Went to buy some headlights price said 31.99 went to ring out and then it came out to be 57.99 was told it was in wrong place and Danny would not price match or even acknowledge the fact that it was in the wrong place really rude person. Would not recommend speaking with Danny.

I came in today needing my car battery tested. Daren helped me and offered to test the starter and alternator too. It was quick, and I ended up needing a new battery. He said they replace them for free if you buy one there, so he sold me one and replaced it for me. He was quick, friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the warranty on the battery to me. He was very professional and I appreciate how easy the whole thing was!

The manager and staff really tried to help me get my car restarted but couldn't. It was not a problem for me to leave my car while waiting for a tow truck to come.

Very helpful. We had a light out they tried to help me change it but a wire was melted so bought parts and will wait until the morning to fix it. By the way I got pulled over for headlight out showed the officer I had just bought the parts he was nice and gave me a warning.

The guy that sold us the part came out and put it in for us. It was turn signal bulbs for our 2013 dodge grand caravan very nice guy.

Not a good place to go if you need help with anything on your car and it's raining. Pulled in to get new wipers put on and they said they won't do it in the rain but they would sell me the wipers. So not good service at all.

I needed a new car battery on Sunday morning. They were very helpful and installed it in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

We go here before touching the competitors. These peoples are friendly and go above and beyond what they should have to do, to take care of their customers. It's like they understand we're frantic and stressed, they they just want to help us get our car working again. Today they couldn't help me due to parts not being available from their vendor, and someone there did research for me and was able to point me in the right direction. This is why they get all our business!

Belt brook @ tentions pulley froze broke down & ran out of money from Christmas shopping all Day and now strandedSo I walk into O'Reilly's @ my card for some some reason was declined so the man behind the counter working paid for the pulley wow thank you very much after we got the 2 part's on the truck after about 30 mins and we were back on the road again headed home

They always have my parts on hand they are very friendly and professional. They always seem to want to help me anyway they can. The employees will go out of there way to help with questions that I have and to find the parts if they don't have them on hand even though most of the time they do.

It just seems like to work at an auto parts store you'd have to know SOMETHING about cars!! Turns out not here at O'Reilly in Kendallville.. Just an absolute awful experience! If you have questions about your car or a part for said car then calling here is a waste of your time!!

I have called today around 12 times and the phone was answered every single time but I was hung up on Everytime. You lost a $1200 sale today. Time of calls was 2:56 to 3 pm. Please do not tolerate employees that don't want to do their job. Going to advanced auto parts

Terrible looking for a plug for my trailor and all i get is yea back there uh huh yup....try tobget them to come look and i get a fine gees i mean if you work in costomer service guy ou have to s we rve the customer....wont be returning
