I purchased my first boat last year from Kokomo Marine, and cannot say how great the purchase went! Friendly family run business that handled everything I needed and a few extras that I wanted. The delivered the boat on time and walked me through everything and even setup my fall storage and winterization. Great boat and even better marina to work with. I ll be a customer for life.

Dale and his team are extremely knowledgeable about watercraft s. They are extremely busy and it reflects in their turn around time. I brought my boat in and it too 4 weeks to get some plugs and a battery charger replaced. They didn t put it back together correctly so the boat has to go back, but Dale will make it right.I would recommend them over other local marinas.

We dropped our boat off three months and I called at least once or twice every week to check if it was ready but we finally just got the boat back. We only needed an oil change. They gave me the bill of $1955 without giving me an estimate. Now they're saying that if I don't pay, they'll take out the parts. Very unprofessional, the lady at the counter was rude as well. I bought a new boat from Kokomo Marine and had a agreement on service. They don t do what they say there going to do. Receptionist is the rudest person, how she keeps a job is beyond me. I ll never go back. Tried to buy local, but it was a huge mistake.

I took my boat to them for the first AND last time this year. After discussing the prospect of filing an insurance claim to repair my boat, they asked me for a dollar limit not to exceed. I gave them $1500 as the limit. They never gave me an estimate and I had to call repeatedly for updates and always got should be done this week . A month later, they finally told me I could come pick up the boat the next day. That evening, I received a call stating that my repair was almost $1800. When I expressed my concerns about the limit being exceeded, I got a call back 10 minutes later that it was $1572 (still over the amount I gave them). They were apathetic and unapologetic, never even acknowledged they they didn t call me about the repair amount. As a business professional, I found the entire experience to be underhanded and unethical. I will NEVER use them again and discourage anyone from using them. I think their tactics are shady and their communication was awful. Not sure how their business has survived for this long.

Took my boat here to get a few things fixed, I told them if they go over 600$ to give me a call, then they act like they don't understand why I'm upset when they tell me it's over 1,000$ and they never had my permission and never called me. They did not want to do anything to fix it either, They replaced parts on it that were just recently replaced did not need replaced. Their communication and customer service is awful, the people I was dealing with were very arrogant and unprofessional. Would never recommend doing any sort of business here ever.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very unprofessional as a company. They quoted to run a diagnostic on a boat motor and ended up "repairing" the motor and charging repair costs without being authorized to perform the work. The boat was immediately taken to the lake when picked up to test it and it is still not operating correctly and now has more issues wrong with it. The company is refusing to make it right but offered for it to be brought back for more diagnostic and services immediately at owner expense. Why would anyone take it back to you when you didn't listen the first time and already didn't fix the problem the first time? Friendly staff, but prices could be a bit better on some items. If you need stuff fast and cant wait for cheaper prices and websites to ship, they probably have it.

BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE. THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY . I BOUGHT A BOAT $18,000.00 AND NEVER GOT MY COVER FINALLY DALE GAVE ME MONEY BACK SO I COULD BUY ONE BUT THEN SHORTED ME $50.00 AND I NEVER SAW THAT AGAIN. NOW VOL. 2, TALKED TO DALE about a wiring harness that goes from the trailer to my vehicle .told him it was an 8 wire harness and gave him the color codes .He said he new EXACTLY the one i needed . So he sends me a 4 wire harness. I called right away and told him that isn't what i needed I TOLD YOU 8 NOT 4 . Dale then said he would get Lowe on the phone and call me on what one was right. Vol. 3 waited 4 weeks still no phone call but he sure took my money over the phone. Charged me $44.00 for a part that i could have gotten at Walmart for $7.00 now still no refund. They are too busy to refund money but not to take it.They will NEVER EVER call you back unless it is for you to buy a boat.Believe me DON'T BUY A THING FROM THEM!!!. NOW I WILL WRITE THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ,BBB, AND PUT SOMETHING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE IN THE KOKOMO EDITORIAL .TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Purchased a brand new lowe fishing boat from here and could not have been happier with their service. They were very willing to help us answer the many questions we had and also were very competitive on the price. They followed up with their promises and were knowledgeable about the electronics that were avaliable for the new boat. I would highly recommend purchasing and boat from Kokomo Marine and will purchase my next boat from them as well. Thanks a ton for the excellent sevice!! Nathan and Dale are top notch!!

Had to take my lower unit into them multiple times in the last few months and each time they wonderful service. I recommend kokomo marine to everyone i know with a boat. They're quick and knowledgeable about their work. So of youre in need of a place to do good work and quick work, call them. They've always awnsered my questions. If or when i get a new lowe fishing boat. I will be going through them.

I purchased a winshield from Kokomo Marine in Nov. 2010 paid in full. After over a year of waiting for a winshield it finally came in and it was not the correct winshield for my boat. Kokomo marine had already removed by broken winshield and now had to reinstall it to make my boat useable. (The trim piece was broke off the passenger side which was the reason for replacement) I paid in full for that as well.Now here we are almost three years later, no winshield, no follow up calls, nothing.When I called to ask for a refund on the winshield I was told and I quote "If you can get Four Winns to reimburse us then we will reimburse you for the cost of the winshield as it was a non-returnable item"The correct item was never ordered!!!!! And thats my fault?Do not do business here.Chad Hensley

Walked in, 3 people behind the counter and not one hello, can we help you find something, nothing. I stumble are for 5 minutes found what I needed took it to the counter and not a word from girl ringing me up. Walked out without a thanks for coming or anything else. I'll get what I need online before I spend a penny in that place again.

Terrible customer service. Stood at counter for 5 min and woman wouldn't help me or say anything. I just walked out. Never going back. Also hard to get them to answer the phones.
