Current management and staff are super helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is returned to you in a reliable condition. Troy and the crew have contacted warranty when I missed their phone call due to work, communicated with me every step of the way. Been very helpful in diagnosing issues I've known about and finding out those problems are actually covered under warranty. I would reccomend this service location to anyone who needed work done

The service dept crew are awesome. They have always put the customer first. They work so hard to get my car worked on and back to me. They also have given me the best customer service anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just recently had Byrider Kokomo Service Center change the oil, replace an alternator and a wheel bearing. Fast and friendly service.I would highly recommend them.

Troy Copeland is the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to auto's. Ive known him over 25 yrs and he has always been into the trade he is working now. He has been school trained and has the certificates to prove his skill. I wouldnt trust anyone but him to work on my car.

Well.. no longer comfortable coming here. The new office guy likes to argue. Made me feel uncomfortable so i didnt even go to my appointment today. I pricing oil changes other places and may pay more! But i bet they will be nice.

The sales department and cnac representatives are amazing but the service department is a joke to say the least. You can not rely on them to do their job correctly or schedule any repairs correctly. They would rather sweep an issue under the rug than actually fix the problem

JD has always given top shelf service to me. The manager knows what he is doing 100% . if I could give 6 stars...I would.
