Rick and Todd appeared to be straight up, when i first meet them but has we talked about my 99 jeep wrangler white soft top, they offered 2500 with all my jeep parts brand new, told them frame is repaired, they said they will take care of everything including the leaks my son pointed out. I had over 1000 dollars worth of jeep parts amd a stero system, rick than tells me he didnt know the jeep frame was fixed. I get a 13 dodge ram with front end suspension issues, oil cooler line leak water pump leak and the air ride suspension system check light comes on as well as the tire pressure monitor valve stems not working. I was a man of my word and gave him all the parts, as he told.me when dropping them off, at least im getting a new front suspension system which is not true, i am getting tie rod links the upper and lower ball joints replaced not new control arm, stabilzer bar, not getting sway bar links either. Also told south side not to fix the other stuff after he asked me about getting my parts for the jeep. He is selling the jeep for 6900..mayne more with all the other stuff, but the jeep needs started with a remote or starting fluid sometimes after putting a new fuel pump in...also manifold gasket leak so new manifold work.

I would not recommend anyone buy from here. First thing is a year and a half later, and I never received my payoff from my trade-in. It was only $86 but still. I called and asked twice about it. Next thing is, do not buy the extended warranty on the vehicle. Guess who owns the warranty company? They do that's who. A few months after getting the vehicle, nothing but problem after problem. Either it is the timing chain or needs a whole new motor. We only put 10k miles on it in a year and a half. I could see if we had racked up a bunch of miles. The warranty company will fight you anyway they can to screw you. So please stay clear of this place. i have been dealing with the warranty company for over 2 months , and just to get told to pay for it myself. so that is where this review comes from. Please stay as far away from this place as possible. They will screw you over.

What an awesome place to do business. It's a small lot, but what an awesome couple of guys to do business with, and there were so easy to deal with. Hats off! I will never go anywhere else.

Josh, Rusty and Matt are the absolute best. They searched and found exactly what I wanted, went out of their way to customize it for me and made the process of buying my first car so seamless! I can t thank them enough for their timeliness, friendliness, and patience. They are so trustworthy and definitely looked out for my best interest in the whole process. Can t say enough great things :)

Josh is 1 square dealing guy would recommend this place to anybody. I bought a 2016 GMC pickup and had some transmission issues with it. Between Josh and the warranty it was fixed without costing me anything. Josh even reimbursed my first payment. What used car dealership does that? Stewart's Auto options that's who. Best vehicle buying experience I've had hands down. Thanks a million Josh my truck is running great

First time I ve ever bought a vehicle from them and it was the most easiest process I ve ever experienced and the most professional! Josh goes above and beyond for his customers and is willing to work with you, and help you with the best deal there is! I ll defiantly buy another vehicle from there!

I bought car from them a year and a half ago and not even 30 days of driving it the timing chain went out and they wouldn t even help get it fixed and ever since then I ve had more and more issues with it and have barely drove it. 1st time buying a car and it was the worst experience ever, I would not recommend buying from them. I ve also had several other people tell me the same thing about buying a car from them and it messes up a week or. Month into having it. Now I m stuck with a car payment and haven t even drove the car 30 days and have had it for a year and a half. I d say this place is a 0 out of 100.

Leased a car from there 2 years ago that didn t turn out well, just recently gave me the option to trade in my car for a better one. The owner handled us personally, and was always available even texting outside of work hours on occasion. Tremendous improvement from my first experience, would definitely recommend to a friend.

From the moment we walked into the lot we were treated like family! Josh and staff did an exceptional job preparing our new Jeep to be ready for us (directly from auction) and furthermore, when we noticed a couple of things needing repair once we got it home, he was quick to make that right as well.We couldn t have been more satisfied with the process - even as skeptical used-car buyers - and will definitely be singing these praises for a long time to come. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a great car at an affordable price!Jeff and Donna Maston

Do not buy a vehicle through them they will pretend to be nice to your face and act caring they are gonna take your money and give you a Lemon. I ve had my car for three months and I have had nothing but problems with it I was stranded on the side of the road about five minutes away from Stewart s the other day and they would not help me they wanted $75 for them to put a battery in my car I told him that I could pay them two days later when I got paid they told me no they want to their money now but what s so crazy about it O Reillys two doors down did it for me for nothing took two hours such good people this place is disgusting it s a disgrace. They are all about $$ and not helping there customers.

We had such an amazing experience at Stewart's located on Lafaountain. The salesman was very knowledgeable about each car on the lot without being pushy. He helped talk us through what we could afford and went over some different options with us. He secured a great loan with a good interest rate plus a bumper-to-bumper warranty. We left the lot with a car for my husband and when it comes time to upgrade my vehicle I will be going back there for sure!

This place was such a blessing for us today! Josh was a great guy. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. He helped get us into a car that worked best with what we had. I am very pleased with the choice to purchase here. I would recommend others to come check out the lot and speak with Josh about getting into the car you need.

This was the first time buying from a car lot for us, Was a interesting expierence to say the least. Josh was kind, understanding, respectful, and very helpful. Even though We had some issues he was more than willing to make everything right. Id recommend anyone to get a car from him and we'll definitely be going back!

Josh was very helpful, got a vehicle from them that had a bunch of problems he helped and tried to fix the vehicle, but then eventually he just put me in a new vehicle and I love it! Best vehicle I've had with the most helpful staff.

We worked with Matthew Kay at Stewart's to get my daughter her 1st off the lot vehicle. Matt was able to get her into a 2017 jeep renegade, for a low down payment and a monthly payment a 23 year old could afford. It was an over all great experience. This place gets two stars only because the salesman was super nice. Everything else was an absolute NIGHTMARE.They did so many loan applications that my credit dropped 5 points overnight. They failed to mention that a recall had been issued on the car I wanted, and due to the recall, the motor on said car blew less than 6 weeks after I bought it. Filed a claim with the warranty that I bought from the company that s owned by the same guy who runs the lot. The warranty claim was initially lost for two weeks, then denied, then approved for less than what I was promised. All together I drove the car for 34 days, and then it sat as a lawn ornament at my mechanic for 5 weeks and 2 days. I finally ended up saying forget it, I ll pay the other EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS, I just need my car back because it s an absolute necessity for my job. I d only send my worst enemy here.

Stewart's isn't your "typical" used auto sales. Josh is very helpful and friendly. The staff is helpful and friendly too. We purchased a vehicle for an elderly woman and they were not pushy and did their best to get us into a vehicle we needed. Thanks again Josh for a great experience!

They will tell you anything they can get by with to get the car sold. If you have issues within 30 days they will sell you a Pinnacle warranty that will refuse to pay for the repairs. Stewart s auto are the poster child of shiesty car dealerships. I will never buy a car here again and recommend nobody else buy here either. Pinnacle warranty are absolutely not worth half of what they cost btw. Pinnacle advertises a money back guarantee that they will not honor. Trust me, go somewhere else.

They were a huge blessing today. After looking at what felt like 1,000 cars the owner was able to get me into the perfect car. They treated us like family even with my 1 1/2 year old who was full of energy because we were looking for a car all day.

I'm on the hunt for a new car. I happened to drive past the lot a few weeks ago and glance over and see my literal dream car just sitting there.I call the next morning to get no answer. I leave a voicemail stating who I am, what I want and my number.At this point, I've literally got check in hand. Pretty much a GUARANTEED sale.It's been 2 weeks and I've still not received a call back. I would think that maybe they sold it and assume since I know exactly what I want I wouldn't want to see anything else. But it's still just sitting there on the corner of the lot calling me.

On Wednesday February 16th I go in there to talk about purchasing the truck. Then the guy then raises the price from 21,950 we agreed on the price then puts on February 18th he runs my credit for a loan for 24,494 without even mentioning it to me. That is ridiculous and this place is the biggest scam.

Love the dealership, Josh was very very helpful in getting us into a reliable vehicle and even referred us to an insurance agency that got us a very low payment! I m very very pleased with the service here and will definitely go back.

Sells nice looking cars with known hidden trouble under the hood Preys on people without as much auto knowledge and then sells you a warranty that says it covers all issues bumper to bumper. Yet when you go back immediately to show them the lemon they sold you, magically the warranty cannot help and your stuck with something non drivable. Buyer beware!
