I have used Coan for 15+ yrs now and every time I am impressed!Craig knows more than most will forget in a life time.I have recommended Coan roughly 30 times in the past 4 years to fellow racers since opening Hillsboro Drag a Way and the feed back from each racer has been what I experienced, faster et, faster mph, cooler temps and hands down some of the best tech support in the game.

Their customer service sucks. Sell us the wrong part and expect us to spend our money to correct their mistake. Are you serious? The salesman Todd, doesn't even know what he is selling and the upper management had more excuses than an ant hill. Well, after I wrote this, it looks like they change their mind and decided to take care of it. Well that was short lived. The losers removed my account and said I was rude. To bad, so sad. I had a friend of mine who had an account there buy some input shafts and he also had poor customer service.

If you need anything for racing this is the place to go. Told Craig what my car was he set me up and sent me a converter had it to me in a week.

Absolutely Stellar customer Service by Cassie & Todd& Craig! I had a health issue that prevented me from racing most of the season. When I went to race finally, I had an issue with my trans that I have been racing in the 10's, for 9 years in a 4000lb car, running low 10's ET. Cassie took great care of me with the shipping, and Todd & Craig got my trans back to me in record time. I was able to race shortly afterward with a flawless transmission rebuild by Craig. All this was at a very reasonable price. Thanks Again to you all!
