I have been getting my vehicles repaired at Jarrell s for over 20 years. This is a great, family owned business that truly cares about their customers. This is the only place that I send friends too, as I have never had a bad experience here.

I had been to 3 other shops, wasted hundreds of dollars, and FINALLY Jarrells was able to get to the bottom of my problem, and get me back on the road. They were honest, and affordable!! I will never go anywhere else in Kokomo.

I have taken my car here every time I have needed something done. They have always been able to take my car within a couple of days of me calling. The car has always been done by the end of the day that they start on it. Prices are reasonable given that I know the work is done right the first time.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My wife and handicap 'ed cousin were driving from Michigan to Florida on a Sunday and broke down. I rushed to Kokomo, but I know nothing about cars. Someone highly recommended Jarrell. Jarrell treated us like we were family. I can't say enough good things about Jarrell's Auto Repair. If I lived in Kokomo, Jerrell would be the only mechanic I would go to. Jarrell's is a first rate repair shop with experienced automotive repair professionals. The prices are fair and turnaround times are quick. Cars and trucks are repaired with care and attention to detail. Customers are able to walk right into the shop and have the issues with their vehicles explained to them. The atmosphere is friendly and it's a fun environment to be in whether your vehicle is in for repair or just to visit. With four generations of family usually on site it is easy to feel like a part of the family.

They came and picked up my 2004 Chevy Colorado, it had 2 windows that wouldn t work they quoted me $630. Said it was $300 for the window motors which I found at Autozone for $50. Then they charged me $120 for picking it up and giving an estimate since I chose not to let them fix my windows. Not bashing them just thought the price was high.

Friendly and prompt service. I was so pleased because in just one day Jarrell's diagnosed and fixed an issue with my vehicle that a Kokomo favorite auto repair shop attempted to fix on two separate occasions but after having my vehicle over a week each time, could never fix the problem. Jarrell's even discovered and corrected a problem caused by another repair shop! Great shop, nice people.This is my auto repair shop now.

I have no idea what kind of customer service the five star reviewers have had but from previous experience compared to this shop i wouldnt take my car there if it was a life or death situation. Extremely rude, over priced, and do not treat customers right. I gave them the 40 diagnostic fee just to never have to speak to them again. Didnt double check the bearings like i asked. Question me when I asked for a new catalytic converter and told them I have a scanner at home came up catalytic deteriation bank 1. Already had it tested needs replaced quoted me 1200. Yeah right this was higher than a honda dealership. I'm no fool nor am I ignorant when it comes to mechanics on a car pricing or parts. Im on military orders and didnt have time to do the work myself so was going to take it to a shop. I wouldnt even recommend this shop to any of my exes.

The owners are very nice and friendly and will diagnose your problem quickly. I had a repair done with no appointment made and done in 2 hours. They care about your vehicle problems and the price is great on the service. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a great experience with Jarrells. The PCM they replaced in my truck was new, but faulty at know reflection to there work. It was the part that was faulty. They took the part back and replaced it with no charge and now the truck runs great. I would and will recommend Jerralls to anyone.

Made me pay $80 for an estimate that is free at other places in town. Lied and said that they told me it would cost $0 when I made the appt. Charged $40 to add a messy bit of silicon around my windshield where it's leaking and check air pressure on my trucks rear tire air bags.I watched them through the window, and they had my truck for an hour, but didn't spend half of that time on my truck.Then, they forgot to give me my estimate, and I had to ask them to email it. Who knows if they will do that.Basically, they saw a girl with a truck and decided they could overcharge. Completely unethical behavior and business practices.

Dropped my truck off needing an oil pump. Had it nine weeks and never touched it. I called about every week to ask for an update and was told they would get to it the first part of the following week. This went on for nine weeks before I finally went and had it towed back to my house.

I have never been there.... Hopefully they are honest people & have reasonable prices and discounts for elderly. I'm going to rate them as 1 I really don't know because I've never been there. It would be best to call them and talk to them.

Got us in in a timely manner and fixed our problem fast. Car is back to normal and we are so thankful. Was recommended by my father in law to come here and glad we did :)

In the past we always went to Skips who we knew and trusted, but he is now retired so this was a bit of a stab in the dark. The mechanic, Jarrel, came out and showed us the parts he replaced and pointed out what was wrong. I appreciated him going out of his way to do that.They were prompt and friendly. We will return when something else goes wrong with one of our vehicles.

Jarells deliver's a quality product. hard to get your car worked on though and long wait times. People at the desk aren't the friendliest. But Jarrell is a Nice guy for sure. And he does good work. Honest assessment

Called to get a quote on brake pads and rotors being switched out. I told them I already have the parts. They still tried telling me it would be 200 dollars. For what? I'm already supplying the parts. It's doesn't cost 200 dollars to put them on.

Wow! So friendly and knowledgeable. Had a weird noise coming from engine area, while rushing to first day on job. I pulled in, explained problem, and the gentleman came over and diagnosed in less than 10 min total. Thank you for your speedy help!!

Need people with better automotive knowledge to answer the phone instead the lady you have rushing folks away because she doesn t know a battery size & didn t even bother to look it up kind of freighting that an auto repair shop doesn t know battery sizes yikes

I brought my car in with a rattle in the driver side rear wheel well. At the shop they took care of the repairquickly and professionally. If I ever find myself in the area and needing further repairs this is the number one shop I will go to.

They have the right equipment to diagnose car problems correctly and are honest! Only thing is they are popular and busy! However, they still had our car fixed next day.
