If I could give more stars, I definitely would!! I can't express how awesome Sean is in his work, knowledge, patience, compassion, integrity in his work, transparency in all he does and his is an amazing person! His work is just amazing!!! Such attention to detail!In Feb someone hit my vehicle. Their insurance was liable, yet did me so unbelievably wrong at every turn, shorted the body shop on more than one occasion and drew out the claim until just now! Sean has had to argue with them, I've had to, and the lawyer I've had to hire has as well to get repairs done. And the insurance after stating they would pay a certain amount, STILL shorted the shop. But, Sean worked with me and got the job done.He is amazing and I will ALWAYS recommend him to anyone needing paint or repairs done to their vehicle!You will not be sorry for taking your vehicle to him!He stands behind the quality of his work which is hard to find these days!! And I must say he exceeds that in all ways!!Like I said, I can't express the gratitude and respect I have for Sean and his work!!Thank you Sean!! They do great work here. Had some damage from a front end collision and they got it fixed up relatively quickly. The new and repaired parts are paint matched so well you wouldn't be able to tell they were new, other than they don't have any rock chips. You'd also have to know exactly what to look for to tell it had been in a collision.I really believe you get what you pay for and they charge fair prices for good work. I'd definitely recommend them, I'm extremely pleased with what they did for me.

They did a phenomenal job on my Land Rover! Sean(hope I spelled that correctly) was great to deal with, very no nonsense, which I like. Price was reasonable and considering the quality I would pay more. Overall 10/10! *will post before and after photos when it isn't raining*

If you re looking for great service and an amazing job fixing your vehicle, go to Phantom. I got my car fixed within one week and it came out like brand new. The staff is also very friendly, especially Sean. He took care of everything with my insurance company and had my vehicle ready exactly when he said he would. He also returned my car vacuumed on the inside, which was VERY much appreciated! I won t be taking my vehicle anywhere else, if I need to get anything else fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Phantom.

This is a great local place to use for quick repair. Called to make an appointment for an estimate got right in and Sean did my repair for free. Nothing major, but I was very pleased and would definitely recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I originally posted one star but will edit to two. I was misinformed by an employee to bring my car at a certain time, with a certain price, and certain duration of how long the work would take a week prior to showing up. I show up, and the estimate increased by $300 and the time duration increased by 4 hours. Overall, it wasn't a good experience because of the changes, and the vibe I received was not welcoming. This rating is based off the customer service I experienced. I didn't have any work done so I can't judge them on how well they perform their work. I am sure they do a good job when the work is actually done.

Great service and always willing to go the extra mile to get exactly what i wanted done.. Highly recommend. They have done some collision repairs on my vehicles as well as whole car paint jobs.. great!

I took a car to Sean to have repaired after a substantial front end collision. He made it look better than before and at a much better price than I could of gotten elsewhere.
