While the service department got me in quickly and very friendly they were not able to resolve my issue. I paid about what the car was worth due to being assured this would fix the issue and no other issues were detected. I did not know 3/4 of the bill was just labor. It was stated it was a 2 day fix which turned into 5. All that to still have the issue. Erik's had been my go to place especially when buying but I am a bit soured on that now. Too bad as I was planning on a new Malibu in the summer.

I brought in my vehicle a 2018 Chevy Silverado High Country 49182 miles on it on February 26 2024 for a paint job and had them check for a service trailer brake light that was on the vehicle while it was there. Figured kill 2 birds with one stone. My insurance paid for the paint job with me paying a $500 deductible. That came up to $592 even. So 2 weeks go by and now they are able to check the trailer brake light. All this time my insurance paid for a rental for me. Came back as an "electrical issue" caused by no wake up signal to chassis. It is now March 15 2024 im finally able to get my vehicle. Cost is $480. March 16 2024 check engine light comes on. I called and expressed that my light came on and my remote starter won't start etc. I was told to bring back in and they'll take a look. Well now I need a vehicle to get back and forth to work so they give me a nice brand new malibu to drive. Well here's where things turned from bad to worse. They wanted me to come in on March 19 to bring back Malibu and to tell me that my chassis harness needs to be replaced. Oh and the vehicle I am now going to be driving while my vehicle is getting worked on is a banged up Impala that was rear ended, bad mildew smell, a radio that doesn't work plus check engine oil light that's on. I had to drive this vehicle From March 19 to April 16. My price tag came up to $1633.37 plus $200 for repair on broken bed bolts! Grand total for everything outta pocket is $2905.85 and without my vehicle for a total of 49 days. I come to Indiana from New York to help build a battery plant to help bring business to the community only to be taken advantage of from an establishment that has done this dozens of times. I was told this from an employee there. And that he also see other shady dealings there and it's out of his control. I do not recommend anyone with issues with there vehicle to bring to this establishment for you to will get a level of disrespect that I've not ever experienced in my lifetime until coming to Kokomo Indiana. Final thought....is that they screwed up on the initial fix of trailer brake service and I ended up having to pay for it all. Never again!

Very positive experience. Considering the challenges of parts suppliers, I feel like the repairs on my vehicle were made in a very timely manner. Service staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Erik s Chevy is a decent dealership. In my personal opinion their markups are considerably high compared to surrounding counties. As for the service department, definitely don t recommend doing any service here due to their inability to fix vehicles or do simple maintenance without oil leaks.

Have quite a long history with Eriks Chevrolet. They have worked on many of my vehicles from brakes, to new engines. I have had excellent services and not so great service. However any time i was not satisfied they went above and beyond to correct the issue. Service Bays are clean, and the service department really values your experience at their shop which is something you dont find so much anymore. I would recommend Erics to anyone!

My diesel injection pump was supposedly bad when I brought my truck to Erik's. What a cluster**** it has been dealing with these people. My truck sat for a month in their shop before I even had an answer on what MIGHT be wrong with it. They lied about sending photos and a fuel test to the warranty company and I called the warranty company myself only to find out they hadn't sent a single thing to them that they needed. I went in twice to confront them and they blamed me for the entire thing. After an entire month of this, I speak to the GM and he tells me it will be another couple weeks before they can get to it. This was after his vacation of course and a month of me waiting. The week they said they would finally work on it, unbelievably was the same week my technician was on vacation as well. These people lie and will not learn from their mistakes. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear just to put you off another week. You will be wasting your time undoubtedly if you take your vehicle here and you'd better have a back-up vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had and absolutely no respect for customers or my time.

Troy & Braden were both awesome to work with!! We just went in to look at our options. Braden got us the keys for a test drive, gave us our pricing options, and we were sold! Troy walked us through the exceptionally quick signing process and we were driving away in a brand new car! I have already decked it out with a bunch of red accessories to go with the "red line".This makes car #5 we have leased from this dealership and we have no doubt we will return when it is time for car #6. Until then, I will tell everyone who asks that I got my sexy silver 2020 Chevy Blazer from Erik's Chevrolet!

Great experience! Our salesperson Tyler was awesome and the trade-in process was smooth. We need to touch base with them about a blemish on the paint on one of the door handles. Hopefully that will be taken care of.

My wife and I went in on Friday with a car that was problematic, in that the battery was not charging. The young man on service was not really interested. I mentioned where I lived, and he said they did not give a lift to my home, about 7 miles away. I pointed out that they had previously given us a lift home before. Then they said they would not be able to look at it until at least Monday. He just did not seem interested in our business, and I thought he had a very bad attitude. I told him I would take our car elsewhere and walked out. When I arrived at a different dealer, we were welcomed with open arms and staff with a far better attitude. We also got a lift back home, which was further than 8 miles away from the alternative dealership we chose. Eriks has REALLY gone downhill in our view.

Went here to get my car worked on after someone ran me off the road. I was expecting a decent job restorig my car however Amy in service did an AMAZING job restoring my car. If you go here for body shop work speak to Amy. She is the best and an absolute top notch employee. I am moving but still if I buy a Chevy / GMC its going to be through Eriks just because their support is top notch! The GM Roger is also an amazing man and he will make sure you are satisfied with your service! 10/5 stars
