Purchased a dual purpose marine battery for my boat. They had the battery I needed in stock and it was less expensive than anywhere I had checked. Customer service was great too. The whole experience was easier than I expected.

Not only are the prices reasonable but the cashier Helped me find the right Light bulb for my 2018 Chevy Cruze after struggling with the weather cap myself for a while, he helped me in every way possible and it literally made my day! Best Customer Service I ve ever received! Thank you So Much!!

I was surprised that the staff was able to come outside and put the battery in my car although it was so cold and snowy out when I needed it the most. Awesome that the battery comes with a 3 year warranty.

Best store ever the people call you by name they help you with everything they possibly can. They go out of their way to get what you need in a timely manner. They will search until they find what you need no matter how much time it takes. I truly appreciate these people and the girls that work here are truly awesome.

I can t thank Kyle enough for all his help in checking my daughter s car. I m 2 hours away and felt helpless not knowing if it was her alternator/battery or just a simple fuse. He went above and beyond!!! Great customer service even with a follow up call to inform me on what the diagnosis was. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!! I know for all her car maintenance needs; she ll be in good hands. I can t thank him enough. Thank you Autozone!

I went in to have windshield wipers replaced. The gentleman with the silver ponytail helped me made sure I selected the correct parts, then put them on for me. He was the epitome of customer service. He managed to complete the job without making me feel stupid or incompetent for my lack of knowledge. He was a true gentleman.

When the manager Ben is working everything goes quick and easy. The other guys screw up everything. When we deal with Ben we are there for 5 minutes. Anyone else it is a 20 minute ordeal. Good store if you already know exactly what you want.

My husband usually takes care of all my auto stuff but I really needed new wipers on my van but he had been busy. So I decided to go to Auto Zone to get them. The gentleman that waited on me was so very helpful. He even put them all on for me. Super helpful amd very nice. It was cold and windy and he didn't complain one bit and was nice and polite the whole time. Thank you to this nice young man.

The store manager help me. He came out and tested my battery. It had a bad cell and I bought a new one. He was very pleasant and professional. He removed my old battery and installed my new one and I was on my way in a short period of time. I was very pleased with my service.

Incredible service. Week before went to a competitor and had a completely opposite experience. Greeted warmly, helped choosing some wipers, then despite the cold rainy weather was offered to install them for free. Would give them five stars, but has some work to do with LGBTQ/HRC issues.

Like most Autozone establishments they have a pretty good selection of items needed for your car. I was impressed with the staff, they were helpful and direct regarding pricing. I didn't end up buying from them but I would absolutely go back if I needed something because of their candid assessment of what I needed and what they had (both stock wise and price wise).

Had a great experience, they tested and replaced my battery and brake light, even cleaned the acid that the battery had leaked. Great service
