The service team level-upped on this routine service. They have been great, but something was different this time. The service team greeted me with smiles during drop-off and offered a car wash. At pick-up, everything was ready; my car was actually parked up front (usually, I have to dig through the back lot for it). The morale was high; every employee was happy and genuine. I felt they were all happy and enjoying the day. It makes a big difference. Thank you for passing along your energy and making my day great as well.

Gavin was super friendly and very responsive. We live over 4 hours from the dealership, so we wanted to be sure we liked the van before making the trek. Gavin sent pictures and videos. It was quick and painless. No complaints!

We brought in a Suburban with exterior body damage and a messy interior that needed cleaning because we hadn't gotten to it in awhile... and we got back what looked like a new vehicle. Couldn't tell there had ever been any damage... and the car interior looked great! Many pleasant surprises.

I like Shepherds, that is why I drive 45 minutes one way for service. However, over the last year I felt less connected . Until yesterday! I really appreciated Jay because he really listened to my concerns and wanted to find the cause of the car issue as much as I did. He was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole appointment!

Chase was very patient with me while I was deciding what vehicle was going to work for me. Never once felt pressure. The whole team was very good to me. Tim was also super helpful with all the setting up of on star and helping understand all of what my new Trax was able to do. I would definitely say see Chase if in need of new a new vehicle.

I cannot express how amazing Shepherds has been to work with. I have always hated going to other dealerships and would make my husband go for me. Shepherds blew me away the first time we stepped into their office. We have now purchased vehicles, serviced vehicles and ordered vehicles with them and will not go anywhere else. They made every single one of our interactions, seamless, quick and enjoyable. ZERO issues going to see them without my husband ha. Huge shout out to Chase and Brad for the outstanding service! Could not recommend more!

The Collision Center was easy to work with. They took care of everything with my insurance company as well as getting a rental. The repairs were completed as expected and were completed earlier than expected! My Truck looks great! Great group of people!

Lexi s initial communication and Chase at the dealership were both fantastic! No pushing. Had the vehicle we were interested in pulled up front and ready for us to test drive. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of professionalism we experienced from the entire staff.

Very pleased with my last visit. I was greeted right away, updated by my cell phone as they proceeded with an oil change, tire rotation and overall checkup. Definitely recommend!

The service dept does a great job. I like the point checklist they provide, so I know the status of things like tires, brake pads etc. they are always quick to get me in and do the job in the time they quote. I appreciate they always value my time. The lobby and restrooms are always clean and coffee is always fresh and ready. I work most of the time in the lobby and it s nice they have wi-fi and power cord towers. Perfect for busy people!

Shepherds treats me really well in the service department. They also were the only dealership to get me the truck I wanted. The GM located my truck, made me a great deal and I am very grateful for Shepherds. A dealership that treats you the way all customers deserve to be treated.

Great experience. Negotiated trade-in and new car all over text. Vehicle was ready when I got there. Was in and out in less than an hour. Tony checked in with me a week after purchase and retroactively got me a rebate I thought I missed out on. Will be the first dealership I contact when looking for my next vehicle.

Dealership called me said a warranty part was in. Wanted to know when I would like to schedule. I asked how long it would take. They stated about an hour. So we dropped the vehicle off at the scheduled time 10:00 am. Went about my business went back to dealer just before Noon was told it wouldn t be done until after lunch. I asked when lunch was over was told it would be after 1:00 pm. I asked if it took three hours to change a seat belt - they just laughed. I went home and could not complete my to do list (other scheduled appointments) because my vehicle wasn t done. I finally got a call that my vehicle was done at 2:50 pm. Almost 5 hours from when I dropped it off. Should not tell a customer something is going to take one hour and then it takes five for something as simple as a seat belt.

This vehicle purchase was the most pleasurable experience in buying a car I ve ever experienced. Gavin McGuire s, the salesmen, positive experience showed from the moment he greeted us until we took delivery of our new GMC. I have never purchased any vehicle as fast as I did. This was the most seamless experience at a dealership I ve ever had. Everything was very transparent. The team here really does a great job through and through. From the first step to the last everyone was very easy to work with and made purchasing my new vehicle unbelievably simple. They had everything ready to go and I was in and out. I honestly never thought the dealership experience could be this good just due to other experiences I ve had elsewhere. Needless to say I will be coming back to Shepherd s for all future purchases!

The repair work is outstanding beautiful, just perfect! I could not be happier! The only issue was the communication back and fourth of getting the parts ordered then scheduling. I ask will I get a call yes I was told. Nope that did not happen.

Very efficient and quick diagnostic check up for some electrical voltage issues. In and out, left with full knowledge of the simple issue that needs fixed on the 2019 Duramax I brought in to have looked at. With full explanation of the simple problem and also how it affected other components of the truck. Great service! Great communication and customer service!

Chase is amazing! He is very honest and checks everything out thoroughly for us on any questions we have. Russell the finance person has a ways to go and needs help with business etiquette and proper way of approaching customers. If it wasn t for Chase, we would of have gone elsewhere.

We ordered a new Trax in August, it came in in December. We are out of state for the winter. We have been able to do all the paperwork via phone and email. All the paperwork is being sent to over night to be signed and sent back. Will have our Trax when we get home. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Byron
