I've now used this particular Jiffy Lube twice, and I have been very pleased with the service I have received there! They go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of, and the customer service is A+. I especially appreciate that they are honest with me about what does or doesn't need addressed. I will definitely continue coming here.

The guys at Jiffy Lube Kokomo did a great job.After being turned away from Valvoline just down the road due to them not having an oil filter for my truck at the last minute I had to scramble so I called Jiffy Lube. I got there about 20 minutes before closing and the guys had no problem doing an oil change on my truck. they even explained to me that my truck has a plastic drain plug in the oil pan and they put a new one in it because mine had a crack in it. They were all super cool down to earth. Did the whole walk around put air in the tires and then gave me a bit of info to come back and get my tires rotated at a later date. I'm in the area for work and will be going back for a tire rotation and another oil change. Thanks Fellas

Matt and the guys we're very helpful, kind and friendly. They made sure I was taken care of. My car issue was found and fixed very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received and will be returning in the future.

Every time I need an oil change, I always come to jiffy! They re quick, kind, & always get the job done with no issues! Their customer service is above & beyond, they ve even vacuumed out my car for me & wiped down my windows during rougher weather! A big thank you to their entire staff for their stellar performances! I highly recommend them to all!

The service techs are nice, very fast, and thorough. The waiting room, offers a TV comfortable seating, and complimentary coffee. Which was surprisingly very delicious.I just bought a new car, and usually change my own oil. So letting someone else do it, from me that s saying something! Highly Recommended.

Service was exceptional! Joe, the manager took great care of me. I was quoted a lower price at a different location for a battery and installation. He honored and completed the job within 15 minutes!! I would have paid triple if taken somewhere else! I will definitely be back!!

Took my dad s truck to have the fluids topped up. Had my grandson take his car for tire assistance. Had my boyfriend take his truck to get help changing out his lights. I ll be going back for an oil change soon. We love Jiffy for the convenience and for the amenities like having my tire pressure checked and having it topped off b4 I hit the road. Good service from the managers and your personnel! Thank You!

Great service and kind employees! I was greeted the moment I arrived and was quoted 40 minutes due to a few cars ahead of me, but I was helped 15 minutes later. I got an oil change with a reasonable price. They even changed my air filter and cleaned my windows which I was appreciative that because they needed a good cleaning! I will be going back whenever I need another oil change.

Service was excellent! I needed to purchase a battery in addition to an install. The initial store I called was out of the battery I needed. Called your location and spoke with Joe. He honored the original quoted price and had me in and out the door within 15 minutes! Very thankful I chose you guys. It would have cost three times that at a dealership. I will definitely be back!!!

Employees were very friendly and understanding. Only took them about 15 to 20 minutes to do my oil change and fairly cheap. 9/10 .And so people know if you don t want them to do something just let them know, like I don t want them to put window washer fluid in my vehicle so I asked them not to.

The team at this Jiffy Lube location were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my concern with an oil leak. They investigated my issue to help me determine the severity to prepare me for my trip home from the holidays. Even though they were not equipped for a repair this day (I dropped in unscheduled), they identified the probable issue, cleaned up the space, and informed me of my next expectations to fix the issue. All while performing their complimentary routine services.I highly recommend this team; they look out for people.

Great,friendly service. Never pressure sells add on services. Great job vacuuming and cleaning windows along with oil change. I went in with a new used car to change oil. They told me it wasn t needed yet. They could have easily just changed it. Honest, friendly and always gives manager name and phone number if you have issues. Jiffy Lube has always taken good care of me when I've gone there for an oil change! And my most recent visit was no exception!They promptly serviced my car and got me on my way!I was particularly impressed with the manager, a gentleman by the name of Joe Trivette! Not only did he take good care of me, but he also displayed some good humor, even in the face of a broken machine he was dealing with!All in all, I was very pleased with Jiffy Lube, and I plan on returning the next time I need my oil changed!

Always got good customer service from this franchise but my last visit I specifically told the associate I had a driver side tail light out and I would like it to be fixed. After service was done, I went to my place of employment and parked. My fellow team members asked me if I knew my driver side tail light was out. I told them that I requested it be fixed at Jiffy Lube the previous day. I checked my receipt and noticed that the tail light check was labeled "OK". I was irritated that I specifically requested it be fixed only to discover it was not. I was not told it could not be done, either. I took for granted that, in previous visits to any Jiffy Lube location, I was informed if a light on the vehicle could not be changed. However, from this point forward, I will be sure to ask, if I'm not told before I leave, if my request was able to be fulfilled on possible future visits. Otherwise, other services were satisfactory.

The service I received here was great! Very fast and friendly. Checked things I wouldn't expect from an oil change business, and it was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Everyone acts professional and is very nice. They re quick and efficient. They do an inspection on your vehicle every time and let you know what may need attention. Informative but never pushy. They were absolutely great to me! Got us right in, ran the codes, told us their professional opinion, didn t try to add a bunch of unnecessary things like some places do, swept out my car, and they were very friendly too! Jiffy Lube in Valparaiso previously treated us very well, so I decided to check out the local spot. I got 4x brakes replaced and they were a pleasure to work with. Another huge benefit of the location is with Autozone being so close, the parts were quickly ran over that were needed for my job. The mechanic explained to me what was needed in laymen s terms and I received updates as the process was started. It took about 3 hours, and the brake service was a current special when I went as well. Jiffy Lube also makes it a daily practice to take care of vets, so they will continue to get my business. Thanks again.

Every time I have oil needs for my car , I go to our Jiffy lube here in Kokomo. They are honest kind courteous and knowlegeble. When I am out of town and need assistance I look for their local Jiffy Lube. I have received the same great service that I get here in Marion and Indianapolis. They are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Kokomo and all Jiffy Lube locations.

I have a 2017 Chevy Cruze. I am on a fixed income and only had a certain amount with me to spend for an oil change. They also clean windows, check tires, and top off fluids. I thought that would be enough plus an online coupon. When I got there I found out the coupon was not valid for some reason but the manager honored it anyway plus he discounted it to what I brought with me. If fact, when I went to pay, he had discounted it down more so that I had a few dollars left over. I am thankful that there are still nice people around
