I came to the shop at 7:30 not knowing 8 was opening time my company sent me the address I put it in and went to the shopI went to open the door and it was locked as I got back to my truck a employee opened the door so I went back to talk to him and told him my issue with the apu he said pull up to the bay and somebody will be with you about 5 minutes I was pulled into the shop told the tech my issue and he walked me and my wife to the drivers lounge and offered us coffee and fresh doughnuts that were amazing we were in and out on our way in 2 hours I would highly recommend this shop if your having apu problems very nice employees

Luckily I was able to find this place! I called in, and spoke to Matt. They were able to service my bus AC system. Matt was awesome thru the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

When I got here I luckily had ran into the Branch Manager and he informed me that everyone left. He showed me where to drop that trailer off at. I told him about my clock and he said it was ok to park on the other side of the building. Thx, Mr. Heibert

The absolute best Customer Service that i have ever received from any dealer anywhere... Matt, Joe, & Tyler always take VERY GOOD care of me everytime i go in there to have work done. Even the Billing Lady Debra is top notch. You wont find a crew like this anywhere else you go. Wish all dealers were like this, it would make our jobs out here alot better. Thanks again for everything. ...Wish i could give more than 5 Stars..

Had a leaking head gasket diagnoses in Stanton PA, but they didn t have the gaskets to fix it. Picked up a dry can load and stopped on at CT Power. Got there at 8am and received a call from Matt by 1:30pm that they were finished. They saved me from losing a day of work. Great people and appreciate Matt. Super guy and very professional. Thanks CT Power!

10 (I don t see the 1st review I though I posted)Keith Actually FIXED all the problems I knew I had and a whole bunch I did not know I had (including 3 missing bolts in the flywheel) Could not be more impressed with the quality and expertise Keith has on the APU. (The design of this unit is horrendous in general. But it can run dependably when you have a great mechanic!)Matt get high praise as well. He understands the value of great customer service and makes you feel special!Thank you Gentlemen.

I recently purchased a truck that has a Comfort Pro APU. I went to this location and received great service. The mechanic went over the unit completely and gave me a lot of useful information about the unit. I will be returning here for all of my service needs.

Called in at 1011 for a NIST test.. thought it would take me longer to get there.. but as we were pulling up the mechanic was opening the door to pull us in. Check in was prompt and professional. Even when we do have to wait the service personnel are outstanding and acknowledge each and every customer.Their "drivers lounge" is more the employee break room.. could have a better lounge since drivers could be in here for hours while waiting on work to be performed.

Came in with issues with my reefer not staying on while having a load if frozen meat. They took the faulty unit off of my trailer and placed a loaner unit to keep my load safe. Also allowed me to make my delivery.Came back and they installed my repaired unit back on my trailer. While allowing me to stay overnight on lot. Awesome Company!

OMG What a wonderful Carrier Transicold business. Their the BEST in the world hands down. From the time I came in the door till the time I left they treated my wife and I with total respect. The friendliness I've ever seen. If you need work done their the one's to go to. Went to get my APU belt tightened and some filters. Went straight in and was done in no time flat. Had a couple of other things that I had to do and guess what they did them for me. All I can say is WOW. Joe the service supervisor is the man, willing to help anyway he can and Ken in parts sales what a hoot. And Jo I'll say the office clerk. The tech Brandon did a heck of a job. With this group and the other supporting cast of employees this Carrier will only continue to become the best if not already the best in the world. Don't change a thing on your customer service and your service its self and you will always have a 5 rating. I would give them a 100 rating if I could. Nothing but the best. Thank you for all your help.

Will not use again after hours. Guy kn call was ill and short with me and tried to keep from coming out on a road call. And if he had not I would have lost whole load since compressor had went out once he got there and checked it. But they do have a nice big lot for parking.

Great Placearrived a few hours before they opened.was first customer of the day...PMService on my APU.Excellent Customer relations,FriendlyKnowledgableProficient& answered all my questions concerning this new APU (PC 6000 series Comfort Pro).Got the settings adjusted to my requests. And have parking in graveled lot if you're out of hours.Driver lounge: TV, Coffee, snacks and an operators manual for the APU.The Mechanic: Experienced & Professional.

my second time here, by my request through my companies maintenance dept.my original recommendation of this place has IMPROVED this time.GREAT SERVICE by KNOWLEDGABLE TECH & SPEEDY...in and out in 1.5 hours - PM on APU & diagnosed/replaced defective part.If you require carrier service, go to w.w.williams.

A little more attention detail (missing bolts) would be helpful. Other than that, great service, friendly atmosphere.

Great service and fast...had an issue with my apu and was fixed with in a couple hrs.
