We drove over 2 hours, from the Lansing area to buy an ATV from Kendall and we couldn t have been happier. All of our local dealers are mom and pop shops that don t know much about anything, being told Hondas come dirty from the factory, they don t make the particular model we want, two very different models are actually the same thing, etc.. Going to Kendall was a night and day difference. Nolan and the other guys all did a great job, great service, they were all very knowledgeable, we will definitely be back for our next purchase.

Got a 2023 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 and absolutely love it! Is the perfect work horse, but just as well has plenty of hype to get up and go have fun!Had a wonderful experience with Nolan, our salesperson. He was very polite, welcoming, and made sure we knew all the deets on my brand new machine. HR team got us in and out on all the paperwork and was very polite and welcoming as well.Would definitely do business again here, or recommend them too anyone!

Nolan and Channing got me a great deal on a new Navi and used Super Cub. I just got my learner's permit after years of not riding and both were very patient and knowledgeable as I looked at a multitude of bikes and asked far too many questions. Excellent experience!

Great staff. We were 500 miles from home and had vehicle trouble and they provided tools and the help to fix my brakes so we could return home. Very kind and helpful in all respects. Truly good people to out of state buyers. Highly recommend this company. Charles and Judy from NC

Took my side by side in for repair and they told me that we had let it get so dirty that dirt was getting in the air cleaner and would need a top end job(6-8 grand). Picked it up and asked my car mechanic to look at it, which he reluctantly did and for less than $1,000 he found a wiring problem and serviced it and it has ran fine ever since

Recently purchase a 2023 Honda Shadow Phantom from Kendallville Power, and my experience was by far the best buying experience I have ever encountered. Brent helped me out with my purchase and was extremely helpful answering question and giving suggestions for modifications. Purchase to pickup was fast! If you are looking for a new or pre-owed motorcycle and care about customer service not just the product you need to go to Kendallville Power.

They were great to work with. Went above and beyond to get it done and delivered on time.go and see these guys. There service department not so good had pivot nut come off and bolt pop out and they wouldn't come fix it they installed plow and winch. Only second time I used it. So I had to fix it myself to use it to plow. I wouldn't have them work on anything for me again. It is a new 4 wheeler only 3 miles on it.

The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. Jonah was super knowledgeable and helped me find the best ride. Purchasing from them was also super easy and quick! Even drove it to my house the next day so I didn t have to wait. For a beginner rider he took the time to show me the basics. Also gave me all the information I needed to get it on the road. I really appreciated everything, thank you so much!

I'm in Illinois about a 3 hour ride away, and tried to buy a Yamaha XSR they had listed on their website.I called on a Fri, and talked to Nolan. He explained their dealer policy is to require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to place a hold, but would allow it to otherwise be held if I was coming that day for it. I said I wasn't willing to risk riding 3 hours there and not liking something about the bike or deal and having them pocket $1000.With the understanding that it could sell to someone else at any time, I sent a Finance app on Fri. On Sat morning, I asked how it was going with getting my financing approved. Sat went by without them getting in touch with their bank. I was told they'll hear from their bank on Mon morning.On Mon morning when they opened, I let Nolan know I've got my own bike all packed up, paperwork ready, 2 keys, extra seat, owners manual, etc... and ready to ride there as I took the day off work as I expected there wouldn't be an issue with getting approved as I've got stellar credit.Nolan then told me that their bank won't finance someone from Illinois, and multiple other states. They don't have any way to finance out of state deals like mine. They apparently couldn't tell me this on Fri or Sat despite me sending them my finance application on Fri.They told me to instead get my own loan, and they would hold the bike today if I could still come in today (Mon). Otherwise, they wanted $500 non refundable to hold the bike beyond Mon. Actual text: "Just spoke to my manager and he said he'll hold for $500 if you can't make it today." I asked them to hold it as "sales pending for me today" as I was heading to my credit union to secure my own financing as they told me to do.I said I'd also like a phone call from the manager (Channing) about that non-refundable policy as I'd appreciate a reasonable explanation about it. Meanwhile I went right to my credit union to get my loan expedited so I could still go to Kendallville today, or otherwise make plans to reluctantly put up $500 to hold it, or make another arrangement with Channing pending his return call to me. Nolan texted that he'd "put a hold tag on it, do our best to not let it sell, and if someone starts to show interest, let me know" since his manager Channing was out to lunch and would call me when he returns.About 2 hours pass with no phone call from Channing. Instead, a call from Nolan telling me that "sorry, some guy from Indy just came and bought the Yamaha from one of our other salesman while we were both at lunch". Really?So much for their word about holding it the same day for me, putting a hold tag on it, or Channing even calling me back with any sense of urgency. Channing later said that I should have put the non-refundable deposit down to hold the bike for today actually, and it's my fault for planning to ride out there to buy it on their word that they were holding it today for me.Takeaways of this dealer: Their sales guy got hosed out of a deal and another one got commission from sniping the deal. They don't apparently communicate in their CRM or use hold tags properly to let other employees know that a deal is pending on a bike. And they won't take responsibility for having a ridiculous policy about non-refundable deposits and not honoring their word to hold the bike the same day for you. Great example of a dealer that has now clearly demonstrated reasons to NOT trust them with anything they say or even send in a text.Kendallville may service their other customers just fine 70%+ of the time, but Channing and owners really need to re-examine how they should help make a sale happen instead of finding ways to make it difficult, delay it, and eventually kill it. I gave Channing an opportunity to explain to me why they should get more than a 1 star review from me, and well, you can tell how that went. Hope someone there learns from the way this whole thing unraveled and went sour. Saved me a 6 hour round trip though!

We took our 2002 tri motorcycle in for a recall on the Master Cylinder...took it in Wednesday afternoon so that they can start on it Thursday morning...expected it to be done by early afternoon...called was told it wouldn't get done til the next day because the project before us was taking longer than expected. So we patiently waited til about 2 pm the next day...we called...then was told that the project before us took longer to complete and then they had to do an oil change that morning too... unfortunately they double booked....here it is Friday 4 pm...rain is moving in our area...and they still don't have it done...2 days missed out of riding... Got a call at 4:55 pm...fin

Cheap, quick, and easy place to get you motorcycle endorsement. I believe it was 10$ to ABATE, and was able to ride my own bike that I was familiar with!!! Thanks to Kendallville Powersports, and ABATE! Wife was happy that I passed the test!

I called to see about scheduling a time to have some work done to my 2001 Honda ST1100 only to find out that they would not want to work on something that old. They told me they stay away from work on vehicles older than 2005, never heard of a Honda shop that wont work on bikes they sell, you may want to consider that before investing in a new bike there..
