I will give my visit to the service department a 5-star rating. Josh (service manager) was very professional and helpful. Josh met us when we pulled into the service department, and we went over the service that I had scheduled. Since it was scheduled to take a couple of hours he offered to take us to a place our choice. Service was performed as promised and Josh picked is up promptly. Josh went over the service preformed with us to make sure that we were fully satisfied. I would highly recommend Kokomo Toyota to my friends and family.

Brought in my 2019 Highlander because of a humming noise while accelerating. They throughly took a look at my vehicle and gave me their initial results on the issue. They wanted to have another hour diagnostic time to be sure of issue before recommending an answer. I appreciate the honesty and wanting to be sure of cause of the noise before an expensive fix.

Excellent experience! Suzzanne, our salesperson was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The published price was the price charged and there were no hidden fees, or last minute up-charges. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from this location.

I had the second fob made from the purchase of a Sienna in November. The service was prompt, the staff was helpful and friendly. The next day the salesman messaged me that he was sorry he missed me as it was his day off. I appreciated the salesman message.

Quick response from salesman on request for information on a particular vehicle I was interested in. Very friendly staff and helpful with the whole process. I got the vehicle the very same day I received the information and will be a return customer when time comes to trade in.

These guys are great. I take my car here for oil changes because they do a complete multi-point inspection before every oil change. I like that they ll check the driveshaft, cv joints, axels, struts, tires, brakes etc. They even started adding short videos to go along with the inspections. I have a Highlander with lots of miles and it s nice to visually see how my car is looking underneath when they ve got it on the lift.I ve also had my brakes serviced here and haven t had any issues or complaints. Trustworthy places like this will continue to get my business.

As a single female, taking vehicles to the mechanic is intimidating as a lot of mechanics see females as easy to rip off. I feel totally comfortable here and they are reasonable priced for a dealership. The service techs are friendly, efficient and reliable. I would recommend everyone go here.

Today s service was prompt and efficient. 15,000 warranty maintenance. I did get 4 text to remind me of this appointment. 3 yesterday and 1 this morning. That s a bit much. But new computer system was to blame.

The backup of scheduling..I arrived in line at 10:35 for my 10:45 appointment.Checked in for my scheduled oil change 10:39 and did not get out until 12:22.. The wait considering I had appointment was bad. Never that long before.

Need to improve the technical service clarity, such as the works need only 1 to 3 hours why blame Toyota lacks of info and keep the car longer than necessity (exp: take >4hrs and not able to pink point of mechanical unfoldable seat).

I took my car that I purchased new from Kokomo Auto World in for its 75000 mile service and instead of following Toyotas maintenance schedule they changed the oil which was not due, I didn t catch it until I had left. They also could not find a leak in a tire, purchased from Kokomo Auto World, that was losing air every week. I went directly to a third party shop and they were able to find the leak as soon as they got the tire off the car. I called Kokomo Auto World to check if I had purchased roadside for the tires and they could not provide a definite answer if the tire was covered or if they could even get a pair of tires to replace them. It was recommended I have the third party shop replace them. The main reason I was using dealer for maintenance is so I would not have to worry about and keep track of the maintenance. Also Kokomo Auto World now charges a 3% fee to use the most common form of payment which I was well aware of but it feels like they are just trying to get every dime they can. I think I ll take their recommendation and just start using a 3rd party shop for all my maintenance going forward. I will say both times I have been there to buy a vehicle were great experiences and this review is strictly for for my experience with the service department. I also want to note that the employees themselves are friendly and helpful. I think it s more a change in culture at the dealer than any of the employees themselves.
