I usually get my parts from another parts house mainlybecausethey're closer to where I live, but I'm slowly switching back to Advance. Friendly helpful people, competitive prices. They usually have what I'm looking for as well.

Stopped by to drop off used oil and get R134a for a truck. The clerk pulled down 3 types of the refrigerant and showed their features and cost differences. Very helpful!

Had to get myself a new battery before winter comes in, just sooner than I anticipated. Terry met me at the counter, I told him what I need to do, and he and discussed battery choices, (it helps to have a soundboard to make important decisions), we looked over the original battery to be absolute sure, which I'm the type that appreciate that, and he rang me up. He helped me out by installing the battery for me, which I am ever so grateful for because I already was having a rough start to my few and in between days off, so I really, really appreciate Terry's service! Thank you so much again!

Associate with the letter with the first letter (B) in his name really makes you feel like your wanted to be there to shop...NOT! Granted he got what I asked for but definitely not with a smile or a attitude for selling or helping. I don't understand why companies won't do a personality test before hiring people for sales positions. If you don't know how to deal with the public and selling to them while working in retail this is not the job for you. I will not be going back anytime soon with him working. Like others said. I'll just shop at Amazon. Should honestly take my parts back just in spite.

Jerry at this store took really good care of us!We were traveling for a road trip, and he helped us recharge our AC and even got a bottle opener to open my sons glass Coke bottles that they were excited about.Great guy, recommend this store!

I don't know what to say about any auto parts stores anymore. Its like its a requirement to not know a thing about automobiles anymore to work at one. I have had the worst time in the last two years at having to make double and triple trips back to the auto stores because they constantly are giving you wrong parts for the cars. It's easier to just order your parts on Amazon, they are only a quarter of the cost of the auto stores and most generally are delivered in 24 hrs.

Paid $22 for one wiper, they are way overpriced, but the associate was very nice and got me fixed up, if it wasn't for him I would have have a 1 star rating

I was grateful the other day when I passed this place in kokomo . I. Stopped and got injector cleaner .would give them better score if they had point program like auto zone. Price was good

Good service. Wiper blades broke after 6 months and Advance replaced them. Of course I also paid for a 2 year warranty for them when I bought them.

On December 27th, 2018 I left South Bend, Indiana driving south. Just north of Kokomo, Indiana I had an engine light come on along with another one. I stopped at Advance Auto to ask them to put their machine on and let me know what was going on. Instead of them doing this they sent me across the street to Belle Tire who charged me $80.00 for the same service. They told me it was "Evac leak". Further down the road I stopped for something to drink and when I came back out the vehicle wouldn't start, I got a jump, went to another Advance Auto and after them putting the machine on it....I needed a battery which I purchased at that store. Sounds to me like the other Advance has something going between themselves and Belle Tire.

The staff was friendly and helpful when you could actually get their attention you have to ask multiple times for help they will forget about you and go back to messing around I prefer My Hometown Store this one was way too busy and way too unorganized and way to unwilling to help

Quick place to stop on the way home to get repair parts for my vehicle. Staff is friendly, and most ate knowledgeable.
