I needed a oil change it was my first time going here. And everyone was amazing ...very satisfied. My tire had a nail in it and was slowly leaking air ..the guy fixed it and patched it up for free. That was so sweet of him .this place is way better than place I went before..I definitely will be returning and I already told 2 of my friends to go there .

Paul has taken great care of my family. I am so grateful to have someone that I can trust in the tire business. Paul has put tires on my car, each of my children's cars and in every instance has gone out of his way to help, making sure my family is riding on safe tires. When my daughter's control arm was broken he made sure it was fixed promptly. I am grateful for Paul and his team - I know that I have great tires at a good price!

Needed a tire repair for a nail/screw in the middle of a tire. Waited over 2 hours in an uncomfortable chair to be told they don't want to repair the tire because all 4 looked like they were "just about due to be replaced anyway." Great sales tactic. Couldn't have spared 45 seconds at the beginning to glance at the tread? Thanks for wasting my time.

Everyone was super friendly! Service was timely and excellent! Making an appointment online was very easy and convenient. They called me about a few other issues they found with my vehicle, but weren't pushy about them. They also went over the results of the service and were very informative and transparent. Very pleased with my experience.

My window was left down overnight and my vehicle was vandalized. And property was stolen value up to $2100 in vehicle. Technician was gone, which was kind of shady but understandable work hours may have changed. Get to the service counter. They tell me I don't have to pay anything. That's a little shady too, but okay. Whatever police report was made, but where's my property? Due to no cameras in this subdivision, don't make any sense.

My husband stopped in at Michael's and got some tires. He said they were fairly fast so he thought he would allow them to fix our brakes and alignment. My husband had an appointment at 8 or 8:30am he didn't leave until almost 1 pm and our brakes still need work! They told him what was needed but they were finished with the job. They should've told him while they were fixing it! Now we have to make another appointment somewhere else to get our brakes fixed. It seem to be shaking worse!

My car started running rough about 10am. I drove to tires plus , no appointment, and in a couple hours it was fixed. Friendly, fast service with market fair pricing.

Service was prompt, starting immediately at my appointment time. Problem was found. Parts were in stock so total wait time was minimal. Waiting area was comfortable.

Went there for a knocking noise that quit when applying brakes I did the pads and rotors like I always have and never had a problem so I couldn't figure it out so went there they said couldn't here anything even though it was very loud and thought it was weird but maybe I didn't tighten something down but not even a mile down the road it started again and went back requested someone to ride with me the tech heard it and put it back on lift and and the one at front desk came back to me and said they couldn't find anything maybe 8 git got a defective rotor or pads slapping so I took there word but I new the rotors was fine since pads was the one I did first a couple weeks ago before rotors so I went out replaced pads that didn't need to be and as figured it didn't work but I explain to the I live in missouri 6 hours away and they said it was very safe but I went to big o tires a quarter mile away and they said my control arm and ball joint was very bad and about to fall off and the alignment tie plus did was all jacked up and showed me papers and specs so I waisted my time and $200 at tire plus for nothing but on the other hand they was very nice and respectful and no problems personally but that could of killed my family on the way back

I visited, too late, & air was added to my troubled tire, so I visited, next day, after work - happy for service, on a Sunday. Woo-Hoo! Thank You! Returned, again, for oil change. Thanx. Everyone is nice, & kind. Thanx, Again!

Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.

Told me that my car had frame damage, was rotted and rusted. Took it to a real mechanic and it has none of those issues.

Called a week ago to the day of dropping a vehicle off and asked if they align lowered vehicles. Vehicle is not very low, corvettes are lower. I was told as long as they could drive it on the rack and it didn't scrape they could do it. Drive an hour to the location to get it done and am then told they can't do it. Went ahead and had tires installed but we were there and the tire install went fine. Would? Be four stars or better if I wasn't told they could do something they couldn't do and I drove an hour out of my way to have it doneServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Worked me in and was able to get two new tires for less than $250. Unfortunately, the tires I really wanted had to be ordered, with next day delivery. But I'm one flat tire, which brought me there, couldn't wait 24 hours.

Absolutely amazing service! I originally took my car in because I thought my tire had a nail in it. They called and said that after quite a while of searching for the leak, that my rim actually had a small crack in it. They didn't even charge me for that! So I got a new rim and took it to them. John and Josh were excellent and very quick. Big O tires has lost a customer to Michel tires plus!

I had a tire that kept going flat and they actually fixed it after they closed. Most places would not do that they make me wait till the next day. I appreciate them doing that.

Excellent staff! Driving through from Indianapolis to liberty and caught something in our tire just bedore exiting the Highway towards our destination.. . Got there (tires plus) 15 min before closing and they kindly still took great care of us. 5 'sService: TiresService: Tires

We recently dropped off my husbands truck to have a tail light replaced before traveling out of state for work. Although they were not able to help us with the tail light, Seth went out of his way to find us a new set of tail lights online that would fit my husbands truck and sent me the link. This saved us so much time and money. Seth also stressed the importance of us getting new tires on my husbands truck before traveling that far. He was truly concerned for my husbands safety. Seth knew from previous conversations that money was a bit tight and helped us get a good deal on 4 new tires and an alignment. My husband is now traveling safely out of town. We ve been taking our vehicles to this location for years and this experience justified why we ve been such loyal customers. I m not sure how long Seth has been working there, but he was so helpful, thoughtful and kind. The best customer service experience we have ever had!Service: Tires

My blower had gone out so I took it in to see what the issue was and they checked it out. Told me it was the blower. So I gave them the ok to fix it. When I got it back the blower only went to level 4. When I put it on level 5 it wouldn't work. So I told them. They said something about the resister, but I didn't understand what they were Trying to say. Except, it's working fine n don't worry about it. A week later it stops working again. So I took it back in to have it looked at again. They checked it out again, came back and said it was the resister and that it was burned out and also asked me if anyone worked on it before and I said no. He said the wire was spliced. I asked him couldn't he have seen that when they checked it the first time. It may have been the resister in the first place. He said well it was wonderking in the first place wasn't it? So needless to say I left without it getting fixed. I had my Son check it out and sure enough the wires were spliced. I would say it was that was the problem to begin with..
