Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend. The woman who helped me went out of her way to call the insurance company for me to get a quote. She went way above and beyond what I would have expected from any employee, and for that level of customer service alone, I give them five stars. You just don't see that kind of customer service anywhere else these days.

Three stars because I've heard they're good, but I wouldn't know. I called three times to schedule an estimate - no answer and voice mail full each time. So much for supporting local merchants.

I was told it would be a 2 day job, it was 7 days, and the paint job has bumps. Very dissatisfied!

Very pleased with the work that Competition Auto Body did on my truck. I've worked in 2 body shops (Pontiac dealership and a private shop) over the years so I was sure to check my truck over from top to bottom when I picked it up. Body panel fits are good and color match was spot on. I would highly recommend Competition Auto Body to my friends and family.

I was told on the phone that my tow bill would be $125.00. when I got there the guy working there was cold and rigid and wasn't courteous or professional at all. The lady in there was rude and flat out lied to us and then they both told us that the Sheriff of Howard county was the one lying and that they are right and aren't wrong. They had my truck for 14 hours and charged me $102.00 for two days storage. Said they had my truck for two days. Then when I got my truck my wallet had been gone through $400.00 and a $53.00 Best buy gift card was missing. These people are crooks don't trust them with anything...

This is the only body shop I will take my vehicles to. Have known the owner over 25 years, and him and his team are excellent at what they do.

Dropped parts off over a week ago, after having to call three times to check on the progress and being told they weren't done the day before but would be done the next day I gave up and took the parts else where.

Went in for repairs after a collision and not only did they do a great job, they repaired some damage to my fender, that was not part of my insurance company's estimate, at no extra cost.

I didn't like it at all they made me have my car held for two days longer and then they wouldn't work with me on damage they caused
