Beyond impressed with the customer service, timeliness, and quality!! They were able to get my car in quickly to get the alternator fixed. After doing an inspection, at my request, they also found the timing cover needed replaced and pulleys. They also worked well with my warranty company. Although, the warranty company refused to pay more than $650. I did have to call to get updates daily, but Wendy was always respectful and worked hard to get me an update. The entire project only took 3-4 days once they got it in the shop. I did have to end up paying $1500 out of pocket for all the fixes, but the car runs like a dream. I really appreciate the mechanics, front desk, and everyone who was involved in the process of fixing my vehicle and proving such high quality service. I would bring my car back here, I would recommend my family and friends to bring their car here. Thank you for all you do!

If you have a serious issue with your car, I would recommend taking it here but you have to know, there will be a long, waiting period up to two months or more. I took my car here without knowing what was wrong with it, I had an internal issue and they fixed it. The car runs perfectly like new, even better than before. The price to fix it was high almost $5000. But I believe it was money well spent. Although the waiting period caused me to spend 2000 in rental car services while waiting, I wasn t upset with the work that they did. They re super busy and have a family oriented shop which isn t necessarily a good thing because the mechanics here aren t reliable. So some guys will call off get sick use PTO etc. which pushes back production time and schedules. If you can go somewhere else cheaper and faster go there. But if you really care about your car. And don t mind the wait. Then maybe go here. They re gonna charge you a lot of money just so you know.

I will never be going back. Took my car in to get new bushings and a couple other things fixed. Everytime they told me they d call they didn t do I had to call. They had my car for over 3 weeks and kept telling me they d have my car done and wouldn t call me and wouldn t even have my car done when they said they would. I got my car back and now my window that worked perfectly fine and should not have even been messed with is now completely broken. They are overpriced and very unprofessional.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Brought two vehicles in to have repairs done. Both vehicles ended up with issues that was not there prior to bringing into the shop. Avoid this place!

I went in to get my truck fixed. They scanned a few things. The receptionist took my name and number. She said I should expect a text in a day or so. After a week with no reply, I fixed it myself with the help of a good friend. I haven't heard anything negative about this business. Maybe I just fell through the cracks. They are military friendly so they are good people. Maybe next time.

These people were so awesome! I needed my car worked on fast and they took it for me and got it done quickly! They even stayed later past closing time so I could pick up my car the day it was fixed. Wonderful people. Highly recommend! They even have a military discount which Is great! Super nice people.

If you need service done on your vehicle, no need to go anywhere else but here! They are honest and hardworking. They are fair with pricing, and on time too! They don't pull any punches with you or do work that doesn't "need" done and charge you for it like other places sometimes do. They do what they say, and if anything else would need done, they call you first and discuss it before doing anything. I like that about this company! I have recommended others to this company, and I will continue to do so!!! Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend!My specific experience, of being on a budget is, they go above and beyond to meet your expectations and keep your vehicle going.An example when I had a leaking brake line and they said they would do a quick fix that would cost me a fraction less than replacing all of my brake lines ... it was quite a blessing! Do you know that quick fix lasted me for 2 more years until the life of that car came to an abrupt end!?Needless to say I have referred multiple people and when you know the type of character the owner possesses, you're pretty much certain, they hire employees with similar strengths, compassion, and knowledge! They also offer certain discounts for local businesses and former veterans! My kind of shop*

Scam alert!! This place charged a convenience fee of $120 to use my card without telling me (which charges like that should be posted on a sign somewhere) which they refuse to compensate me for.I get the vehicle home and realize that the a/c which was working when I dropped it off is no longer working and the check engine light comes on a week after they worked on the engine. We were told to bring it in and they would check it for free, but charged us $40. I am pretty sure they screwed it up when they fixed it and don t want to own up to their mistakes, because I checked the oil and it was very low when I got my vehicle back I had to put 2 quarts in. I havnt actually had work there done yet. Again I said yet lol. I called 10 shops probably needing something quick as my vehicle is under warranty and I got to get it fixed before the warranty is up and everywhere kept saying they're full for months on end. Well these guys made time for my situation to get it in a soon as tomorrow morning! To me, that means they care about every customer and for that alone I recommend them!

Truck broke down and they got me towed to their shop. Repair was done much sooner than expected considering how busy all automotive repair shops are during these economic times. Veteran owners and provided a discount for Veterans.

I love it here this will be my mechanic for years they are trust worthy and I really like that they put the costumer first.phill is just so great Ansley is amazing her spirit justLights up the room . They figure the problem out so fast and I am so GREATFUL !
