Threw a low boost pressure code in our RV and couldn't make power of course. Limped up to KTS and they got us in the next day. Thanks to Nick and Steven for the quick ID of the problem but even more so, figuring out how to build a new boost pressure connection to my intake manifold. In typical RV builder fashion, they don't make our part anymore and it was already too long for a strengthened rubber hose, so the guys got a length of exhaust pipe custom made, created rubber fittings on the ends, made sure it was a snug fit without interferences, and we were back in business. 670 miles on day 1, it's solid.Really impressed that Nick kept me informed on what he was doing and so it was a no stress event for us (except having to make our next project on the Canadian border in North Dakota). Thanks to Matt and Chris on the service desk as well for keeping us in the loop and the great customer service.Overall, a great experience for us. We feel like the price we paid was fair, we felt like we were on an equal priority footing with trucks which isn't always the case, and KTS was conscientious to the fact that we were full-time RVers. You guys rock! Thank you.

We had a great truck buying experience that I'm more than excited about for the next time. Mike really took care of our needs very quickly and stood on his word, thanks again. Kim had all our paperwork in order and out the door in moments. Great personable and knowledgeable group and good equipment. Thanks KTS!

1 star is really to much for this place. We came there with the truck under warranty and they confirmed me that over the phone per my unit vin#. 1 week later they finally take a look on the unit, confirmed it s transmission and said they can t do anything since it s allison transmission and we have to tow it to their dealership but first we need to pay $400 for checking our truck. Truck under warranty, they are not capable of fixing even they are dealership but they are still charging for nothing. I knew it transmission, and they knew it but it was easy money for them.Save you time and money.

Had a wiring harness going bad on my 09 and had one ordered back home but took one more load before it came in. They found the bad wire and they did a temporary wire to help me get my load delivered and get back home to get the job done. Had to go 110 miles to unload and then 450 miles back home. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dennis was the mechanic and was very understanding of my situation and hand no problems helping me get back home. Most shops would of never tried doing a cheap fix like that for a long list of reasons. Thank you guys.

I could never express strongly enough how great these people are.they have spent a lot of time making me understand and feel comfortable with my new truck including having detroit call me and help to explain all features the truck has and how they work. The service department,as well, can't be beat. They are efficient and honest.I will use them as my go to everytime.

Needed to pick up a couple parts on a tight schedule and Frank did an outstanding job finding what was needed and explaining what was needed. I went to roll out the gate and he came running up and caught me before I left I had forgot all my paperwork at the parts counter He saved me a major stressful event !

this shop did an excellent job on my truck. not only did they fix my water pump but in the process found another issue and saw that my unit was close to running out of warranty. I have a 3 piece exhaust manifold and they rebuilt it and my pump in less than an 8 hour shift. 1700 miles later hasn't lost a drop of coolant and no leaks in the exhaust. will definitely recommend to others

Broke down on Saturday, Christmas eve. My company sent an appointment request to get my truck checked out. Shop was closed on Monday for the Christmas holiday, I get that. Showed up early on Tuesday, I was told they dont take appointments. I was told to complete a service order request and then was told it would be 1 to 2 weeks to even look at it. Very disappointing.

Walked in to order parts three weeks ago. Rick, very friendly, gave me a quote and said my parts should be there in 3 - 4 days and they would call. Ten days later, I called to check on them. I was told all the parts were in. A few days later I came in to get the parts. I was greeted by another friendly parts guy.Unfortunately, whoever ordered the parts decided to spend my money without my knowledge. I ordered a lock clip for 3.95, but they had to order a ten pack to get one. Then a 30 bunk cable ended up being some special order costing another 20 to order. So that was $55 of my money that I did not agree to and nobody called to discuss. I refused the piece at pick up.And after saying all the pieces were in ... one is still out.Nice people. Communication needs to be better.Update 11/6/2018 ... still no communication on the piece I ordered 6 weeks ago. Changing star from two to one!

Very professional and curious. Even though we didn't have a huge problem the turnaround time was super fast (in and out - same day). Great communication all the way around from the guys at the check-in desk to the mechanics.

They did a great job on our truck . They don't drag their feet like you see at other Freightliner dealers around the country. Turn around time on our DEF doser repair was quick and efficient .

Passing through Indiana we had several check engine lights appear on our Winnebago Forza. Called this outfit to get it repaired. (Def header) Dropped it off and they got to it in 2 days. Subsequently we had 3 recalls as well 2 were done quickly but 1 required a cable to program the Allison transmission module. Evidently not all shops posses this cable. After waiting 3 days for an overnight delivery, we decided to get it done at a future date. Communication was not their strong point but mostly pleased with the service we recieved otherwise.

The attitude towards customers here is terrible. Big promises to get the business and then no follow through. Communication is lacking, the attitude at the counter is comparable to some small businesses that have all family/friends working for them and know there are no repercussions for their actions. I know we not their biggest customer but i feel like they should treat everyone with a little bit of respect when they are doing a job you are paying them for. The work is good, but I dont want to deal with the bad customer service. Customers want to have their complaints heard and addressed, the feedback we are providing would only serve to further your business with us and others if you listen. Avoid this place if you can. Bad attitudes and no appreciation.

Spoke with a guy about a filter and he was rude as all get out. He even hung up on me after he said that he can't get a fuel filter without the engine serial number. We have a very successful business that he did not know about, and now he never will. I will never call this company EVER!!!

Busy shop apparently. Get to service write up desk Monday morning but told the soonest eta for service is next Thursday... bummer. They didn't have the parts either so would've been even longer eta on completion of work. I don't know if shop itself is a good one, can't comment on that.

Terrible dealership ! Parts department never answers , I have called religiously from 8 am til 3:50 on a Saturday 1-26-19 . They finally answered at 3:50 and confirmed having the part but they close in 10 minutes . Nice way to take care of a customer after we have been calling allday ! Called several more times throughout the week of 1/28-2/1 same scenario , phone rings and rings no one ever answers ! Today 2/5/19 I have called again and again allday and no answer. I did call and push option 4 for the service department and they picked right up. I spoke to the service guy and told him the situation , he responded that he hears the same thing regarding the parts department everyday and that he was sorry and that he understands my frustration . We are located about 40 miles from this dealer so calling before coming to make sure parts are available is a must ! I don t understand how they run a business when you don t answer the phone . It seems like every since this dealer changed their hours this place has took a turn for the worse ! If your wanting parts stay clear from this dealer ! My experience in the past 2 weeks has put a very bad taste in my mouth ! I will be passing this message on to Freightliner Corporate so they can take a look into this situation and get it resolved ! At this point the Louisville Kentucky area needs a dealer that wants to sell parts !

OK let's start off with this is a Freightliner shop and their trying to fix our trucks the fastest and best they can to get us back out there rolling. I went in to see if they could fix my wiper motor problem. Tim the service writer told me straight up would probably be Monday before they could get to it, well as you know I have loads to cover and can't wait. Tim went out to my truck and adviced me on how to fix it myself if I wanted and directed me to parts. Thank you Tim. Went to parts and spoke with Mike. He educated me on how to fix my issue. He called it Wiper 101. Now Mike is a character, what a guy. Makes you laugh. Everyone that I came in contact with was super nice. Some of these reviews that I read don't make sense to me. I went knowing what was said and had a totally different experience. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone that needs work done and unfortunately can wait. Remember its a shop and we all like to be 1st in having our trucks fixed. Try them I did. I have already fixed my wipers with their advice. Thank you KTS.

It's really unfortunate they are the only ones around. Service shop will talk down to you and be extremely rude. Funny thing is the guy answering knows zero about engines.

They worked on our motor home and had it from the middle of June to the middle of August to install an electronic board in the dash and put in a new fuel gauge and then charged $ 800 more than they told me it cost. I would never take another vehicle there for them to work on.

The only experience i had was with the "operator". the only reason i had that experience was because after being on hold for 10 mins i called back to see if i could be transferred to parts to which i was greeted with another 9min and 54 second hold. i don't take much stock in online reviews but it seems they may have this place pegged.

Took my truck 3 times for the same issue and got charged over $5,000 truck still not fixed and same issue. Do not use their shop or service you will deal with Tim Rennshaw whos only statement is your truck is 3 years old what do you expect. Well for the money we expect you fix it.

Had a lot of unexpected warning lights check engine lights All I really needed to do is get a diagnostic and I was told that if you don't have an appointment it's first come first serve if we can get you in hey I understand you know a lot of things are backlogged a lot of parts and things are sitting on some boat or container somewhere The shop is swamped with work everybody is the same every shop everybody needs it now I get it now I got here at 7:00 a.m. it's about 3:00 now from reading some of the past reviews I'm sure they won't get to my truck but it is what it is these are not normal times we'll see how it goes

My company leases trucks from them. They have had my truck since Dec. 23rd to make a few minor repairs. A Computer issue. A possible exaust leak and a broken windshield. Well, here it is New Year's day and I still don't have my truck. Even with their Christmas shutdown they had 5 full days to fix a few minor problems and couldn't get the job done. Half my stuff is in the truck and I don't have any clean clothing cause I didn't expect them to drag their feet sooo badly! Not happy with the lack of urgency at all!

I arrived at this place on Wednesday at 12noon. My truck was written up,I waited the rest of the day for someone to get my truck. At 6pm I left because they close down at 7pm. I was told to come back and be there Thursday morning at 7 a.m. I was there. At 8am a woman came out, took my keys and put a mat and chair cover in the truck. At 9am I was told that they wouldn't be to get to my truck until late Friday or even Monday. I said wait a minute I was told that they could get to my truck on Thursday well it turns out that the guy that wrote down my information didn't bother to put the work order in, so they put me at the end of the line behind everyone else, because of their negligence. I left and I will never go back.

Matt Schneider, David E, service writers charged me two hours of service to disable speed limiter, which they did not after spending 5 hours and paying 2 hours of service I didn't get. I asked them if I can get the money back they say no. I called their general manager KEN BAKER. After I explained the payment I made for the service I didn't get he promised to get back with me. HE DIDN'T. I called back later he never answered my call. DAY TIME ROBBERS. BE WARNED.

My truck was mis diagnosed by Kentucky Trucks. They charged me $2100 to install a $100 throttle pedal. My truck broke down 3 hours later with the same issue. Kentucky Trucks blamed me and refused to refund any portion, refused to tow and were very rude and disrespectful about the situation. This place isn't for everyone. Yes, diagnostic and $100 throttle pedal $2100...

Top notch service is me being modest! I had a fried electrical unit, and I was told by two other shops that it would be a two-day job these guys got me out of there in less than 5 hours. An ex trucker nicknamed "Squirrel" turned mechanic had the coolest vibe and a natural know how pertaining to fixing my truck. Keep up the A1 work guys BRAVO!
