I had the absolute BEST experience! The owner Tim was very thoughtful and professional. As a woman, I feel like a lot of car repair shops take advantage of the situation and they did anything but here!I brought my car here after getting a ridiculous quote of from Big O in Scottsburg, IN when I went in for an alignment. I called on a Thursday afternoon, I was able to drop my car off Friday morning and it was done by 3pm. When I got there, Tim went with me and test drove the car and every noise he heard, he explained and showed me why it was doing that and needed replaced.My big concern was my motor mount and multiple places had quoted me $1000. He was able to do it for a fifth of that price!I couldn't be happier with the service and friendliness from this business and I will be bringing my cars solely there for all problems in the future.

Took my ford focus there right before they closed and within the next day at 9am i got a call already letting me know the details of what needs to be fixed and a the price details. Again just hours later same day at 3pm my car was ready! It s an older car so I m definitely taking it back for any additional repairs it needs!! They were very professional while also having compassion about getting my vehicle fixed efficiently and within a great amount!!! I HIGHILYYY recommend!!

I took my Chrysler 200 in and dropped it off on Wed evening, with antifreeze leaking badly inside the drivers side floor board by the pedals. The mechanic called the next morning, gave me an estimate and told me what was wrong with it. After giving the shop the ok to fix it, they started working on it. I had my car back by noon on Friday, my coworkers and I were surprised to have a quick turn around. I would recommend this shop and will now be the shop I send my car to. First time taking a vehicle here. Did a great Job car feels brand new. Called me asked me before he did anything to the car to confirm what I wanted.Above and beyond service.Told him I didnt want fuel fill inlet light serviced it hasn't been causing me any issues he listened didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed it. I was worried about my car being in the parking lot over a long holiday weekend. Drove by to make sure it was still there and was delighted to see that they had put it in the garage over the holiday weekend. Safe to say they ve earned a new customer!

Went here to get my windshield fluid pump replaced and they were fantastic. Professional and transparent for how much the cost and time would be throughout. Voignier's Auto has earned my business for good! I recently had my Alternator replaced, which turned out to be a pretty extensive job. They got me right in the shop and fixed within 2 days. The woman who helped me was very kind and professional! Thank you!!

I made the mistake of taking my car to somewhere other than Voigniers to fix the AC in my car because I moved an hour and a half away. They have previously repaired two for me in the past and never disappointed. The shop I originally took my car to for a quote told me it needed $1600 worth of repairs to fix it. After taking it to Voigniers for a quote they were able to fix it for $500. The drive is well worth it to get quality repairs and customer service!Service: A/C installation & repair

Took my aged (2003) vehicle in for some needed repairs. The team at Voigniers kept me in the loop of what it needed and the pricing was great. First time taking my car here to be worked on instead of my normal shop. They did a great job and got it in and out quickly. There was one part that i need but the new part did no good (need OEM)so they took it back off and installed the old. There are a lot of shops out there that would take advantage and not do that to make an extra buck.

Took my car to Big O and they said that my lower arm controls need it to be replaced. Brought my car here and they said it was my shocks and struts. I went ahead with them and my car is running great now. It feels so much smoother. These people are very honest and professional. Definitely going to be my mechanic for now on.

We were coming into Jeffersonville from Cleveland, Ohio. It was Memorial Day weekend and about 30 minutes, before arriving in Jeffersonville, the AC went out on my car. All I knew was that I didn t want to drive home without AC! Right away, my son searched for a mechanic. Voignier s had a great rating so we gave them a call. They were able to get my car in and repair it that Friday! I thought that was going to be an impossible request to fill! They were professional, friendly, speedy, the waiting area was the cleanest that I had ever seen for an auto repair shop, and the repair came in less than the original quote!! I had a power steering leak I d taken back to a different mechanic 3 times to fix with no success, but I took it to Voigners and he got it fixed in a day for even less $ than the other place charged me. Jim Harvey Tim s crew did an excellent job on my 85 Corvette. They had to install a heater core which is no ease task. They were very careful in taking care of my car. Finally I found an honest shop that did amazing work and didn't take advantage of me. They diagnosed my air conditioning system in my Jeep and repaired it fast and for a great price! I highly recommend them for all your auto repairs!!

Super friendly and reliable local mechanic. I m car illiterate and the folks here did me a solid. They troubleshot my check engine codes, fixed my AC, and repaired a broken headlight for an amazingly reasonable price. It would be 5 stars if it was quicker for them to look at my car. Unfortunately I had to wait a few days before they could look at it but that might just go to show how good they are that they keep busy. Other than that, as soon as they looked at it (which was when they said they would) it took no time to fix (and that's with putting an alternator in and some wiring) and they weren't very expensive. I think I found my new mechanic. Will 100% go back every time and will 100% recommend to everyone I talk to. Thank you so much Voignier's Auto Repair!! You have a loyal customer AND have put my mind to ease knowing I can depend on someone who is reliable and won't cheat me. I'm going to share your flyer for people who need to know what you guys work on. "They fix everything no one else wants to fix"! I thought that was a cute slogan

Voignier's is the only place you should take your vehicle to get it fixed. They go above and beyond for their customers. We have brought my car there for multiple services and have always been happy with the results. I love how they take the time to explain what is wrong with your car and tell you the costs before going ahead and making the repairs. Also, their shop is extremely clean. (So clean that kids can play on the floor and not get dirty). Voignier's will always have my business. :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes

EDIT:I just had to take my car in again for a leak to be repaired. I was called 30 minutes after they opened with the cost and what was wrong. It was overwhelmingly reasonable. They found out later that they needed to add a hose and they called me to get approval before they did it. This place has never once tried to take advantage of me. They work quickly and I trust them because they do such a great job every time I go. ***I can not say enough about how great the people are here. I was new to the area and had my AC go out this summer. After I seen the reviews on google I gave them a call. I was quoted a very fair price and was up and running in the same day with amazingly cold air. Fast forward several months and my air is still working great.I recently had an issue with a door that I thought was just the door panel. I dropped it off the next day and after a couple hours I got a call and he was very honest. It was a latch issue that actually had a recall on. He let me know all my options, even the one that was unfavorable to him, being schedule for a dealer to do the free repair. I opted to let them fix it so I could have it the same day and I also wanted to really give them my business because of the honesty. He had my car done in no time and I was really surprised at the very low fee I was charged. He also went ahead and gave me directions on how to go about getting the others fixed before an issue. He also informed me of other recalls on my car that I was unaware of. I will ALWAYS go back to them, even for a recommendation if it s an issue out of their specialty. Forgot to give a review when I got service, but this place is excellent. They are fairly priced with a great staff that make you feel like they aren't takinf advantage of you. They even go out of their way to pick up your car if there was an issue with the repair. Fantastic service!

Voigners is incredible. Tim really does phenomenal work. I took my car in to replace my compressor and alternator. They were significantly more affordable and they were also fast and efficient. Tim came out and communicated everything to me and his whole team was polite.
