There was only one worker managing 2 locations. She often did not answer emails. Least of all answer the phone. The Markland location is considered out of city limits, so any local auto service care will charge extra for ex. say, pick up or jump start a car at this location.

Used the facilities for 3 years and never had any issues. The facility was always well lit and secure. The area was always clean, even in the winter. Well worth the value for the amount of security offered. The staff was always accessible and responded quickly. Would highly recommend.

Shamrock has been the nicest place I could have ever asked for and it was even an emergency situation for us to be there but they were kind and courteous to my whole family. It's also very well lit at night for security and for convenience.

I am from miles away and I have to say that they have been so courteous and helpful with my move. Thank u for all that u have helped me with. They gave me a unit last minute and it was super clean and the security is excellent!!

Was the easiest it has ever been to rent and access a storage unit. Very well priced and the staff is excellent at contacting you through email to let you know your information about how to enter the facility and your storage unit. Don t expect an answer from a phone call thought. They are explicit in the directions about not being in the office due to working remote and are up front about email only contact. Great location and great storage unit. My belongings are safe in this area and the facility is clean and well lit at night.

I ve been with shamrock storage for 2 years now and would say I feel at ease storing my important belongings here! The facility is very well lit and clean always. The staff are easy going people and super accessible when you need them. I love how easy it was to secure a unit at last minute when I needed one. I would definitely recommended shamrock to everyone.

We would definitely recommend Shamrock Storage to anyone looking for clean, well maintained storage units. The manager is a huge bonus in our eyes. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Diane has been very prompt on returning emails and has been completely understanding. Thanks Shamrock Storage and Diane, You Rock .

I have been renting a unit from Shamrock for the last 5 years! To say that I am so very happy that I didn t entrust my familys priceless precious belongings to any one else! It hasn t been easy having my things in another state but Diane is truly a Godsend! Always being there if I have any issues, she tries to do what she can if possible! I am forever grateful for her! Shamrock Storage is one of the best storage facilities in Kokomo with it's affordable pricing and a very clean environment, located in nicer areas of town. They are such caring people, that they will help you in ways that most would even not think twice about! It's good knowing that your personal possessions are in the hands of these fine people.

Easy process for starting! I had made a mistake on the size and let Diane know and she was very helpful! Great communication. Very clean units and well maintained. Would recommend!

I have rented at both locations in Kokomo. These are great people to work with, never had any trouble contacting them with email. Prompt replies and to resolve any concern that may come up.

I went online to rent a unit. The site didn't give me a code to get in. I went inside the door to call customer service, and calls wouldn't through. I ended up having to rent from another place. They emailed me a day later want additional information from me, and I explained what happened would like to have a refund. The manager then asked why couldn't in and I told her that her company was just giving me a code a day later to get in and I had to get a unit else where. They refuse to give me my money back and I've made a few attempts and now she has disabled the email address she was using. I'm disputing through my bank and reporting them to the BBB.

Very clean and nice facilities, Kiosk only is a bit of a hassle especially for me but, the facility manager has been very helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Not only has she worked with us several times on splitting payments, she's kind about it while she does. She is kind even when she doesn't have to be whice is a fresh change of pace in this post COVID world!

Good luck getting ahold of anyone with meaningful info in a timely fashion... Used to be 5 stars until they stopped using the self help kiosks and checking their voice messages.

I tried getting a storage unit here. Tried calling them for a week, no return phone calls despite several VMs left. Went to the kiosk, rented a unit, and the code that it provided me didn't work. Kiosk didnt provide me with a key or anything other than a code and what unit number I had. Took two hours for a manager to show up. By then, I was done. Told her to refund me my money. They took the money anyway. Management is doing nothing but sitting at home collecting money and doing nothing for the people there. Pathetic.

Amazing service and overly accommodating!!! I was in a bind and indecisive of my move. Shamrock was extremely patient and flexible with my decision making as I reserved a storage unit, then cancelled and then asked for the unit again. Big life changes are very hard and stressful. Shamrock made themselves available. I will only use Shamrock storage services moving forward.

Facility is decent for the price, service is awful. Supposedly live customer service is available at the kiosk from 8a-8p daily, but this is completely untrue. Numerous trials have proved this. When my code suddenly stopped working, I jumped through hoops to contact someone. After two days of trying to access my unit, I was told I'd get a call back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I find out the manager has gone to dinner instead of fulfilling obligations related to her business. Sad, but I will not store here EVER again.

So expensive. They upped my storage unit by $5 a month for no reason. I now pay $95 a month for a 10x10 unit when in Muncie I was paying $55 a month for the SAME size unit. It s absolutely crazy.

Go storage place . Only thing is there needs to be someone at the property during the day . And a better responce to the phone and or text messages and emails

Worst customer service ever!!! You can never talk to a real person. They say you can use their moving truck, but good luck getting to actually use it. Wouldn't ever recommend this storage place to anyone.
