So far, not so good. My granddaughter and husband leased a new Odyssey van. Been in the shop a week and was promised to them last Friday. Do not understand why your policy is not to give a vehicle while their NEW ONE IS BEING FIXED. Still in repair bay. Now back wiper doesn t work. Is this van a lemon maybe? They don t have a vehicle big enough to haul their three children. They haven t even made first payment. Bad business folks!

They have made errors in service before, but this last visit I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed! Love the text updates while I m waiting and how I could approve (or deny) extra needed services with pictures of the parts currently on my vehicle. Also, loved the quick videos of my vehicle on the lift with tire and brake inspection info. Very professional! Anthony was great. Great job!

Had the best experience at Kokomo Auto World with Suzanne! I truly felt prioritized, appreciated & valued as a customer! She listened to all of my wants & helped get me into the right vehicle(s) for myself & my family. The service department has been top notch & everyone I came in contact with along the car buying process was a pleasure to work with! I can t imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle purchases, now! Forever a KAW customer!

Andy is awesome and will be back again. Sold a Toyota Highlander back to Kokomo auto world, which I had purchased two years prior. Was a great Vehicle and Andy made sure we got the deal done!

i get a bunper pad from factory with broken tabs they want charge me 150 dollars look at when take 5 seconds to look at lol. i also had a broke hub cap from factory not covered either.

I had the best car buying experience at Kokomo Auto World! I dreaded the process but they made it a really great experience. Jonathan Dotson, the salesman was so patient with all my questions and was very informative. He spent a lot of time with me and went at my pace. I was able to get the right vehicle at the right price! The finance manager Dustin Gingerich was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the right warranty for my needs. I appreciate the no pressure attitude of everyone I worked with. It made my buying experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend them. They didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. They listened to my needs, we re patient and no pressure. I walked away a very happy customer!

UPDATE: Received a response from "owner" saying they would look into my situation and get back to me. Going along with their lack of care and follow-thru, this is now over a month and I have heard ZERO from them! This is to be expected from 2nd rate dealerships where the main priority is revenue at all costs.BEWARE...Dealership verbally offers things and doesn't follow through. It's the best way to do it since there is no proof of offers extended to customers. I drove 10 hours round trip to purchase a car. Was given the run-a-round for over 1 month with "out of state" paperwork and them giving me a copy of the Carfax. In finance the guy told me he wasn't very familiar with out of state deals, go figure! Most recently I was dealing with Andy the used car manager and now waiting on one of the things I was promised (14.00 touch up paint) going on seven weeks now. Was also offered NEW floor mats, which I never got! I've been lied to and played by this dealership. Maybe because I'm far enough out of state for them to provide after purchase customer service. You would think that the Owners Greg Landwerlen or Jim Kerbrdle would step up and make things right...

Whenever one sets out to buy a new car, everyone aspires to buy a good car at a price they feel its right. I was at Kokomo Auto World last week buying a new Honda.They presented me initial quote with my trade-in value. See the image attached. It appears that Xzilon charges are not a part of the Total, and the total is only of the items above the total line.The way Xzilon charges are added below the line, to me ( and maybe to anyone on the street, who doesn't deal with these things daily) it appears that it is not part of the total. However it is part of the total.This seems deceiving to me.In my opinion, it misleads to customers that this is not part of the total but something you can add on. I agreed to the total price and paid the token, but then when I realized the total already includes the price of a Xzilon coat, I asked them not to put it. When I went to pick up the car, they said they had already applied and it was mandatory. Finance Manager argued for 15 mins and was coming across as not so polite - I understand everyone needs to make profit, but this was deceiving and forceful to put Xzilon coating on the car. Had to spend $699 there, which I wish I could be refunded. Salesperson Travis was good, no complaints there. He did his job very professionally.Hope their Owner sees this and takes some action

I can't tell you enough how great this dealership and their service department is! Today my 13 year old FACTORY battery died and their employee Jake helped me on the phone to get into my locked hatch and talk me through getting to the battery. I would have had to tow my car an hour to get to them, but he helped me on the phone. This department has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me and make my experience a great one! I've been a loyal customer for over 13 years and THIS in just one of the reasons I'll always go back! Great Job KAW and great job Jake! I appreciate you all and the great job you do!

An amazing car buying experience! Walked in and treated wonderfully. Did not pressure me to buy a more expensive car on the lot and Adam was extremely personable. They had a toy room to keep my 4 year old busy during paperwork. Offered snacks and drinks. Finance manager was great, too! Did not pressure me into buying additional service I was not comfortable with. Trade in and financing was a breeze. Thanks for providing amazing service :)

This place is good with maintenance, but you have to be aware that if you order anything, parts, or accessories are not returnable, they are saying that they have no return policy also they will give you estimation time for when the items will be received, but this will be not the correct time. also, you will need to check on the OEM's original website first since you may get 25% cheaper than them, good luck

Had a great experience buying a Tacoma at Kokomo Auto World. Fred, Andy and Dustin are great to work with. I had a concern, but the team quickly more than satisfied my request, making this a very good experience. The vehicle as delivered was detailed much better than I expected. Overall I'm very happy with Kokomo Auto World and definitely recommend.

I was running late for my appointment. 15,000 mile Toyota care appointment. The regular mechanic was already gone for the day, but the service manager stepped in and did my tire rotation for me because I had driven so far. A+ And much appreciated!!!

We came in to look at getting a hybrid CR-V. Travis had me test drive a hybrid Venza and I was hooked! A year later and I still have nothing bad to say about this vehicle. I didn t know then how much I was going to appreciate the gas mileage but it s become a favorite feature. Travis was so amazing that we went back two weeks later and bought a Camry TRD for my husband s daily driver. No regrets!!!

Actions speak louder than words. And the actions of Kokomo Auto World consistently underdeliver their overpromising words.I purchased a used car from Kokomo auto world. During my test drive, I noted that one of the wheels sounded out of round. The car also alerted me that the tire was under-inflated. Upon discussing with the salesman, Matty Crull, he and his manager, Andy Sprager, assured me that this would be a non-issue. The car would be inspected and repaired the following day and driven to us with a full tank of gas. This was put in the terms to buy the car in addition to providing a second key, fixing a spot of rust under the seats, and detailing the car. The next day we received a text indicating that the wheel was indeed out of round and it would not be a simple fix. A part would be ordered and arrive in 4-5 days. They offered to drive the car to us and have us drive back in once the part was there or to keep the car there until it could be fixed. We considered taking the car, but found out that driving a car with an out of round wheel can destroy your wheel and axle. Thus, Kokomo Auto World was advocating further damage to my car. Furthermore, they had a damaged car on their lot which had not been properly inspected.Then began 1.5 WEEKS of silence. We called. We texted. Anyone answering the phone would take a message but we COULD NOT talk to Matt or Andy. Matt would occasionally text back happy-go-lucky messages but never respond to our concerns. Finally at 1.5 weeks I talked to someone working in parts who thought the part might be in in 3 days. On the third day, Matt texted us saying the part had not come in. It came in the next day, was fixed, and brought down to us the following day (MORE THAN 2 WEEKS after we had purchased the car). When delivered, the car was dirty inside and out (see below), the rust was not fixed, and clearly had not been detailed. The car also had less than 1/2 tank of gas. Furthermore, there was only 1 key.I immediately called Matt. He made an excuse that he had been out of the office the past couple of days so it was probably missed to have the car detailed. Apparently the previous owner (who sold the car months ago) was supposed to drop off the key. I asked him if anyone had reached out to her. NO ONE at Kokomo Auto World had reached out to her in over 2 WEEKS. He said he would try tomorrow morning. No other promises to fix any failing of the contract they signed.GROSS NEGLIGENCE. OVER-PROMISE, UNDER-DELIVER.Do NOT buy a car from Kokomo Auto World.

Had some more work done they are quick respectful and didn't try to overcharge us on everything. They also didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need only mentioned things that we truly do need. That I was actually already aware . So it wasn't just them trying to make money. Will definitely use them again in the future you may not have bought our car there but will always take our Honda there for service. And if the sales processes anything like the service we'll buy our next Honda there too. Well worth the hour drive.

I m blown away by this place!! After a terrible experience at another dealership, I phoned Kokomo auto world and John Wayne gave me a great price and even an upgrade! Everyone particularly Kurt was so friendly when I got there. And John Wayne wasn t at all like the typical pushy sales guy. He was extremely professional and easygoing. Knowing that I m a Purdue student, he took great care of me from the start. Most of all, he kept his word and delivered on his promise!!! I love my new car and everyone compliments on how nice it looks! I usually avoid these places since I don t like haggling or pushy people, but this place is not like that at all. It's a friendly, casual atmosphere and I highly recommend it!

I had a very nice and pleasant experience here. I was returning my previous car as the lease ended and also looking for a new car. My sales rep Jacob Handy made the return so easy for me, he took care of everything. All I needed to do was a sign in a form. Then he walked me through all the cars that would suit me. He knows about cars and helped me find out exactly the car I needed. He was so friendly and at the same time, professional. I love my new car and I would highly recommend Jake and Kokomo Auto World.

Hate to say but the manager here was extremely rude. I told him my price range and the details of what I was looking for and he completely ignored what I wanted in a vehicle and then told me "We don't have anything in you're price range." With a little tone in there. And I was telling them 15k. Not that that's a huge amount for a car but it's also not anything to scoff at. So you be the judge. Would not recommend.

Was in the market for a new ride. Stopped here because they had what I was looking for. A big Thanks goes out to my salesman Fred Holmes! He made everything a seamless transaction and walked me through all the tech features to connect my phone to the vehicle. Recommend this place. We have been doing business here on the Toyota side since 2013 and always leave happy! Chris and Trish started this great thing off with us that year with our first new car. Both were genuinely sweet individuals, who really wanted the best for us. We met more great people yesterday when we purchased our first SUV for our growing family. Phil, who orchestrated our experience, took the time to answer all of our questions and break things down for us. He made sure we were taken care of. Followed by Jake who had an awesome personality, really cares about people and is so eager to learn. Along with Dustin in finance, who was super cool and knowledgeable. They all have been a part of the blessings God has given us down through the years, and we appreciate them so much. I would definitely recommend anyone to do business here. I love doing business with great people and that s what I get at Kokomo Auto World.

I recently traded in my old vehicle with a new one with these folks and had a wonderful experience. I worked directly with both Martin in Sales and Chris in Finance. We were able to get a lot of the paperwork done prior to arriving and once we arrived the process went pretty quick! These two have wonderful and welcoming personalities and made the process great! Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. This is how all dealerships should be. Andrew and Chris helped out in the financial aspect and got me an amazing interest rate. I couldn t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Kokomo Auto World. They are five star! Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful! I recently purchased a Honda Accord. My sales rep Jake Handy went above and beyond to make my car purchase not only a pleasant experience but also a very enjoyable one. Jake was extremely helpful in explaining all the details of every aspect of my new car. And yes I love driving my new Honda Accord!
