Mouser's is a great place to take a vehicle that needs to be serviced. I take all of my vehicles here and I love the quality of work. I also love that they are good on prices. You will NOT have to worry about "something else" going wrong on your vehicle when you get it back from . I 100% RECOMMEND Mouser's! They've helped keep my family up and running for several years now!

Brought my08 Trailblazer in for a power steering whine. But after paying 2K dollars for a new power steering pump, high pressure lines and a new rack and pinion, it still whined after I got a block down the road. I have taken it back 3 times to have the power steering whine gone!!! I was told after the 3rd time I dropped it off, they texted me " it's ready to be picked up" I got in, started it, ON VIDEO, and the whine is still there!!! Pretty bad that I missed so much work over this, and I'm still stuck with the power steering whine!! Thanks!!! I will never take anything there again! I gave many opportunities for this to be made right, but it never was.

They did a simple repair that would have taken me hours, and took them minutes. They could have easily charged me more, but charged a very fair price. Many have recommended them to me as a good auto shop. It's a great place to get things done for a reasonable price, and they have saved me a lot of time and money. I dare you to find another shop that's more reasonably priced or honest.

They have always taken such good care of us and our vehicles.From helping me get my door closed when the latch messed up and my husband was out of town, to normal maintenance, to replacing my entire motor!!Vehicle issues really are a lot less stressful when you know you have people you can trust and rely on!!If you re looking for somewhere to take your vehicle-they are who you need to call-you won t be disappointed!!

Billy and Bart are top notch mechanics. They can tell you what the problem is and they can get it or let you bring the parts to them. Basic labor charges whicj are very reasonable; and I've designated this family owned business as my preferred mechanics. If they can't fix it they'll tell you up front, so you don't spend $$$ and be unhappy with the results. 5 stars to Mousers

Took in a vehicle I wasn't even sure was worth fixing and it runs just amazing now! It was a total pain for them and me but with a bit of patience I got back a great suv! I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for my future needs and vehicles. Thank you guys so much!

The mechanic was nice and professional, but the front desk secretary was rude and confrontational. Ended up paying for work that didnt fix our issue and paid for a tow, the mechanic said they would take care of. Also took about 2 weeks longer than expected, and my vehicle still didnt run correctly. So after another 2 weeks and $500 we finally had our van running. I wouldn't return for any services.

The receptionist is so friendly and kind. Easy to talk to and understanding of mechanics. Pretty empressed with their customer service and that goes along way with me.

I stopped in for a hood latch problem. They came out and hooked me up. I scheduled some shock and brake work and had that done. I am taking it back this week to have some other necessities taken care of.They are very personable and very knowledgable and seem reasonable on prices. So good so far. I highly recommend.

Daughter needed starter checked, diagnostic, replacement, all in 2 days included ordering the part. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Great shop. Fantasic people. I am shocked to see a coupe bad reviews. My experince has always been great with this shop. Prices are definitely fair! I take all 4 of or vehicles here, and here only. I have personally had a friends vehicle towed here too because I believe in them 100%.

I have been taking my cars and truck there for years now and have always been extremely satisfied. Whether it s just an oil change or a brake job it s good work and best prices. Today I had shopped around and was told I needed four new rotors and brakes all around. When Mousers looked at it, they told me the rear brakes probably still had 70% of wear left and that it was only the front that needed new rotors and brakes. Saved over $250. I ll be back for sure. My only suggestion is to call ahead and make an appointment.

Great work, good prices, would recommed them to everybody. Good repair shops are few and this is one of them. They have worked on a half dozen of my cars and trucks with zero complaints

I wish I could give 0 stars. If you only want 90% of the job to be done then look no further. I brought my Jeep in to have the clutch replaced on a Thursday. I was told it would be done that day and that if the job wouldn't be finished that I would get a call to let me know. Needless to say the job went long and I still got no call. Friday I get the call that my Jeep is finished. My wife picked it up while I was at work and told me the gear shifter "goes too far to the right." I got in the Jeep on Saturday and the gear shifter was very loose even when in gear. The rubber boot at the bottom was also not put back in. Now I can easily put the boot in myself but that's not the point. I paid a lot of good money to have this done 100%. I called Monday to get the rest of this job finished and he tried blowing me off. I said that this job is getting done today because I paid to have it done Thursday but he slacked off. The Jeep got brought in but the shifter is still loose and this time the cap with the shifter diagram wasn't in. Come on guys can't you do anything 100%? I'll take my cash elsewhere to someone that wants to work for their money and I suggest you do the same.

These people are friendly . Very knowledgeable and fair priced ! I would recommend them . Answered all questions fixed my car fast! Diagnosed it for free! Shop local you will see the difference.

I thought I was going to have to have a new starter but their mechanic found out that there was a few wires that was not put on correctly and I appreciate the honesty that they had for me. They are just a great company and all

My daughter was on her way home to Bloomington from South Bend when her car had to be towed to Mouser s. We trusted them to repair her car while she was in Bloomington and we were in South Bend. They were amazing to work with and fixed the problem, and we were quite relieved at the cost. What a great auto repair shop. I would definitely feel comfortable driving my cars from South Bend to have my work done there.

This is the BEST shop in Kokomo, friendly, honest, fair and the work is always done right. They have worked on 2 of my cars and my mother's car as well. Can't say enough about them.

I m on the highway going to Florida when my tire just about came off I didn t know what I was going to do. Thanks to mouser automotive and there super friendly staff they were able to help me get back on the road. I recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you very much for everything. Truly a life saver.

They've done everything from routine maintenance to head gasket changes for almost a decade now. Quick service, but be sure to check ahead. They are a busy shop.
