I really liked it here. Debated on whether to make the drive to East Louisville Mercedes Benz Dealer or stay local. Heard great things about this place and want disappointed. Dutch was upfront about the pricing and my car felt like a new machine. Helped with a loose bumper connection and made a recommendation. Will def be back.

Amazing shop!!! Truly the best Mercedes shop around. Dutch is the most honest trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with. They do amazing work at a very fair price. I wont bring my Mercedes anywhere but here. Thank you Dutch!

Best Mercedes repair in the city. Dutch the owner is as great a guy as he is a Mercedes mechanic. Has two other people working for him that are both top notch. Great service and reasonable rates. You can always trust Dutch and River City Imports.

I actually only called River City imports to inquire about a car that we were picking up to repair. However, the guy that answered the phone was very nice and super helpful. We set in the parking lot and waited for a wrecker to pick up the car. The business was actually closed.

This place is magic, Dutch is one best mercedes experts and nicest ever., if u have a Mercedes specially a classic one do yourself and thr car a favor and bring it here. Super nice and knowledgeable shop., hard core mechanics in California stay silent when you mention Ducth.,.

We've heard alot of great things about this place, and there's definitely a reason why. The owner is extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. They've definitely went above and beyond my set expectations! Will be bringing our mercedes here only for now on! Definitely recommend!

Here is the skinny , I have been going to this shop since 2005... No matter where I am in this country.. I always call on Dutch and his fine staff, for always exper, honest and trustworthy knowledge and repair of all of my MERCEDES. I have the utmost trust in Dutch and River City Imports ..... I could literally continue writing about the outstanding service received over the years, but I m not going to do that. Instead I m going to end with this simple concept.This world still has strong men and women. Right here in America. Pride, knowledge, integrity, honesty and all that use to be much more in our culture. By far River City Imports is as good as it gets, for any and all of your import repair needs.....**Think of this**We need more people like Dutch and his staff, in this world. They make you feel Great about being an American.This is one of the best establishments I know of.It is just plain residuals how efficient , Dutch and River City Imports Ok, I m done! Amazing quality customer service and workmanship...I do declare!

The man does a great job on fixing the cars but it's a special dealership for Mercedes so all he works on his Mercedes but he's very awesome very down to Earth gives you really good prices affordable and he has a junkyard in the back where if you're looking for junk parts if he has them he gets them or he'll get you new parts as well

I recently took my car in to RCI to have it checked out bc it was not shifting properly. I didn t have an appt but Dutch said he would hook it up to the computer and check it out, I only had to wait about 15 minutes. He came back and told me he had reset the shifter and it should be fine but that it would probably do it again later, He also told me that I would probably need to take it to the dealer to get it fully checked out and fixed for good. The best part he didnt even charge me anything! I will definetly take my car back if I have any other issues.
