mold under knob of shower and water damage on the bathroom cabinet.Nice staff though but the people next door were loud and playing music til after midnight.

Back in April on the 7th of the month 2023 we rented 2 rooms with king-size beds. The date was for September 23rd 2023. Confirmation number was given. Had to cancel one room. Kept one room. Had the gentlemen make sure I was still getting my room. He insured me I was getting the room with a king size bed as per my reservation.Upon arrival on the 23rd of September 2023 they were sold out. Upon entering our room we noticed the bed was a queen-sized. Went to the front desk letting the lady know that we had months before reserved for a king sized bed and that the bed we got was a queen. Told her we know what a king-size bed looks like as we ourselves have one.She stated all the rooms have been rented out and she couldn't change us rooms. Unfortunately we had to stay in yhat room. The next morning upon checking out we explained to the lady who was working the day shift what had happened. She stated she would speak with the manager as we paid for a room with a king size bed. So before I sign to pay for any room from now on I will ask to see the room just to make sure they have it right. I feel since we didn't get what we reserved we should get compensated for. Very disappointed! The carpet felt sticky room needed updated badly upon entering had a musky smell. Had I known it was gonna be like this I would have told them I didn't want to be charged as we wouldn't be staying.

It was absolutely horrible.1. Web site said pet friendly. When I checked in the clerk said no cats but I could sneak them in.2. Put us in room that had been smoked in. Hotel is supposed to be all non-smoking3. Asked for a room change. She said ,"since she allowed me to bring in the cats" .....then her story changed reasons. She had another customer coming in with a reservation.4. Gave me a unlabeled bottle with a spray to cover up the smoke smell. This spray was toxic smelling. I had a hard time breathing because of this "smoke cover up" spray.5. Total false advertising of pet friendly, non-smoking, and veteran-friendly hotel

The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping staff and daytime desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening shift desk staff very rude and not accommodating. Homeless people hanging out by the back door of the building smoking right by the doors. My room was close to the back door but I had to walk around to the front every time because of the smoking. The back door was also propped open by a rock the whole time I was there. The evening desk staff was not concerned when I mentioned it, didn't feel safe having my teenage daughter there. Overall clean place to stay if you're traveling alone, but not family friendly for sure.

Just don't do it. Paying elevator/decent room prices is not my idea of a good time when the place smells like marijuana, has no elevator, barely working air and ripples in all the floors (structural and bad carpet job if my guess is correct). I could go on but you get the idea.Rooms: They were surface clean tho smelled musty and off. They were decently outfitted with a mini fridge(no freezer) & microwave but compared to another Wyndham experience out of state, nothing here is close to the same experience and this place is not coming out on top in that comparison. The heating cooling wall unit barely blows air and that appeared to be the case all over incl. hallways.Nearby activities: There are decent eateries and a fun center/go cart track within walking or short driving distance but that's about it.Walkability: If you're looking for sidewalks and safe spots, not finding em here. However if you're asking for locations close enough to walk to if you're prepared to walk thru grass, then, sure, there's plenty of that including half a dozen better grade hotels.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean-no weird smells, bugs, etc.. Linens and furniture were clean. Bathroom was clean. No issues with any of the bathroom utilities. Had hot water for my showers. Internet connection was fantastic. I watched a show on my computer with no issues. Breakfast options were good- white and wheat bread for toast, waffles, apples, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, apple juice, orange juice, yogurt. Bed was a little too firm. Pool looked dirty so I did not swim. We had to put down a $90 refundable deposit when I thought online it said $50. Overall good price and great stay.

Absolutely amazing room. Staff was friendly and helpful, conveniently located around several restaurants, shopping, and more. As bad as this sounds, the room smells absolutely amazing compared to other hotels with similar pricing. Very happy to have stayed here. Would highly recommend over any other similar priced accommodations.Rooms: Very clean and luxurious.

The room was pretty nice. Smelled and looked clean. I was not expecting a real fridge/freezer and kitchenette! I only once heard another guest from inside my room and the bed was fine. I did wish less light came in from the window in the morning because I am a later sleeper but I will definitely be back if I come to the area. The front desk was nice each time I went and the area seemed pretty safe. I had a dog along (minimal pet fee) and was able to walk him after midnight outside whenever without concern.

Clean and comfortable!There was an issue in the middle of the night. I brought to the attention of the staff member behind the desk. She was extremely fast and professional at rectifying the issue.I understand that things can happen (and so should everyone who travels!) The problem was corrected in the most professional way I could have ever imagined. I was ready for a storm of attitude and dismissive words, instead I got an immediate solution and a friendly demeanor. Definitely a 5/5 for the manager and her staff!Not every stay will be perfect, but it is great to know that her staff and herself were on the ball so quickly to make it 100% better. So to anybody reading this: just know you re going to get a clean and comfortable and well priced room and if anything goes wrong, they ll fix it in a heartbeat! I ll definitely be staying at this property again when I breeze back through Kokomo in a matter of weeks.Many Thanks,Jay

After a brief power loss the AC quit working. Maintenance failed to fix the problem. Finally, I was permitted to move to a like room but it reeked of mildew. It was quiet there and that the only good thing about my stay.Rooms: It smelled like mildew.

Room attendance was fair, sleeping services were good, could use some more VA service on the pool system and full access to commodity training and trade lacks in full life harvest, could be plumbing area for all I know . there are definitely transmission of infectious words that speak there. Flowers were pretty much highlights of something you don't see at home. the were pretty. Thank you for reservations to see the Flowers.. There not the ones I want piping in row's, that people bicker over, still need another serenity property.

The room was nothing fancy, but decent. The HVAC worked great and the room was decent size (single king bed). The bathroom was okay, but nothing fancy. Everything worked okay with no major issues. The receptionists were friendly and got me checked in and out in a quick and professional manner. My only compliant was the breakfast in the morning. It was incredibly limited as the only options were mini-muffins, mini-waffles, bananas (many on the verge of rotting), orange juice, and coffee. The seating was also extremely limited. Just three 4 person tables. I did not expect anything fancy like omelets, breakfast sandwiches, or high end chefs, but I have seen other Super 8 locations and similar and lower tier hotels have much better breakfast options. I think that other fruit options like apples, grapes, and oranges, cereal options, and maybe some hard-boiled or scrambled eggs would greatly enhance the breakfast for not much additional cost to the hotel.

Upside - most of the staff were nice and helpful.Downsides - the hotel is grungy.Our no smoking room had cigarette burns all over the comforter (we bought our own comforters and pillows at target).The pool isn t clean.The picture on the website do not accurately show the hotel rooms.Our room stayed humid so sweaty clothes didn t dry at all (we were there for a soccer tournament).If you have small children, be aware that the window do not have screens (and the windows open all the way).We found out the fire department has been called there for overdoses in the past.The tournament placed us at this hotel, had any other hotels had room for our group, we would have gone anywhere else.

Might have been one of the dirtiest place I had to stay in, if we weren t forced into staying there by the tournament that we were playing in we would have left. There were all sort of shady people hanging around. The bedding was distrusting and stains everywhere. The walls had stuff running down them, found some kind of hard dark stuff in corner of bed skirt. One other rooms had an ant infestation and management did nothing after telling them 2x. Another room had a mattress that looked like it had dark body fluids all over it. Overall, it is not somewhere I d ever touch foot in again.

Mixed review. Staff was great, helpful, and accommodating. Changed rooms for us right away with no problem after we walked into the first room to discover neighbor was yelling on speaker phone on other side of connecting door.Hotel was clean and "updated" ...but there was an inch and half gap between the floor and door to hall AND the connecting room door. Had to use the extra pillows to cover sound and light. Pool is under filled by at least a foot.

This was my second stay here. It was disappointing. There were 2 open canned drinks in my refrigerator, the toilet had a missing bolt which made it very wobbly trying to sit on it, the room smelt musty, there wasn't a hair dryer. I had to go get one after I had already taken my shower and the pool had a couple dead bugs in it along with some other debris, so I wasn't going to swim in it. At 10:00 am, housekeeping was banging on the door wanting to come in and clean it. I was taking a nap and it woke me up. Check out isn't until 11:00 am!! I plan on staying here once a month. I hope it is better next month.

It wasn t necessarily the stay or the staff that was bad. It was the simple fact that they cannot get the musty and mildew smells out of their rooms/linen. Not much updated, pretty cheap. Tub lining was chipped. Good price for all over stay though. HOWEVER THEY ARE VETERAN FRIENDLY AND WE LOVE THAT! STAFF IS AMAZING!

Explosion sounds, dogs barking, smells like mold & stale urine, toilet is loose and wobbly, the handicap shower is a serious problem. It floods the bathroom back behind the toilet if not careful, the water pressure is non-existent and it smelled like methane when I first turned it on. The shower chair was unstable. The fan is offensively loud and noxious. Blankets were chintzy and I was cold. (I am never cold.)First thing in the morning there was someone nodded out in the front entry area.A bit on the busy/noisy side. I needed ear plugs for a while.

You get exactly what you pay for here. The room was comfortable and affordable but cleanliness lacked. We found fritos and wrappers by our feet at the edge of a bed. And the bathroom was gross. There were horrendous rust stains all over the door frame and the toilet kept clogging. The guy had to show us how to open it and fix a jam that kept happening with the flusher. However, I have spent far more in "better" hotels and still had worse. The majority of our time was not spent at the hotel and it worked great for our needs. Disappointed that they don't serve bagels with breakfast though and the orange juice machine was down one morning. Coffee wasn't terrible for a hotel. I was impressed with the cable. Great quality and many channels, including HBO for free. We would definitely stay again if saving money is a priority. Overall cons they need to work on: thin walls, needs to be cleaned more thoroughly in between stays, not much effort in breakfast.

Overall great for the price. Mostly clean room minus the sticky soda I had to clean off the chair, desk, and picture behind the bed. Was hoping for the breakfast, which due to COVID, the sign claimed was limited, in this case that meant coffee, tea, and juice so a little disappointed there. Bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. Shower is alright with adjustable showerhead. Mini fridge and microwave were nice but freezer didn't really work. Overall for the weekly rate I would recommend it. Gets the job done.

The room I stayed in the door wouldn't latch half the time so anyone could come into my room if they wanted. Also the blankets had burn marks on them. And the bed had a hole in it so a spring was sticking out of the hole. And when I went to get breakfast I got apple juice and there was stuff floating in the juice and I even got another cup and there was nothing in the cup so I got more and there was still stuff floating in the juice. This experience wasn't it. for me
