Yesterday we started hearing a squeaking coming from our passenger side front tire. We were about to drive back to Indianapolis ( after my aunts funeral). I was pretty nervous about the long trip with the tire doing what it was. My husband actually was a little concerned also, so that made me even more nervous. Usually he tells me I'm over reacting, and moves on. We stopped at this location to ask them to please look at the tire. Turns out the hardware for the brakes had became loosened somehow. We have a 2018 Nissan Rogue with only 50,000 miles on it. After he inspected it, he told us what happened, and then told us that we didn't owe him anything. He just wanted to know that we made it home safe. I was so relieved that I did not get his name. He has blonde hair and wears glasses. So, to the guy who helped us yesterday, once again, Thank you so much. We made it home safe. Your kindness was appreciated very very much.

These guys were amazing!!! After we had a flat tire on our way to Chicago for a funeral, they stayed late to make sure we got back on the road as soon as possible. They were knowledgeable and practical and got the job done. 10/10 great service! Many thanks to the manager Mark, Evan, and Ariez!!!

I brought a vehicle in today that I purchased last week and check engine light came on and had issues going on. Not only did they get my vehicle in, communicate with me the entire way through it, but they did it for an acceptable price and in a timely manner. The car was driving so much better when I drove it off the lot. Mark was fantastic. I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.EDIT****Tire Discounter has been here to help me repair the LEMON I was sold. They ve been straight with me and reasonable. And although we have had to spend a lot of money to get where it needs to be- they don t have me repair things that don t need repaired. They re honest, good people.Don t take your car anywhere but here.

EVERYONE should take their vehicle here for service. I have never encountered a more honest and hardworking shop ever. My girlfriends Equinox has been having a TON of trouble no thanks to Hubers Auto Sales in Jeffersonville for selling customers Lemons and covering it up by resetting codes to clear the dash.They are honest about their work, the don't try and sell you on the expensive fix when it's not needed. They have flat out told us we needed a simple fix instead of a converter replacement. We ended up replacing the converter anyway through them and the price was more than fair.Came in and the were able to diagnose another issue we thought was lifter tick or rod knock and it turned out to be an easy fix with a fair price for parts and labor.It's hard finding a honest shop now a days but this is one of them. Honest, quality work, and super friendly employees. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here.

Good experience. Checked in for my appointment for new tires. I was informed that an error occurred, my tires weren't ordered upon scheduling of my apt. Right away they said that's ok we have them available in the region and will go pick them up. They provided free transportation for me, back to work. Thank you for having a quick solution and finding a way to complete my service!

I received a message on my car dash, saying my left rear tire was low. I knew Tire Discounters was the closest tire center. I walked in and asked the gentleman at the counter if they could check the air in the back tire? Immediately someone came out and checked the tire and it only had 10 lbs. of air in it. I was thankful and grateful they could repair the tire so quickly and get me on my way. Thanks, again!

I came into the Jeffersonville location to have new tires and an oil change done. I have use this location multiple times to buy new tires but I've never used it to do an oil change on my vehicles. I had my oil change done January 19 and within a week my car started acting funny so I took it into Carriage Ford in Clarksville, they checked the oil and told me that I was in desperate need of an oil change, which made no sense, because I just had it done less than three weeks ago. So they ended up doing an oil change & and they stated that there was absolutely no way that my oil was changed any time recently. The oil that came out of my car was completely black and on top of that it was over filled?? So Carriage Ford stated that it looks like my oil was just added to! So I basically paid for a service that was never done in the first place! If I wanted to talk, my oil off, I could've easily done that myself. I will NEVER use this company for anything ever again!! By the way, after the oil change from CF, my car is back to its normal running self!

My mom had a tire blown out in Menards parking lot, she called me to come help. She didn t have a spare. I called tire discounters 4 mins before closing and explained my situation. The manager stayed after closing time to put a new tire on my mom s car. I m beyond grateful!

Customer service is lacking,Stopped in for an oil change, they said it was 1 1/2 weeks for I could get an oil change.Recently bought a set of tires, with warranty road haz.Got a nail in tire so I stopped in to get it fixed.Was told since it s an hour and a half before closing they could not fix it.So I had to go to a competitor

I went in yesterday after there was a nail in my tire and I heard it while I was driving. They helped replace the tire and offered quick service. The people working were very kind and helpful, especially given that I don't know anything about cars other than how to drive!

Had a big mix up on tires. They did not put right tires on I wanted. Said just was not available for this vehicle. Came up with another set that I liked had to pay a difference between the set they put on and the set I got. The set I got should of sold for close to 925.00 with the difference I had to pay ended up with almost 1100.00 invested. I am very happy with the tires. But still think they over charged me a little. Over all. It was just a mess and I was upset just paid the few dollars extra to get it over with. I feel I paid about a 100.00 more then I should have.

I would not recommend visiting this location. I made an appointment at 1pm a week in advance to have one tire replaced and an oil change. Dropped my vehicle off at 1240. Returned at 4pm to pick up only to find out that they haven't even touched it. They were going to pull it in and put it on real quick. I asked them not to do anything to my car. The manager Mark came to tell me they were pulling it around and did not even apologize once. I have visited other locations with no issues. Please use caution when visiting the Veteran Highway location

Jerry was great explaining the services offered. He needed help finding out if they can sell me one tire. His supervisor was very short and rude!! I would have stayed for services but was made to feel small since I could not afford 4 tires ! Was willing to buy 2 tires but the supervisor attitude made it a no deal!! Thanks Jerry your tried

Scheduled an appointment to patch my tire. They didn't have anything available for almost a week, and the price was significantly higher than competitors in the area. However, the staff were kind, the building itself was newer/updated, and they have a convenient coffee shop next door to wait at. You get what you pay for which is nice, but it did take almost an hour and a half to patch a simple tire. I probably would return though.

Alignment work fixed my tire issue on my Jeep. They changed the oil in my BMW M5, and they just repaired my flat tire on my X3. Excellent customer service from manager Mike.

I had an excellent experience at tire discounters, the personnel is very professional and kind. The wait was from 1 hour to 1.5, they provided an Uber to take me home, and back to pick up my car at no cost. It was a very pleasant experience.I highly recommend their business.

*** UPDATE 1/9/18****James went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our new tires. This just goes to show that they are human and things happen but they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Thanks for the extra effort.*** UPDATE 11/20/17****James had me come in so he could take a look and immediately ordered us a new rim, talked with the online chat group to fix the communication issues, and said he was going to check their pressure gauge to correct the over inflation issue. Just having an issue with the tires we selected now and James is doing everything he can to make it right.*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***Multiple issues on my visit this weekend.-Used the online chat screen to schedule my appointment for Saturday morning on Wednesday. Arrived Saturday morning lugging our 3 children along to find out that the chat representative didn't forward the details of what tires I wanted ( A recurring issue lately according to them) which meant they didn't have them in stock and couldn't get them until Monday. James was understanding and gave a discount for the inconvenience.-When we picked the car up Monday the tire pressure light came on immediately after starting the car. Found that all the tires were aired to over 40psi when the vehicle detail plate calls for 35. I dropped the air pressure back down to 35 in the parking lot and it fixed the light as they alert for too high of pressure as well.-As I was working on lowering the air pressure I noticed that there was a gouge 3/4 of the way around the edge of the back passenger rim. I understand that this rim already had a gouge in one of the spokes from a previous wreck but just because it wasn't perfect doesn't mean the same care shouldn't be taken with it as any other rim.

I am over the moon with their services! I had a TERRIBLE experience with Walmart auto in Clarksville and they fixed it for me! they told be some things that could be done to my car as well aside from what I had went in for. I had a budget and they got almost all of it done right at my budget! They were so kind and helpful! Even called back the day after just to thank me for using their services and to let them know if I need anything else from them!

We are traveling for Fall break with our camper and had a blow out on the interstate. Pulled into this location and they immediately got us in and even replaced all 4 of our trailer tires for peace of mind. David and Mark went above and beyond. Very thankful so now my family has a safe trip. Great customer service. We need more businesses to step it up like they did. Very appreciative of their professional service!

I took my vehicle in for a tire issue. The shop was kind of backed up because of the time of day. The guys at the counter were very helpful and treated all of the customers with the same level of courtesy and respect as they did me.

My check tire pressure light went on last Saturday at 2:30. You helped me, was courteous, stayed beyond closing time and did not appear irritated (Saturday closes at 4:00). Thank you very much for helping me. I will be back for other services.

Set an appointment, and they say they are busy and can't get you in.. what's the point of the appointment. The staff was rude and acted like they REALLY disliked their job and customers. Walmart Auto Center has better customer service. Y'all charge entirely too much to put up with the rudeness and made to feel like we were an inconvenience.

Took my truck in for tires and alignment. Afterwards, my steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle. Called and made an 8 am appointment and was told that they would get in straight in. When I got there, I was told it would be a little bit. After waiting over a half hour, still nothing. Pretty disappointed that they put no priority on fixing something they messed up.

Marc is probably one of the best customer service reps I ve ever had the privilege of working with. When I got in, Doug took care of me, I got my tires balanced and rotated. Nothing extra, nothing pushy, professional and to the point. Will be going back.

Don't come here unless you want to be bamboozled into spending a bunch of money. I went in for a tire patch and they told me it couldn't be patched and I needed a new tire. It was going to be over $300 for one tire! I still have temp tags on my car and got it from the dealer last month so there was NO way I needed a new effing tire. I left and went down the street to Big-O Tires and got it fixed there for $35.00.

Originally had an appointment for Saturday due to being out of town all week for work. Called in about an hour after they opened to see if they could squeeze me in on a Thursday due to work being called off, as I had a screw in my back passenger side tire. Marc (GREAT TO WORK WITH) and staff did everything they could to get my tire fixed and send me on my way. WAS NOT THERE EVEN AN HOUR AND DIDN T EVEN HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Definitely recommend Tire Discounters (on Veterans) for all of your cars tire needs and wants.P.S. get the Road Hazard warranty, it may save you! No charges for this repair due to me having gotten the Road Hazard warranty.

It took almost 5 hours to have 1 tire changed. When asked how l9ng the service would take the guy said 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I called to check up on the service and he said it should be done in 30-40 min. If he would have been up front about the actual time it could have taken to change 1 tire that was already off the vehicle I could have done other things with my day. I will not be back to that location.
