Had a great experience at T.A.P. automotive. Brandon was very courtesy and helpful. He had my atv tires mounted quickly and at a most reasonable price. I will be coming back when I need more work done, and I would advise you to do the same. Thanks again, Brandon, and my grandson loved the 4 wheeler and his new tires.

First we've just recently been here and there's never been any problem getting in and getting services taken care of expediently. I second another review that says this is a hidden gem. Pulling up to the place it's clear they have a steady stream of business. While I was there Tate (the owner) more frequently than not was manning two different phones yet also was able to accommodate every customer that walked in, treating them with the utmost respect and patience, and giving them all the time they needed while still managing the phones...multitasking at its finest. This is the type of customer service and business this world needs more of.

The people at TAP automotive are very kind. They have spent a lot of time trying to help us figure out my son s car. They have only charged us for the necessary things and continue to make sure my son s car is safe while not breaking the bank. Super nice guys!Will continue to bring my cars here.

I ve been going to TAP for a while now, with multiple vehicles. Tate is very professional and takes great care of his customers. He truly cares about doing the job right, and ensuring you are well taken care of. Can t recommend enough to have any vehicle repairs needed be completed by TAP. Great experience every time.

I have 2020 Toyota camry and was in need of a Transmission fluid change. The dealer wanted $350 for it so I decided to shop around. I called a few places but decided to try TAP because of it's proximity to my home. I was a little apprehensive at first because if done wrong it could lead to a very expensive repair. The mechanics there seemed very knowledgeable and so far so good.

Tate is THEE BEST!I had some issues with my 14 Taurus that was taken to the dealership (where a maintenance and warranty package were purchased), I felt like the dealer was taking advantage of me & my husband, they told us we needed new tires (uneven wear & tear) we ve had this car less than one year, no way, there had to be something more! The dealer tried to sell us tires and an alignment and balance for close to $1,700!So, I called T.A.P. I bought new tires, asked Tate for a quote (mount, alignment & balance) and if he could verify what the dealership was telling me was true, that our vehicle was out of alignment thus causing all the issues we were having. Tate checked her (Malice our Taurus) out, stated that we needed two wheel bearings!! I appreciate his playing devil s advocate for the dealership, the quick lube boys aren t trained to look for those things, which is unfortunate. If we were to have taken care of these things at the dealership, we would have been back up there again for vibration on the tires. I told Tate we have a warranty plan, so the bearings should be covered, he went through the glove box, found the info and called the company, gave me all the info and had Miss Malice running smooth by the end of the day! For LESS THAN WHAT THE DEALERSHIP QUOTED!Tate was honest, he let me go into detail about my horrible experience and gave me the assurance he would find out what was wrong and get Miss Malice running, the thing I appreciate more than anything, he didn t talk to me like a dumb woman and he didn t upsell me on ANYTHING. I have been going to his C Ville shop for years, but this new location is so close to home. Miss Malice and I had a moment on our ride home, she glides now, she purrs like a kitten on the open road and I am so thankful for Tate and his J Ville crew and their honesty!Ladies, if you don t want to feel taken advantage of when you have car troubles, go see Tate! Him and his son (at C Ville) are stand up guys! Made me a life long customer for sure!

A hidden jem in Jeffersonville IN. Everyone were very professional. I asked them to show me the issues on my car and the were happy to show them. Plus very straightforward with suggestions to correct the problem. I will come back to them again.

First, the website is extremely welcoming and usable. I actually called instead of using it, but the user friendliness of it is what made me actually feel safe to call! Prices were reasonable and honest, I loved dealing with Jeremy, and my car is in good working order now, really much better. I Had a ticking sound and some brake issues with my Honda civic and I took It in to get checked out and the brakes and rotors needed replaced ! This was by far the easiest experience I could ve possibly asked for . As a single woman I felt completely safe and well taken care of . They even gave me a ride home both ways and were very thorough in explaining what I was paying for . This will be my place from now on to get anything done on my Honda !Service: Brakes

Very suprised. I called got my car in around noon. They replaced 2 lower control arms and ball joints on both sides, front brakes and rotors, swaybar end links and a oil pan gasket on a 2011 ford escape. It was done by 5. And the cost was cheap. Great quality work!!!! I will be a long time customer now.

I really reeeally wanted this to be my new mechanic. They're right by the house and had good Google reviews. (I learned they offer service discounts for good reviews.) I'm just going to put my experience and you can make your own decisions.Initially they charged me $700 for a transmission flush, an oil change and to put on 4 tires I brought (already purchased) to them to put on. They said it was "special transmission fluid" for a Rav 4. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seem cool and good reviews.While I was there for that work they said all 4 wheel bearings were going out and it would be $900 to replace. I priced parts and that still seemed high, but they're 2 blocks away so whatever.I took it in for the wheel bearings. They called me back within 20 minutes after dropping it off and said they diagnosed it wrong and it would actually be twice the price. I said thanks, but no thanks and took my car back.After this visit my car really began to vibrate bad, the mechanic had said something about having to pull on one of the control arms because it was getting caught or something. Weird that it started shaking so bad so suddenly after this. But I took it back to my old mechanic. Old mechanic charged me 600 and the Rav is back to driving smooth.I'm not a car expert, maybe they saw things my old mechanic didn't, but I don't feel comfortable and won't be going back.***Update 12/12/23 they just responded to this review that they do not offer discounts for good reviews. My partner took their vehicle there before I went and they straight up offered a 10% discount for a positive review. It is one of the 5 star reviews present here. That happened.

Would definitely return to get work done on my car! Had my AC replaced and Jeremy was super helpful making sure the work got done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Works great now as well! Love the way the place is like a 50 s gas station. Super friendly vibe :)

We needed our oil pressure sensor changed. They were able to get us in and do the job within 2 hours of us dropping our car off. Tate joked with my husband and had really good customer service. Definitely recommend

I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone with car trouble. I desperately needed my car air conditioning fixed and I did not have $1500 to pay for it. I went here and they did it cheaper and within a day when everywhere else said it could be up to a week! My air conditioning is working better than it did before it broke. 10/10 customer experience.

Just happened upon this place because it was very close to where I work but they did an outstanding job! I had previously gotten wheel alignment from one of the big chain shops twice and it wasn t right even though they said it was and ruined my fairly new tires. Now after T.A.P. Got done with my truck it drives better than ever. They did a very thorough job and I would highly recommend these guys.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

* 24hr amazing quick service*I had a radiator cracked in two places and I had a bad serpentine belt and and needed a coolant flush. It was me and my husband only running car and they worked their magic to get it repaired quick and back to me in just one day. Right before the holidays I'm so appreciative of the help and my car is running good again and smooth and no leak at all and I have a 2 year warranty on everything. Thank you so much Tap Automobile.
