Courteous and knowledgable staff, and the garage is covered years worth of old grease and oil, but thats not a complaint at all. Which tells me the mechanics here have years and years of experience, unlike the bright, clean, and sterile garages of corporate chain mechanics. I was in good hands, no doubt. Highly recommend.

During a time when other body shops were so far behind and understaffed Lockards has been the exception. John and his crew have been very helpful and great value for your money. Great work without the shadiness you see in other establishments. Go see John for auto body work if you like great service and a quick turnaround!

John Lockard, owner, is the absolute best to work with. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. In times where people are waiting months for parts he had parts ordered and ready for my son's car which was hit by a deer. Honest, fair and so accommodating. John even came and picked the car up himself! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys put a front bumper and side panel on my Forrest Green Cruze and painted them for me..SHES GORGEOUS! I couldn t be happier! Lockard's body shop repaired my vehicle and did an excellent job! I've been detailing vehicles for over 50 years, and I am totally impressed with the quality of the repair that they did. They are friendly, courteous and do professional work. They far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

The folks at Lockards are very nice. In town from Florida, they were recommended by friends in Louisville who have relied on this shop for repairs to their vehicles. Although our vehicle was totaled by our insurance company, Lockards helped us with estimates, towing, etc. They are complete professionals and really great people.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is a great place to have body repairs done, they do amazing work. I had a great experience with Ginger ( She was at the desk)She kept me informed and was a joy to work with.

Whatever you do, do not touch the TV even if the volume is maxed out. The building on the inside is basically falling apart, and I turn the volume down on the TV because I could not hear what The lady at the front desk was saying to me. She snapped at me for touching the volume on the TV, and I decided right there that I would not do business with them. Also GPS this location, because it's incredibly hard to find without it.

This place has awful customer service and the owner and his phone person are full of ca ca. I don't recommend this place due to they tell you to come in on day "X" then, when you do that, they send you away and tell you to come back a week later, then they start this process all over again and never schedule the work to be done. Then, they blame YOU for not showing up when I did show up!!!
