This O'Reilly's has an old man working there and he is the friendliest guy, from a parts store, if met in a long time.He asked if I needed help and then promptly got me rang up and out the door.The other people at this one are just as cool and calm.The store is clean, stocked and the outside is clean as well.If you need help with fluids or parts, go here for sure.

I needed a new headlight. After purchasing I asked if someone could put it in for me. Richard was kind enough to do so. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 min.

I went in to get a simple part and came out well educated on profanity and the cashier's bad day. It is horrible to have rude customers and I absolutely get that. However, to continue speaking to everyone else around your actual customer without acknowledging their existence is inexcusable.

When I got there there was a guy outside nobody in the front of the store waited about 8 min yelled to let someone know I was waiting cause I could here them in the back nothing asked the guy outside helping a customer if anyone was inside and got a dump founded look

They didn't have my part in stock. But they had it in 2 hours. And it was a Saturday. The only place in town that could do that. Kudos!!

You have to watch out for these girls named Regan and Mary and Joni they be trying to get with your mand and that Regan is very disrespectful and loud and very unprofessional when delivering

I tried to tell them what I needed and that my husband had called ahead and they said they had it. Arthur kept questioning meet if that is forsure what I wanted. I said yes. He said sorry we don't have either one. It would be the next day if they ordered it. I told him then why did they just tell my husband they had it. So he asked another employee to help him look for our 2 parts. And it didn't take him long at all and he has exactly what we had called and asked for!!!

So first let me say that my husband is an Autozone guy, but me... well I like a deal. So with the convenience of the internet these days, comparison shopping is simple. O'Reilly's price was not only cheaper, but they also had the part in stock. Win, Win!!

I was so grateful that the store had BOTH parts that I needed when I made an emergency pit stop while on a work trip. DANIEL went above & beyond to be certain my washer fluid nozzles & brake light were properly installed/replaced. Thanks so much for keeping me safe while on the road and away from home. #southlafountainstreet

They r bit rhat good of a store...they are over priced..when u can go to Casey's and buy a one gallon gas can and buy a gallon of gas cheaper then to only get the can at O'Reilly for about 6 dollars more..cray cray!!! Js

Last week I ordered a water pump for my car, Was not in stop but came the next morning, I went ahead and got the water pump belt, But the lady at the front counter sold me the wrong belt And this was on Friday When my mechanic was fixing my car, But I had to wait until Monday to get my car finished getting fixed because my mechanic was closed over the weekend, Had the lady at the front parts counter sold me the right belt I wouldn't had to wait for my car,

Normally when I walk into a business the greeting response from the clerk/employee is positive; not this store. "Hello how are you?" I'm here."My confidence in the clerks assistance was not overwhelming.Previous to arriving my boss telephoned and explained we were in need of a brake caliper and could it be delivered 1.6 miles away? Our caliper had seized up. Explaining we have an O'Reilly business account in Michigan, and we could pay by card over the phone. No, was their answer to delivery & accepting payment over the phone.After the caliper had cooled we were able to drive to the store and buy the needed parts.The tool lending program was not available to make repairs, because the only tool available was a 17mm wrench. No pliers, Cresent wrench, screw driver, hammer or any other basic tools, you could expect to borrow from a business who advertised a tool lending program. Over-all not a good experience, especially when we were told they were too busy. Not only was customer traffic minimal for 45-60 minutes, you had 3 employees standing around not doing very much of anything.I realize there is behind the scene work, but I find it difficult to buy into?Not my favorite store.

The staff were helpful and very on the spot about helping the customer which is preferable for a store like this...Access to the location is a bit odd having to go through the abandoned aldi's parking lot to get to it one one side and the other side is just a small entrance that you can't exit from.The location seems as though that it is not all that busy.

I came in early in the morning before a road trip to Georgia and had my battery tested Because it wouldn't start 3 mornings in a row. Found out it was bad and they changed it for me right there in the parking lot. Arty(arthur) and larry(Lawrence) were so helpful and kind and made my morning!

Excellent service Darell in commercial service is excellent and got the parts I needed unlike other places who said they had it in stock wrong part next time I'll listen to Darell and have time order the part he said nobody would stock it he was right you the man Upper management give this man a raise

Stopped in tonight to pick up battery cables and windshield wipers for my wife s car. Found the cables and while searching for wipers the lights were turned out apparently in an attempt to move the last few customers out the door. It was approximately 8:10pm. With no light I was unable to determine what wiper blades I needed.Unprofessional at the least. I will not patronize this store again.

Been meaning to leave this review for a while. We were on our way back to Michigan on New Years Day when the vehicle went in to limp mode (10-15mph only). We managed to make it to O'Reilly a couple hours before close. They pulled the code and happened to have the Throttle Position Sensor that I needed. Problem was, it was -6* outside and I had no tools. They not only let me borrow their tool cart, but also told me that if I didn't find what I needed, then they could pull a tool off the shelf. It took a long time to make the repair due to the wind and cold, but I got it down and it has been running smooth ever since. O'Reilly earned my business that day.
