I went to Tire Star of Kendallville for new tires on my RAM 1500. They didn't carry the tires that I wanted but they ordered what I wanted and had them on hand for my appointment a week later. When I arrived the reception staff was prompt and courteous. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be done they completed the tire change and had me ready to be back on the road within an hour. They even completed the work for less than what was quoted. Can't say enough about the fast, friendly and cost effective prices at Tire Star of Kendallville.

After experiencing a flat tire on the road and some issues with two tires loosing air pressure, i reached out to Tire Star of Kendalville for an appointment. They provided me with my options and a new set of tires seemed to be the best option. I was able to get a set of tires for a reasonable price and it didn't take long. My car rides good, I don't have to worry about tires loosing pressure, and I feel much safer on the road. Thank you Tire Star team!

Great team of people who provide excellent service. Communication was clear and concise, I never felt like I was left in the dark or at their mercy. I also liked the online portal for viewing my vehicle's work order and paying my bill. If you live in the area, Tire Star should be an easy choice. A+

Had my vehicle in twice in a 2 week time frame. First week we told them what we were experiencing and what we definitely wanted fixed. At pick up we were presented with quotes, but throughout the day we were kept updated. We never felt pressured. We were given honest answers. There were some major and expensive fixes, still never made to feel like it had to be done immediately. Decided to go ahead with the mechanical fixes and this car is like a whole different vehicle. Yes, there are other places to go in town, but Tire Star acts as professionals and that is important to us. I think we made the right choice with Tire Star. Honest and Dependable workmanship.

During one of this years (2024) freezing rain episodes I unfortunately ended up putting my truck into a large ditch. My truck needed some major repairs. I dropped my truck off after hours and called them the next day. Alex was super helpful and got me an estimate that same day. Just so happens that I was also in the hospital not for any personal injuries but we where having a baby. I was not able to make it to the shop at all. I called and approved the work with Mason who was also very friendly and helpful. After the baby was home I picked up the truck and as of now drove it for 50 or so miles and everything is working and running smoothly. Thanks J Mishler (Tech). This shop was so amazing during my time of need.

Such a great experience! Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and explained any work needing to be done and gave me an estimate, so that I could plan accordingly. Chris and Josh were very quick with getting things fixed and my car is driving so much better! Thank you guys so much!

My dad and sister both recommended Tire Star because of the good experience they had. Another shop my dad used to frequent to in Ft Wayne tried to tell him that his catalytic converter needed replaced and Tire Star told him that it was fine and it was mainly another issue that was definitely an easy fix. I also appreciated that they did not give me a wheel alignment since my car did not need it. Overall, I was very impressed with this place.

Professional, kind and trustworthy service. They fixed my engine issue in a timely manner and even dropped me off and picked me up from the rental car business when I couldn t get a ride. I highly recommended Tire Star of Kendallville. Great business! Good people!

My vehicle started lunging and the check engine light came on. I called Tire Star and they were able to tow my car to the shop and make the needed repairs - all in three days! The cost was very reasonable and the service and communication were great!

This place is amazing! Not only are they kind, respectful, but they genuinely do care about the customers that they have. They did quite a bit of work to my jeep. I didn't have the money up front but allowed me to make payments. I will be returning to them for any work I need done. I think it's really important to spread the word when you have a place you can trust. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Thought my brakes needed done when I took it in, ended up with just the initial oil change I needed. Also replaced my headlight for me using the bulb I had. Most excellent service. Plus they handled my 3rd shift tired attitude.

We got a flat on our way to Frankenmuth l, wife googled a tire place in the area and Tire Star came up. Wife called and they told her bring the car and we can have you back on the road within the hour. We went there and within the hour we were back on the road.They were great to us.

I have been bringing my cars to Tire Star for a few years now and have always gotten great service. This week I had brought my new to me 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change I had made mention that I was looking at some new tires and rims. I had an idea of what I wanted and they went to work helping me look. I was blown away at how the jeep turned out. Thank you Tire Star for all you do.

Had 2004 Grand Cherokee Jeep work done by a super reliable & knowledgeable service crew that recommended and delivered excellent workmanship at quality price . That included some free service at their expense. I am and have been a repeat customer. Last summer they worked on my RV and delivered in that case too. Both jobs came in under budget . If you re looking for a place to have your vehicles worked on and not get the run around , come here.

Great company to work with. Very nice and honest people. Took our truck in for tire rotation and they noticed we needed a wheel bearing and brakes needed some work. We knew brakes were close, but assumed the noise we heard was road noise from the tires. Once repaired it sounded great. Honest, reaonable prices, and nice to work with. Clean area to wait. Upbeat attitudes. We will use again and highly recommend.

First of I want to Thank you for getting us back on the road so quick. We had a long drive back to New Brunswick Canada. Thank you for squeezing us in and fixing the truck properly. On top of the great service the price was excellent as well. We travelled over 2000 kms to get back home with no more issues.M and K

So happy to find an honest mechanic. I had them check out my van because I was traveling and had concerns. They did an oil change for $20 less than what I m used to paying and greased everything which stopped a very loud squeal that I ve had in my van for a year. I had two other mechanics look at it and charge to Not fix it. Chris could ve easily told me I needed motor mounts ,shocks, brakes, and everything but he said it was good. We took a test drive so I could make sure I wasn t going crazy. And sure enough whatever they did made it ride like a charm. I will have to go there again when I drive back from Arizona. Even if it s just to get an oil change.

Very happy with my experience. I shopped around for tires and they ended up being cheapest around for the tires I wanted AND got me in the same day! (everyone else was 1-2 weeks until they could get me in). Highly recommend!

Purchased some 33 tires from them and they were installed mounted and balanced correctly in a reasonable amount of time. Fair pricing and quality work. Very streamlined process and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I wanted to keep my old tires for summer use and they even put down protective bags to protect the interior. Very professional.

Took my suzuki carry in to get an alignment and balance the tires and they did a fantastic job. It suprised me how they were able to align a Japanese vehicle as quick and easy as they did. Will definitely be back.

Called in the morning because I kept hearing things in my suspension. I dropped off my car, they had a loaner for me to use since I had a lot of appointments coming up. Turns out it was all in my head. They tripled check and said everything was fine and if I keep hearing it I could ride along with a mechanic. Front desk was very friendly and engaged with my concerns. High recommend

My 2018 Ford Fusion was stuck in park and I could not shift to drive . Towed the vehicle to Tire Star (Kendallville, IN) and rented a vehicle not knowing how long my car was going to be in the shop. To my surprise the turnaround was fairly quick. The problem was fixed and no issues after a week driving. The best part was that I saved money by turning in my rental car earlier than anticipated. Thanks Chris @ Tire Star Kendallville for the OUTSTANDING service!
