Good selection on the shelves. Will order anything for free store pick which is a plus. Competitive prices and decent staff that seems like they don't dread going to work everyday.

My mother and I are both disabled. I called to see if they had a new battery for my mother's car. The one thing about my mom is that if there's something just a little bit wrong with the car, she gets it fixed immediately. So, I called our helpful town Advance Auto. I ask them if I sent my mother up there would they be able to install the battery for her because I didn't want her to get stranded. They said no because it would take them up to 45 MINUTES to install it!! I said thank you, got off the phone and drove to Plymouth to Auto Zone. When I came back I installed the battery within 5 minutes (actually it took that long just because I had to pull the tools out)!! Pretty bad when a man with a walker can get the job done in 5 MINUTES that they couldn't do!!!! I have always been one that believes you shop and buy locally. Thanks Advance Auto, you made me a non-believer!! I will go to Auto Zone every time now!!! It's very disappointing when the small town mentality has left, and it's all about rushing to get to the next customer without giving any service in return!!!

Went in to have a free battery test the guy was awesome took care of us and told us our battery was charging just fine.

If you go in there looking for something you better have a good idea of what it looks like and what it's supposed to do or you'll end up taking whatever they give you back to get the right thing
