Incredible team with mechanics who KNOW what they are doing and are as HONEST as the day is long! Keith and Becky are fabulous people who care about their customers. They put together an exceptional team, and it shows every single time you need them. I can't say enough GREAT things about this place.

Probilt Complete Car Care is amazing! They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and communicated very well with me about my vehicle. Probilt did great work on my 2012 Ford Expedition and They got me in for an appointment very quickly. I am super satisfied and will come back for any future repairs that I may need. Dealership had my car almost 1 month and estimated $6000 to repair. Took to Probilt - they recommended against dealership diagnosis. Now up and running. 1/3 the cost 1/4 the time. I strongly recommend Probilt if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, courteous shop. I had an appointment this morning and was treated great. The service tech pulled my car in, examined my rear air suspension on my Cadillac XTS for air leaks and checked the codes on my car, at no charge as they didn't find anything wrong with it. Outstanding service! Came in without appointment due to loss of engine power and couldn't be happier with the mechanics and customer service. Knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. Kept us updated as they diagnosed our problem, showed us the faulty part, explained how it worked, and made the repair. We were driving cross country and we're LUCKY to find Probilt. I wish they were in my hometown so I could have them service all my auto needs. Don't hesitate to come to Probilt. I highly recommend them. Reasonable cost and educated us on our vehicle.

We are so happy with the work we got here! We are not from the area and our alternator went out on the road. AAA recommended this shop, and we're so happy they did. We had our car towed here at 10:00 pm. They opened at 8am the next morning and had our car ready to go by 11am! Amazing, fast service. The price was fair and the mechanics were honest and knowledgeable. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

This place is the real deal. They don t rip you off. They don t tell you that you need to replace this or that when not needed. And they don t overcharge for their services. Just honest people that do amazing work.

I am very pleased with this garage. They have been both honest forthcoming when discussing contemplated work. They give accurate estimates, complete the work in a timely manner, and the work has been done properly. They definitely don't try to "upsell" like many places do. They are truthful and reliable. I wish I had found them years ago!

These guys are a lifesaver. I was about to buy a carry remotely from Nashville from a deal that s about a quarter-mile away and felt uncomfortable with the dealership in the sales person. I had them inspect the car which they did and gave me tons on details. I appreciate these guys and best money I have spent.

Had my vehicle worked on a year ago, experienced same issue and they replaced the parts and labor FREE based on their 2 year warranty guarantee! Plus I find them to be professional and courteous whenever I've had contact with them. This is the only place I take my vehicle now!

Once again, I had a top-notch experience with Probilt. These guys are honest and do all they can to keep the cost down while making sure your safety and the well-being of your car are addressed. I never even consider taking my car anywhere else.

always done right by me when we did business, in Louisville and here in Jeffersonville, talked me out of putting 2 grand into an old 98 Ford Contour and it was the best decision i could've asked for.its not the cheapest but it comes with a warranty on service (they have honored it because we had to use it once) and super SUPER friendly and personable, love these folks, as long as I'm in Jeff they'll have my business-Cody

Stumbled across this place and so glad that I did. Went in and did free inspection. Broke it down to me on what needed to be fixed and gave me estimation. Also provide free shuttle service while your car is being worked on.The place is clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just moved here from out of state and was looking for a new place for my car to call home, and I think we found it! Thanks guys!

I stopped in and talked to the guy at the front desk about doing some work on my truck. When I told him I had ordered a couple of the parts he said my labor rate would go up considerably (I beleive it was an extra $40/hr). I went ahead and agreed and left a list of work I needed done so that he could call me back with an estimate. Despite seeming uninterested and borderline rude, he said they'd be in touch but never called. I would go elsewhere.

I drive a 2012 Hyundai Sonata second owner. I recently had a issue of car had nom power took to the dealership bechmans auto group which used to be bales auto,been going there since 1996. Well took car in to resolve why car had no power what so ever they had the car for 3 weeks yes 3 weeks. They said it was the after market breaker which I still denied yes the car started,still did not believe that was the cause but ok. Next day Shazam car has no power again wow imagine that when they claimed it was the breaker when I new 100% it was not the issue. I was treated with so much disrespect it was unbelievable. I m not bashing bechmans but a loyal guest since 1996 purchased 7 cars from them and yes I let them know this this particular experience was uncalled for.Was recommended probilt to take car there for the same issue and next day DAMON called to explain the problem and it was the grounding in severel areas of the vehicle. staff was extremely friendly and well knowledgeable. I would would highly recommend them to anyone. I do know for a fact yes it s hard to find a honest mechanic but there are still some out there. They seem to really have a passion on what they do this is what makes them different then others who just want a pay checkThank you!! Team ProBilt

Probilt does great work, and now they have a shop in Jeffersonville. I've been going there because it's easy to get to, and they can usually take me in, and get me out fast. Just like at their Louisville shop they do excellent work, quickly, and at a fair price. Thanks, Probilt!

Sorry excuse of an establishment try to do something nice in a charity. Bid on a basket win free oil change. They wouldn't honor coupon. I guess if you own a newer car that doesn't take crappy oil your just out of luck. Manager wouldn't give an option for price of upgrade. Just coupon not worth a nickel.

I have been going to Probilt for years now and I have never had a bad experience. They are upfront and honest and do great work. I will never take my car anywhere else. I tell everyone about this place.

Do NOT let these people get your car! They ignored my input, charged me $300, and my car completely stopped running the next day! When I called them about it, they were just like, "Well, you could bring it back to us for more work."I got the repair done by a friend for $40!NEVER NEVER go to PROBILT!

This place is the real deal. I would spend my buck here . this is approximately 37 mins drive for me . I have no problem passing other shops for a professional. They pin point the problem and give you the correct diagnosis. You call to ask a question and discuss getting service and the Manager is very unfriendly and unprofessional. If you don t want my business just tell me but don t treat me awful over it. I can take my business elsewhere.
