I had an oil change done there. They said I had an oil pan gasket that needs replaced. They were going to order the part and call me when it's in. That was in October. I called them on 12/12 and was told the part came in three weeks ago, he said he'd call me the next morning 12/13 to schedule an appointment to get it in and fixed. Here it is 12/27/23, and no one has called to get my jeep in to get it fixed. Evidently, they don't have the want or the need for business. You'd be better off going anywhere, but there. Not great customer service.

My experience with Motor Wise is they aren't good at following up. They made promises and didnt keep them whether that be calling back or when my vehicle would be ready. Not just one time - several times. In addition, after $4k worth of repairs my truck came back with additional issues that weren't present before they did their work. I followed up to get these addressed, and they were supposed to follow up with me on getting bushings from Chrysler weeks ago. Still haven't heard back.

Very polite and professional. Les fit me in to get an oil change, even though they were short staffed at the time over the lunch time. I very much appreciated it!

I ve been going to them for a year honestly amazing people and never had a problem. Went to Motorwise and got my car fixed. Have used them for a few years now. Anyways, I left and my check engine light came on. I called and they basically blew me off! Spent $360 on the first repair! Called Billy s and they got me in, repaired my vehicle, and the actual issue was only $167! So glad I went to Billy s!

Took my Jeep there for repairs to the ignition coils and spark plugs. While replacing the coils and plugs, they cracked the upper air intake manifold and never mentioned it to me. After calling the shop and complaining, I was told to bring it back. After taking it back, they submitted a claim for the warranty but did not perform the correct repairs. There were mounts left loose and bolts missing. These guys put a CRACKED upper air intake on top of a brand new lower air intake. I showed a mechanic that worked there and he threatened me and then another mechanic came out of the garage and threatened me also. Anytime I have had work done here, I have had to bring it back because they don t fix the issue the first time. This is one the most unprofessional shops in town and I m really disappointed because I gave them a bunch of chances.

Anotger car provlem fixed in no time thanks to Les and his team. They really care. Ive been going to Motorwise everytime something goes wrong on my van and they get it in and get it done. Today a clamp came loose causing a leak with coolant and he took great care of me and my vehicle and honored the warrenty that I had completely forgot about. True honest mechanic shop and as long as there is a Motorwise I will always go there. They even took me home until it was finished. Would recommend them to anyone!

Im Stephanie and Les took care of us so well. I found my new auto repair home. I call him and within an hour he came an got my keys from my house in the snow and got my vehicle towed to his shop and fixed my vehicle all within a few hours. He was my angel today. This place is awesome and if you dont go to motor wise than what are you doing! Best mechanic hands down that I've EVER been to.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Wonderful people. Called Yesterday evening for an A/C repair, they suggested I come in early the next day to be seen; got there took them less than 2 hours to complete my service and I love it. Great place to go to. Used to use that Napa shop but since they got more expensive I went to motorwise. Would not recommend. Took my car here got a motor put in never ran right after . Then it caught on fire. Run away from here
