Come to Kokomo H.D. They have a great selection of bikes and service is fast and comprehensive. When you get your bike, whether it's being serviced or brand new, you will receive it washed, polished and looking great.

Great dealership management and staff. They always have fun events going on with variety of food and live bands. Their HOG chapter is also involved in most of the events. Wonderful people.Also really good selection of motorcycles and reliable service.

I had a good second impression. I had a bad first. A very long time ago. 25 years! I said I d never buy a bike from Kokomo Harley! They treated me like I didn t even have a Harley. Just because my bike was old. Sad! This is where Harley is messing up. They should work on all years. Not just new! On the other hand my son bought a bike from Ken and had a good experience. So I said I would give them another chance. He was right. It was a good experience and the gang there were all pretty cool! I still say Harley needs to work on older bikes, but my new ultra classic limited sure is pretty!!! It feels good to finally have what I have wanted and waited to get for 33 years to get! Wish I would not have been so suborned, both on buying and coming back to Kokomo Harley! The guys and ladies are good people!!!

Just dropped by here to pick up a poker chip for my collection. Nice size Harley Dealer, liked the setup. Glad nobody tried to sell me a bike on my road trip. The cashier could have been a little friendlier.

Just wanted to reach out and tell you all that I had a very positive experience with your service department. Brian was very helpful over the phone giving me an estimate and coordinating the appointment. Travis Fox was incredible. He took the time to answer questions that I had, even helping me secure the MC in my trailer. Can't say enough positives about his help. Imagine that I'll be bringing my FatBoy back up for further service. Thanks

Awesome sales and service! Ken fixed us up with a used bike. From the start when we were just looking to the test ride and then finalizing the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great dealership, great sales staff, motor clothes, parts. I haven t dealt with the service team, but I d imagine they are just as good! I ll always support my local dealer unless things go south. Never had a bad experience ordering parts, they go above and beyond to find parts at other stores if need be. Always have a great selection of clothing and bikes. Love KHD!

Rob was great with the sales portion of my 2022 Ultra Limited purchase experience, helping me to get the bike that I wanted with a payment within my budget. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Travis for completing my experience with a complete tour of my purchase not to mention the adjustments he made to the bike so it was set for me and ready to go. Made me feel like I was part of the HD Kokomo family!

This place is outstanding for your Harley needs and for the first time visit there the staff was very polite and explained everything that they gave you... I was truly impressed by the store and staff here and I recommend it as a must stop in Harley Davidson dealer

Don't inquire about a bike unless you are ready to buy like the next day. They will harass you for weeks with phone calls from 5 different phone numbers, emails, text messages. They will definitely pressure you. I will be buying my bike from a different location because this makes it seem like they are desperate to sell a bike.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! The ladies that answer the phone are friendly, nice and informative.The managers, on the other hand, Matt and Ryan, are rude, confrontational, sexist and demeaning to their staff.Over all the worst experiences I have ever had!!! I refuse to do business with them and would strongly suggest you find somewhere else to do business with.

Had a great experience at this dealership! Salesman Rob was great please shop with him! Took a while with us but we finally got me on a beautiful Road King! I also have to shout out a service superstar Vernon "Bud" this guy went above and beyond to help me with a connection question I was having (nothing due to a issue with the bike I purchased) both guys made me a life long Harley fan! ~DJ

An employee asked if I needed help right away. Friendly, polite staff. They have a very nice variety of large and small items. I bought my step father a hat and keychain. The store was not crowded either. Although some items are a tad bit expensive.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. They helped my husband & I pick out a bike that was in our price range as well as the best for us! Any questions we had they had the answers for us! It was well worth the hours of driving!! My husband has wanted a road king bike for many years & thanks to them he now has it!

Wonderful staff. The entire experience has been awesome. From purchase with Matt Farmer through return visits for gear or parts everyone is always so courteous and positive. Ben Woodruff in the parts department is a wealth of knowledge and extremely eager to assist. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this staff. I pass another dealer every day twice a day, I still wait till the weekend when i can venture back to Kokomo and see the smiling faces that are there to take care of me and exceed my expectations. Great job guys!

Great experience all around. Matt was very helpful & fair. And I mean very fair. I got a little less on my trade due to a rocker leak. But when I informed them about a small chip on the bikes front fender I wanted to buy, he didn't hesitate to compensate for it & lower their price either. I actually came out 200 bucks ahead! They out did any other dealership on my trade. They also have great prices on their tons of used stock. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to do business with this dealership versus the others. And if your looking for a used bike with low miles & great prices, I'd definitely recommend Harley Davidson of Kokomo. Oh...and one more thing. They knew I was kind of ready to get on the road on my "new" bike. And moved me up to get me out of there. Attentive, quick service. I spent more time deciding which bike I wanted than they did getting me out!

Hands down the best experience my husband, Corey and I have ever had at a Harley Davidson dealership. My husband has waited over 10 years to purchase a new motorcycle. The enter staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Matt and Ken were amazing to work with! They made us feel welcomed and were when patient with my two rowdy boys. We arrived close to closing time and they didn t even bat an eye.Thank you Harley Davidson Kokomo! You gained lifetime customers!

My wife and I had been on a week long 2000 mile ride and needed a new tire, they got us in quickly to get us taken care of. That is the good. The part I am not happy about is that when I tried to get some technical advice regarding those miserable GPS units Harley used pre 2019 the only advise I was offered was to use my smart phone and Google maps. Honestly guys I think we could have tried just a little harder. Just my opinion YMMV.

This dealership is great. My sales person Ken Uhle was great. Love the way they treated me and had the bike all set up on display and my name on the chalkboard congratulating me on my purchase. It just made my day. Would highly recommend this dealership. Thx Ken

I am not sure of his name, but he was the service manager. I felt he was not pushing me to do anything that was not necessary. I trusted his judgment and was satisfied with the result. He also gave me a ride to my place of work after I dropped my bike off. I have also appreciated the friendly atmosphere whenever I walked into the building. Everyone I have talked to at the shop always seemed to enjoy their job and were concerned with making sure I was satisfied. I have never felt that anyone was just trying to sell me something they seemed to want to provide me with what I wanted and needed.
