I went to six different places in town looking for two screws for a Volkswagen Beetle. Nobody had them I didn't think I was going to get lucky at NAPA either. But I was definitely wrong, they definitely had what I needed and then some. Personally I think that's impressive where an American company like NAPA actually had what I needed for a Volkswagen. Great job thank you very much!

They helped me find a bulb that was not correctly listed in the owner's manual. Also made it easy to exchange the incorrect ones for the correct bulbs.

very nice employees. they are always very helpful. we have many older model vehicles and often run into trouble trying to find parts for them but usually Napa comes threw for us.

Had to return an item we didn't need after all. Staff was helpful and took the return no questions asked. I was surprised how easy the return was.

Friendly staff for the most part and pricing is fair. Usually can find what I'm looking for here if other places don't have it.
