These guys at best one know wat they are doing, no questions about it. I walked in with a slight leak in my tire and 20 mins later I'm driving outta there with no worries whether they fixed it or not. Perfect job guys thank you.. if it would allow me to give you 10 stars you would get them from me

Had an issue with rims and they helped get it figured out and were able to fit me in there busy schedule with fast service! Appreciate your help fellows! Highly Recommend to use!

Was asked to keep an old tire that was removed and mount on a new rim for a spare. There was confusion at pickup of vehicle about this and choose not to call me and decided to throw tire away. Was asked to check the brakes when picked up still had same brake noise . I asked if they checked them they said yes and they were ok. They must not drive the vehicles or do any kind of checking to find out what is the problem. They may be ok for buying new tires or repairing flats but would not use for anything else.Rick the owner called me and made everything right. Which in todays world means a lot.

I was in a bind for a brake repair for my work truck and even though they could not do the job in the time needed they assisted in helping me to break free my seized lug nuts in order that I could get it fixed and back on the road. Thanks guys!!!!

Quick, no nonsense, very reasonable pricing. Had to drive in with the donut spare due to my tire getting a chunk of metal stuck in it and it going flat in just a few hours (I could literally hear the air hissing out). They got me in right away, fixed the flat with a patch from the inside (no cheap plugs here), remounted the repaired tire, and put my donut back in its storage spot in my suv. $20. I'll definitely be back next time my vehicle needs tires etc.

Under new ownership since October 2022. Changes are being made to the business (any business has growing pains ), but I ve communicated with the owner and, in my personal opinion, he reflects what a great business should be. Very focused on good Customer Service and satisfaction.

The Manager John was awesome & insightful on what tires would best suit my vehicles needs. Anytime i have been in a pinch or with a flat John makes sure my vehicles is back on the road in no time.I would recommend to anyone I know, I would never go anywhere else.

I work 3rd shift called about 2 hours before close and these folks fit me in last minute putting all four tires on my truck.. they also saved me about 150 bucks compared to local competitors in the area.. after exceeding expectations they've earned themselves a lifelong customer 100%.. thank you guys for what you do and your hard work.. my deepest appreciation is an understatement!

I got a four wheel alignment. They seem very amenable and honest. The price was reasonable. This might be my go-to place for car maintenance from now on. Also, overheard a quote over the phone to put on four tires, which sounded reasonable.

Good service. Husband had a screw in his tire with a slow leak. They got me in right away and took care if the issue. No further leaks. Repaired well. Would recommend.

My fianc� called to get new tires mounted and balanced on a car we recently purchased. The guy on the phone was an absolute jerk when we asked. We understand they may have been busy but a simple no would have been okay with us. We took the car somewhere else. This isn t the first time I ve heard of them being absolutely disrespectful for no reason either.

The guys in here are super nice and helpful and give the impression that they actually do want to help out.I had a nail in my tire, went this morning and they found that while there was a nail, it did not go all the way through. They got it out, and put my tire back on and didn t charge me a dime. I was in and out on 10 minutes.

Doug offers exceptional at a very fair price, He recently went above and beyond to get me out of a pickle and won my service for life. I found myself in a pickle. While mowing around the barn, I managed to rub the sidewall of the drive axle tire against a piece of angle iron. The tire was shot. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes prior to closing and they not only had the tire in stock they got me taken care of and back to mowing. Thank you Bill and the crew!

I recently found out that you have let Doug Jones go! I was very disappointed Doug has always done excellent work on any of my vehicles I brought in he made sure they were done to excellence and work well with his men and his customers! You definitely should rethink on a hire him back I was in there two weeks ago and the service was not nearly as good as when Doug was there I will miss him I have lots of my family that go there also and think a great deal of working withDoug! He always helped me and what I needed to do with my tires and still not spend a fortune! Bad move on your part!

There was a mix up with my appointment, and they still got my brakes done today. This was my second experience with this shop, and I would highly recommend them. Great service and reasonable prices.

Great place to do business with. My late dad did and I have ever since i could drive! Doug and most of his staff are awesome. He has always done me right! He does have one guy who doesn't know how to work on stuff.

I drive a tractor-trailer and many times the TA/Love s/Boss Shop won't fix a flat with a puncture deemed too close to the edge of the tire. It's pretty much nonsense and you're better off going to a tire-specific shop like Noble County Tire opposed to the large truck stop service shop. Noble was quick to patch my tire at a reasonable price. With tires so expensive due to primarily Biden administration incompetence it behooves owner-operators to get the most out of their tires with help from Noble County Tire.

I had driven in from Texas to visit my son in Kendallville when I noticed my wife s car had a low tire. Noble County Tire removed the tire from the rim, discovered it had sidewall damage and would need replacing.We had planned on buying a new set of tires upon our return to Texas as they had about 50,000 miles on them.I reluctantly told them I would prefer going to a tire dealer in Fort Wayne for new tires. The Fort Wayne have stores near me in Texas for future rotations, service, problems, etc.Not only did they understand, they assisted me in getting a good price at the other dealer!While I was at Noble County Tire, they fixed one leak and then found the sidewall damage. They then pulled the spare out of the trunk, put it on the car and placed the rim from the damaged tire in the trunk.When I went to pay them my jaw dropped. They would not accept anything! They, I believe it was Doug, said no payment was necessary, just say a good word about them in town if the subject of tires came up.I ve been driving for almost fifty years and I ve never, ever experienced better customer service. I m still in awe of how I was treated here. I ll never forget it. Sadly in this day and time, customer service is a lost art and extremely hard to find. Not at Noble County Tire in Kendallville. They have perfected it.

I know my car will always be well taken care of when I bring it in! I normally purchase my tires from Noble County Tire but the other day I had a flat and John was able to get my car in quickly and locate the issue.

Had the misfortune of 2 different flats in one week...they fixed the second one for free. They have always been a reliable place to go to. Was much appreciated that I was helped out as soon as possible and on the house the second time.
