If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been to this place twice one to get a set of brand new tires I didn t get them and they lost out on a sale because some short Hispanic guy got nasty attitude with me I don t want you touching my car if you re nasty like that and treating people like that I can only imagine what you would do to my car. That was like 7 years ago then I went theirs today just to get some air for my tire and some fat sloppy Hispanic dude had an attitude with me when I asked for air in my tire s he told me yeah the hose is right their you can do it your self like he didn t want to serve me I don t know how to work y all s equipment and for you to ask me to do it my self is shameful service is the key do better zero stars from my I wouldn t go to this place every again terrible services

needed tires since all my tires were ruined, they didn't have my tires which is fine obviously. So i wanted my donut put on, in the process of doing that they stripped my lug nut and I notice as we're leaving and I go back in and confront them about it. Then they decided to admit their wrongs. Maybe you should tell your customers if you're gonna do that to their cars. Not good business ethic

This place is great. They have quality used tires that won't break the bank but will get you where you need to go. They are all great people who will work with you if you show them respect. It's great having them around especially when I don't have a lot of money to spend.

The employee at the desk was not very courteous and acted as if he could care less about waiting on me. Had no customer service skills at all. Must have interrupted what ever he was listening to on his headset. Hate to think how they would be if I bought a tire(s) from them and had a problem. No thank-you,! No reason to ever go back!

Purchased a used tire, 2 different times and both tires were trash!!! Used or not, tires aren't supposed to start cracking after only a couple of months, especially with as little driving as I do. Work and come home, that's my schedule! LOL... You are better off buying a new tire across the street, trust me! Don't risk your life or your loved ones just to save $20-30!

Great little local and hispanic owned spot to get new and used tires. I got a great price on a set and quickly. The only reason I don't give them five stars is that my tires were completely balanced.

Great service, good price. Super quick.I'm always a fan of getting new tires, but sometimes life throws you a curve ball and new tires just aren't in the budget. Here the price is right and you get what you pay for. The tires won't last you forever, but will certainly get you back on the road safely. Been a repeat customer and have sent many friends there as well. All have been treated well.

Back again today. Still excellent and prompt service. Prices were wonderful. I'm happy to see that they've expanded their business to some high end rims and tires. I highly recommend them.

I've bought many tires from here and they are always great quality. I got one the other day it ended up having a hole in it, I took it back and they r ed placed it without a receipt! Thank you so much for your great service, you have z life long customer here for sure!

This is the worst excuse for a tire shop. Want new prices for tires with barely legal tread. They do not speak english. They seemed bother you even are there. They are rude. There tires suck. $80 for a tire and it blew out in 2 days. They refused to do anything about it. Told me it was my truck the reason the tire was bad. And told me to leave. Save your money and go to a real tire shop.

They didn t put the tire back into our car correctly and all of the bolts came off. Luckily it happened just as we got off the freeway and we re able to safely stop.They told us it was our fault somehow.

I just used tw auto repair and got a set of tires. He did a great job. Service with a smile and the tires were new and he even put them on without any problem. It was 15 mins maybe less and I was back on the road.If you need great service at a fair price. Checkout T.W. Auto repair. They will get what you need in no time.

They gave me a good price on some really good used tires but I came there from the Clarksville location because, at the time, Clarksville couldn't balance my tires. So when I get there, they tell me it will be another $10. I said ok I want them balanced. When they put the tires back on my car and I was about to pay, I asked the guy if he had balanced my tires. His response was, "Um we didn't get a chance to." I said that was the whole reason that I came here so they had to take my tires back off and another 15 minutes balancing the tires.

This is the ONLY place I'll go for good quality tires. The people are friendly, the quality of service is top notch, and I'm usually back on the road in less than 20 minutes!

Called and asked if they had the size tire i needed. Said yes and it would be $45 plus tax. Drove over 39 min later and he said it would be $55 plus tax. Whatever. Then went to pay and he told the cashier it was $65 plus tax. Cons! I wont be back.

I've bought used tires here and thought nothing of it, but the last time I did my tie rod end was bent before I left. I turned around within a quarter mile and they wanted to charge me $280 to fix it. I complained and they offered to change the tires again. I assumed they intended to fix what happened and they put my old tires back on and didn't give me my money back then started speaking Spanish. Get tires at your own risk.

Poor service. Bussiness is owned raffa roudrigez and he jas his sons working there they havw hirriable customer service and seriously trys to fight the customers on the property they will raise the pricw of there service based on weather or mooda. They nevwr want to work. This bussiness needs ti be ahut down they pay 3 to 4 bucks for used tires and charge 40 each.. There criminals and take advantage of people

Bought 2 tires. Mife wife drove the car to work the next day and one tire blew out on the side of it. Fast forward a month later and I'm driving down the road yesterday and the whole tread blew off the other one. What a absolute joke of a business. Didn't seem like they even wanted to talk or do business when I was there.

Their used tired are in bad shapeDidn't last 1 day, the guy gave me a hard time for a replacement although it says 15 days warranty.Stay away from this business

Had a flat tire on way to work called and they had my size even gave me a small discount because I had very little money. The gentleman was extremely nice and quick. Thank you very much.

All I can say is, I should have read the reviews first. After going here I was sold an unsafe tire and after the guy jacked up the car without using the recommend jack point, I hear a knocking sound when I drive at low speeds. If you go here after reading these reviews, you obviously don't care about your car or money.

Man showed me 3 good used tires. That is not what he put on my car! I got bald tires with thread showing!! Don't waste your money

Always nice and quick. Have always had the tire that I've needed and never had a problem. Highly recommended for people on the go and on a budget.

Had a great experience here this morning. Fast, friendly, and affordable with at least a seven day warranty on the tire. 10/10 would recommend
