I am not happy with there parts delivery ability needed a oil filter now I have to wait till tomorrow to start my engine swap because someone hours later order a 02 sensor on a seperate order they decided to wait bring them both at the same time . What about my filter? I spent day's engine swaping this vehicle only to have to wait on a filter to start it.

Always a pleasure. Knowledgeable staff. If they don't know the answer (which is an extremely rare occurrence) they will go the distance to find the correct solution to whatever your automotive needs may be. Super impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the service here. Highly recommend this establishment.

My only concern is people need to watch the price on what you buy off the shelf, as what is marked on the shelf tag is NOT what they're going to charge you at the register. The past two times I've been there, the price on their Duplicolor touch up automotive paint was $7 something on the shelf tag, but the register charged me $2 more, not including tax. The owner/manager wasn't available either time, and if I hadn't needed it right away, I'd have gone elsewhere, perhaps another NAPA in Fort Wayne, where I know they charge the correct price, because I've bought the same product there before, and have the debit card receipts to prove it it.
