These guys were wonderful. My car was stalling in a weird way 75 miles from home. They ran diagnostic that found nothing wrong. Drove it around with me, with diagnostic plugged in to show me. Left and they were right - no problems since. Ultimately think it was some bad gas. No charge. Great guys. Quick service.

The Best - One in Kokomo took care of me on getting my new tires. A bent rim meant 4 new wheels and tires. The initial tires I ordered with BOI were to large - not a problem the crew worked to get me in a different set of comparable tires so I am now ready for the winter season.

Great experience all around. We bought new tires and an alignment. The guys were all very helpful. We picked out the tires we wanted and made an appointment online. Very customer friendly process. Richard knew our names when we walked in for the appointment. Don did a great job fixing a minor issue and aligning the Jeep. We will continue to come here for all of our tire needs.

Late in the business day, blown tire. Extremely nice and efficient, in and out under half hour, and pleasantly surprised at the price! I ll definitely be back!

Great experience, price was great compared to other tire companies in town. The staff was quick to respond in ordering my tires and getting everything scheduled. Won t get my tires anywhere else from now on!

Had to replace all my tires on my van trailer as well as a rim. Best One is efficient in being helpful in finding the best tire for the job AND being affordable. Always pleasant and eager to please. Thank you for being there for us!

Great service and great prices. Thanks for saving me almost $1500 on 8 new drive tires over your competition on Schuyler Avenue. Your alignment techs honesty letting me know my alignment was in spec is an uncommon virtue. You have me as a customer for the rest of my trucking career.

The service here was amazing! I was able to drop my trailer off on the weekend, after hours, and contact them the next week and convey my request. They were able to replace the tires and rims and it looks great. 10/10 would recommend.

I believe overall, the services they provide are excellent and priced at affordable rates. In all fairness I have to say the techs are well trained and let you know if anything comes to eye that needs attention. I'm not an easy consumer, when it comes to safety for myself and family. However, these guys have earned my vehicles to service. Thank you

Great service and prices! 40 minutes and 27$ later I had a nicely patched tire! A different time they changed my oil in less than an hour and diagnosed the problems I was worried about. Will be going back again!Did go back again! Went in for a balancing, and they notified me that I needed other important work done. Parts came in for next day service.Went back again at a later date to have some things checked after previous work, inspection was free. Greatly appreciated!

Let me tell y'all something...this place here is amazing! My truck blew a tire on the 12th. Had 4 different people try to change it...no luck! I had 3 broken lug nuts...so had to have it towed to a tire shop that came recommended by the towing company. I even called them n explained the situation n yhey said they could fix it. It got there Saturday n by Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so I called them. They told me they didn't have the proper tools to fix it...didn't bother calling me so again I had to have it towed this time to Best One!..they let me know up front they can do it but it'll be time consuming n a lil costly. They kept in contact letting me know what was going on w my vehicle, what needed to be done n even asked my permission before moving forward since it was gonna cost extra. These guys were awesome...not only did they fix my truck n get me bk on the road but they done it faster then estimated! Oh n extremely courteous n polite...i highly recommend them to anyone needing tire service! Feels good to have my truck back after being stranded for 16 days!!! Thank u so much Rich n the fellas at Best One!

Staff was kind and professional. The prices are reasonable and competitive. They were done changing 2 tires and rotating them within 20 minutes. The service I received was impeccable! I will be coming back and recommending them to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicle!

A Plus tire and mechanic shop, got 4 new tires. They showed me personally exactly what was wrong with my front end parts, part of the parts and change them very fast and professional service. Good pricing, top notch people. Will be using them again thank you Larry.

They did a great job. The only reason it s a 4 star and not a 5 star is because they limit the military discount. I think 10% is fair but it should be 10% of the total bill. They cap it off at 200$ so it s only a 20$ discount. I spent 1640.00 it should have been 164.00 discount.

I have come here for several years. I have purchased multiple tires and had my brakes replaced twice there. I have been completely satisfied with the products and the service. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and polite. I won't bother going anywhere else.

I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are. They never take advantage of me, always make sure everything is done way quicker than I expected & they go above and beyond for me. We had an alignment done. I expected to pay around $1000 all things said. We have in the past had places say this and that needed done after my husband had changed those parts but Best One did not do that. All said and done just about $340 with a military discount. Thank you!

We need more stars, service was Exceptional, Cory was wonderful and kept me informed and let me know what I needed done, if those things that would need done soon. My car is now AWESOME, drives better now than when I purchased it 5 years ago. Thank you all

These are some of the best guys!! They know what they're doing, their prices are fair, and they aren't out to up sale you. I have never had a bad experience with them, and they will continue getting my business. My van is driving so much better!

These guys saved me during an emergency. I was heading to Indianapolis from South Bend and there was a funny noise coming from my engine. Called them on the way and they told me to stop in. They were able to find the part and get it replaced and I was able to make my appointment. Great service team!
