We have bought many vehicles over the years. Our recent was a 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 double cab. The salesman and owner were great. They didnt try to high pressure you into buying a vehicle or warrenties. I love the truck! The mechanics were great. They give first oil change free along with tire rotation and inspecting for other problems

The owner is money hungry and power trips. Would not recommend getting a vehicle from them. He will refuse to help his customers unless it benefits him.

Our Ram had an oil problem while we were heading back east. We couldn't get the Dodge dealership to look at it but were told to stop at the Chevy dealership in Kentland and that they might be able to assist us. They were Awesome!!! Located the problem and got us back on the road. Great friendly service!!

I drove in across the state from Ohio since this dealer had a car on the lot I was after. Between the initial phone call and finally getting to the dealership, every interaction was straightforward and honest. I felt like I was being helped instead of just sold to . The car was there at the price we agreed to over the phone.Genuinely I would consider them for my next Chevy despite being 250 miles away from where I live.

After I drove 45 minutes the truck I was interested in had transmission problems an ate up with rust . They did have it on the lot so better than some but still a big disappointment would have been great if they would've posted the serious problems beforehand an so I wouldn't waste my time or there's

Alsop Chevrolet everyone I delt with there was great even the ones I didn't have the opportunity to meet I was always greeted with a warm smile and hello. But my sales rep Bryce Easter, You was so good to work with even when I felt like I was bothering you with my 101 questions you was always ready to answer me and still said if you need anything else get ahold of me you definitely made my experience a great one! I highly recommend Alsop Chevrolet in Attica and ask for Bryce!!

I actually contacted Justin at Alsop Pre-Owned in Lafayette. He made sure the Trailblazer we were interested in made its way from Kentland to Lafayette. We received AMAZING customer service from start to finish. Alsop has made us customers for life!

Just recently moved into town and needed to upgrade our family vehicle and came across Emerson on google. From the minute we walked in, to the minute we walked out with our new keys, the entire experience was amazing! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I went in to buy my first car and Lynn Emerson was INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, and patient in answering all my questions about the car and the buying process. They are unable to figure out a part that they have sitting in their hand. This is been going on for several weeks. They are very rude and they just want you to leave.

Scott was a bad salesman to deal with. Claimed a lot of false statements about the truck for what little he actually did know about it. Location management was just as bad, if not worse. I have dealt with a lot of small town businesses but these people were something else. Be cautious of the "pay to play" tactics and have a separate mechanic look over the vehicle before you sign anything!

Personable employees. Scott was a great salesman. There business manager Cheryl got us at a comfortable rate and payment plus some extra coverages we didn't think of. Overall pleasantly happy with our new car and our experience.

My husband and I were having engine issues with our truck on a Saturday morning. We were on our way south and were about 7 hours from home and 8 hours until our destination. We were unable to get any dealers i. The area that we were to help us. We heard the normal excuses, We dont have time or We don t have the staff because it s a weekend . We called the dealership in Kentland, Indiana as a last ditch effort before being stranded for a few days. Braden Grayless the service manager, was more than happy to help us. He was able to get us back on the road with very minimal charges and only 2 hours. He also gave us a car to use while we were waiting. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Needed service to change oil, went in at set time of appointment. They got right on it and I was back on the road in very quick order. I just moved to town, and this will be my new service center.Thanks, Ron Page

Misdiagnosed a fouled spark plug as a cylinder issue. Tune up at another location would have AND DID fix the issue. $102 wasted.
