Rude . Dude sat in his chair and refused to help me . "Waiting for a phone call" so he doesn't miss a $1000 sale was more important. O'Reilly's on the other hand was amazing! Advanced sucks!

Gonzo was amazing! Came in for a new battery tonight and he got me squared away 100% such a nice dude and had a great conversation! I hope he stays around a while!!!!

Wow! I don't have a name but the associate that worked with me went above and beyond to help me. My keys accidentally got locked in my truck and he drove me home to get the back up keys. Then worked in the cold to give me advice on what needed to be done. Very impressed!!

Parts cost more but they can get them in faster. Good customer service depending on who's working. The 2 working shortly before close didn't know how to return my core charge so I had to come back the next day.

Had to buy a radiator cap for my brother's Jeep. I didn't know what I was looking for but the guy working there was a great help!

After ordering parts and being told the time they would be in i went back to only find one of the parts ordered. was not told parts were not ordered, so waited for the next time i was told to expect them. Called ans was told by person selling to me he had told me i had to prepay for the parts, and was told this 2 times. i was not told and returned the part. i had aver 2 weeks involved in this mess, went to O'Reilly Auto, received one part right then and the other the next morning so i will not by or go into a place that blames poor work habits on the customer.

They've improved quite a bit, although some of the counter people need to learn more about vehicles in order to provide the correct part. It's usually best to take the old part in, if at all possible, for comparison, in order to avoid having to make another trip to get the correct part.

Everytime i come here i het really great service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. Was in bought battery and they installed in less than 5 mins. Overall a 4 star establishment.

Traveling from Ohio back to Illinois our battery light came on. Looked for closest Advanced Auto and purchased battery online at the Kendallville location. About 20 minutes outside of town our car died. We called Advanced Auto in Kendallville and the person on the phone said he would bring the battery to us, along with tools so we could swap out battery. We then followed him back to the store so he could test the alternator. (Which was bad). Did not have one in stock but recommended we go across the street to a competitor which we know he didn t want to do but knew we were 5 hours from home and anxious to get fixed and back in the road.This guy from Advanced Auto(which we never got his name) went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He wouldn t take any extra money from us for the help. We are truly so appreciative of what he did. There are still good people out there in this crazy world.Thank you Advanced Auto in Kendallville for making our car problem go more smoothly!!Keep up the great work.By the way. Had to go to Fort Wayne to get alternator but made it home safely.

Was looking for turn signal bulbs. Books for parts had 2013 as newest year. Staff was helpful in finding and testing correct bulb.

Not a fan. They aren't as helpful as the people across the street but ya know...if they got the part you need in store, its an easy decision to go there.

I thought closing at 9 meant 9 I pulled up at 855 a guy darted from the counter to the back to hide and the doors were locked. AutoZone it is boyz
