Great service and great employees. They got me in right away on a Saturday and changed my tire right away so I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommend! Joshua the manager was terrific!

Steve & Chris Saved my life! Out of town in dire straits and these guys literally saved my life. Took me in at the spur of the moment to address a serious issues and Chris's keen knowledge recognized issues gone by the way side by other mechanics. He was thorough with his inspection and got me back on the road the same day. Saving my job commitment in Georgia and keeping me safe. These guys are the best Indiana!

The gentlemen at the shop were extremely nice and personable. They were very professional and helpful in explaining all that needed to be done to my car. They did not pressure me into getting all the work done completely in the same day. They told me what the next most important thing would be in getting my car taken care of and they also provided me with pricing/quotes. I live close by and have been visiting this location for several years. All my oil changes have been with this location and will continue to go there for all my car needs.

I called ahead to make an appointment over the phone, and they were very helpful and got me in on the same day. The mechanic was nice, did not try to up-sell me, fixed the issue I came in for, and gave me a recommendation. I will be returning for them to service my vehicle in the future.

Very nice people to deal with. Got my tires in overnight and put them on quickly the next morning. So far, tires ride well amd look good.

Had trouble with our church/school van on a trip. It was on July 4th but they were open and did an Amazing job. They kept me well informed with what was happening. They even found that the van had a missing slide bolt on the breaks. They found one available and replaced it for me. They are reasonably priced too. Both Brian and AJ are great to work with.

My experience was fabulous as always here. They are the best care givers ever!! My husband called to get in quickly and they took us right away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They always make you feel important each time we go into the shop and the customer care is the best we have experienced at any service level!! I highly recommend them for any of your service need . Top notch!!

Very friendly and helpful staff! One guy even fixed my glovebox free of charge. Open door policy, you can come inside and see them work. Manager was super helpful and even let me order my own tires. No pressure to buy from them, they just want to help you. They gave me a detailed account of my service and even walked me through the parts I didn t understand. Definitely will return.

They did an excellent job with checking out my car. I was in and out within 20 minutes! The staff there is extremely kind and welcoming, specifically the manager, Shawn. It was a very pleasant experience, being that I was so nervous about my car. I would definitely recommend checking out Ken's, if you want fast, friendly and effective service.

Went in today for a simple oil change. I was privileged to meet the new General Manager. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and I'm really happy to see the turn around in staffing. Very honest guys to work with. Michael the new General Managers is very knowledgeable and has brought a totally new atmosphere to the building along with some new skilled help. I would highly recommend this location for all of your automotive needs.

Jake was very helpful in getting me into the right set of tires. He was considerate of my safety and as well as my income. He got me in and out in timely manner too. He so friendly. I had tires issues after holiday traveling and came in for a rotation and air. There were other tire needs that were accessed, brought to my attention, and fixed in a timely manner. Based on customer service and how you are treated, I highly recommend this place! Amazing experience.

I just recently moved here and was needing new tires, after going to and calling several different shops, I pulled in here and was given the best service. Chris was extremely helpful, nice, and patient. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely make this my go to for any car needs here in Jeffersonville.

Stopped by on my way home from work to see if they could pull a bolt from my tire. The very professional and nice man behind the counter got my truck right in, tire plugged, and when I went to pay, he passed me a receipt with a zero charge! I tried again to pay and he said to just come again. Goodbye Michel Tires...who couldn't plug my tire for four days!I'll be dropping off donuts as a thank you for the great service!

Awesome Service! Kind, friendly and understanding people who seem to know their stuff! So very helpful found a bolt in my tire and I have tire protection with the dealership but the dealership was being unhelpful but the guys here helped me. I am new to the area but now I found my car place! Thank you all!

I had a great experience with them. The mechanics we're very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done correctly the FIRST time every time. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Id like to thank one mechanic in particular, Ryan. Thank you for your hard work! I drive for a living and you help me keep moving!

I went in to get my tire plugged because I had a screw in it. The service was great and they fixed it pretty fast. A couple days later I m on the highway and at about 60 mph my steering wheel was shaking pretty bad and it kept pulling to the right. My car is brand new and only had about 400 miles on it at the time so I knew that it was something they did or didn t do. I took it to the dealership that I bought it from to have them take a look they told me that they didn t put the weights back when they fixed my tire. So, I ll never go back because that is an amateur mistake and should ve never happened. If anyone goes here, I d definitely inspect the work before you leave because they just might forget to finish the job.

So disappointing. They messed up my oil plug and put in several replacement plugs and failed to let me know what was going on. Then I was told I needed a new oil pan and a new plug and they would replace it if it continued to leak. I called this morning to let them know it was continuing to leak and I was told they could not help me. So now I m stuck with having to replace a whole new oil pan and at my cost. when I did not do any damage to the vehicle and it was caused by their technicians. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Convenient, quality go to place for auto repairs; oil changes and odds and ends. and sometime tires. Had some hit and miss employees in the past. They are back on track with Mike. Previous head mechanic had a friend of mine back three times to repair an issue. Previous female sales associate wouldn t go $20 less for two tires to match competitor, so i went to competitor. Free air. update: changed names. Previous female associate has returned. Better places around for service. Look for the fake reviews that have five stars.update: chick didn t answer when i called and made an appointment for an oil change. i arrived for my appointment and chick not there. yes. all right. i got there on dot for my appointment on Saturday morning. no other customers there. scary and odd. I was the only car and only customer there. i saw Three guys on duty and it took them a good 45 minutes to complete my oil change. good price.

I can not express how much I recommend Ken Towery's in Clarksville. Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I needed and got everything taken care of at a reasonable cost for a single mom. His staff was friendly and assured I made the right decision in my purchase. I had my son with me and they were friendly and courteous and didn't make us wait forever. Overall, it was a fun, easy, and adorable resolution to my tire and alignment problems. They have a great team, and I highly recommend them!

I'm not from this area at all, we were coming from michigan headed to Nashville and when we were about 200 miles away from our destination I ended up blowing out a tire due to a gator back in the road. They were amazing and helped us out, the staff was very polite and we were back on the road within an 1hr. 10/10 reccomend this place, great staff and great service.

Ted is WONDERFUL. He listened!!!! It was nice to be a person and not a $ sign. Very patient with my questions and concerns. They just worked on one of our cars. I was so satisfied I picked up 1 car and left my other car when I was planning to get her fixed in a few weeks.Ted,Thank you for bringing my loyalty and confidence back to Ken Towery. Your car is gorgeous btw.

I have been a customer of the Jeffersonville Ken Towery store for 20+ years. My visit today was the best I have ever had. The new manager, Stacey Poindexter, was not only helpful, but knowledgeable and efficient. She went out of her way to offer great service. Her attitude and personality made my day.

Stacey and her team were great. She was most helpful getting the tires I needed; gave the best price available and didn't have to wait long. I will definitely be back!!
