Stopped in and got them to read the check engine light code on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Friendly and helpful. EVAP Sensor which they don't carry but the guy was very helpful and seemed to enjoy his work. Allowed me to take a pic of the part number.

Called to get a price for a part guy answer was whispering couldn't hear himFinally started giving details on vehicle asked them how long it would take to get the part he said hold on then hung up on meWhole time you could hear everyone else goofing off in the back groundIt's always the same thing

I haven't met a more bunch of old men that hate their job more than these men. They are rude. Not sure if it's because I'm a chick or if they are like that with everyone. I was the only one in the store so I can't judge how they treat others. They act like it's a huge deal to look something up, and dude didn't click anything in the computer but said we don't have that part and got so rude when I said Clarksville sent me over. "Why didn't you get it from them" well cause they didn't have it and they said you do. Oh well it's his loss cause I took my money down the street to Auto Zone and gave them $350. They need to do undercover boss in that place or put up some cameras. Bet all them men be in a better mood when they see how much money they cost the company.i heard bad things about the store but I tried to give it my best shot. Stay away.

Easy to get in and out. Usually prices are higher than AutoZone. update: i called there for a car battery because Auto Zone wouldn t help put one in for me. I got there and nice male employee put a battery on that i bought from them. price seemed higher than auto zone but it s in and done. too many employees there what what very few customers i see come and go. prompt friendly efficient service. no problems. nothing negative.

Walked in, three workers standing at the counter talking. NO one said a word to me as I enter the business. I walk around unassisted until I find what I'm seeking (windshield wipers). STILL no one offers assistance. I walk up to the counter with windshield wipers in hand, and everyone has disappeared.A few minutes later one of the three men finally returns to the counter and asks me if I have rewards card, which I do and give him my phone number. He tells me my total and says NOTHING else. NOT ONE word.I get in my car and look up at the window, which has a VERY prominent sign stating, windshield wipers installed on most vehicles. Interesting. NO one offered that service EITHER!WON'T waste my time OR money there again!

Shout out to the amazing employee at O'Reilly on 10th st. Barry went above and beyond to help me leave with a car that was safe to drive. In a time when people can be so rude, it's a delight to come across a man with such a great attitude and willingness to help. THANKS AGAIN OREILLYS! BARRY IS A GREAT ASSET!

I'm not sure of the gentleman working tonight. But after playing dumb games with AutoZone all day, I decided to just come here! Very nice and knew exactly what they needed to do! AutoZone parts weren't even matching my vehicle and this location went above and beyond and finally found a part that inned to get my heat working again. He even let me put it on in parking lot to make sure before I left. Completely satisfied

It was okay didn't really have a lot of what I was looking for it they didn't really have a lot of choices pricing was about average the workers were average nothing specials how to say I probably gave him one star too many set of four maybe she been three happy medium

Once I had posted already about an experience I had with a manager at O'Reilly's on spring Street in the customer is always right especially when the customer is spot-on with information is my fullest intention to contact CEO to discuss the mistakes three employees made during my visit and well at that location my well-being was threatened

Prefer another store but they had what I needed when another store didnt. First time for everything I guess. Don't like their receipts either. Looks like a commercial invoice

I use O'Reilly Auto Parts as my main source of parts store.. prices are fair they will price match their competitors. As far as Parts go nowadays parts are Parts regardless where you go they're all about the same only difference is is a lifetime warranty.
