Darrell & Melissa are great! I've had my truck in there a few times for different things and each time they were quick, informative and always a pleasure to deal with.They make you feel like you're one of their family members.

Friendly, honest, and competent repair shop. They offer good quality work at a fair price. Excellent customer service and communication. They were able to schedule and complete an emergency repair on our vehicle the same day. Highly recommended!!

Family owned and extremely friendly. Had taken my Jeep to another shop and had nothing but issues. Brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Family Auto Care for catalytic converter replacement and upper air intake. They gave me a good price and did an amazing job on the replacement! Jeep sounds great now, runs great and have no issues. They are also great at communicating and very honest people.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

They need to learn how to clean up their messes. If a car is sent in cleaned that means return it clean. I know it doesn't take long to clean but I shouldn't have to when it was clean before hand. Didn't have a good experience

Honest and trustworthy family owned business. I called on a Friday and they got my car in right away, back on the road in less than 2 hrs. Very reasonably priced. Staff is wonderful and the four legged friends made my day! I could definitely see they have a passion for their work and for helping folks get back on the road. Car is running great and I'm not broke!

We had a lot going on in the family and we had a long drive ahead of us. Driving back from the devastating news we had just got we were faced with terrible wheel noises. We thought it was something serious and we thought we would have to pay a fee because it s a rental car. We were in tears scared and devastated. These nice people happily took us in while we were in a rush with no appointment and got the job done in less than 10 minutes! We are so thankful they resolved the problem we would definitely come again.Service: Brakes

Lemme tell you about this here place. Owned by a couple and their daughter. It took me 1.5 years to find an issue they found in 10 mins. Chrysler. KARS. Multiple other shops in the area overlooked something so simple.Very well prices and showed me with my eyes and ears the issues I was having. I highly recommend to anyone who is just tired of the bs. These guys are incredible.

I took my daughter's car here 3 weeks ago and paid $900.00 and it started messing up again in the same way 1.5 wks later. I called and the daughter that answers the phone said they're booked out 3 weeks. Now the car won't go over 20 mi per hr and is doing the exact same thing as when I took it in. So $900.00 that I don't have down the drain. I do not recommend them!! They don't make it right and now I have to tow it somewhere else.

There is no I trust more than Family Auto Care. They have been working on my vehicles for close to 3 years now, they re always transparent about issues and pricing which is something I appreciate. Truly the only mechanics I ve gone to that have treated me like family. Highly recommend going to them!

Everything here was great my car is a pos but they are bringing it back to life like Frankenstein they are extremely kind and even gave me my wife and our kids a ride back to our house so we weren't waiting for ever at a shop very kind very helpful and very intelligent people if you have car issues this is genuinely the only place to goService: Auto battery maintenanceService: Auto battery maintenance
