The shop had excellent communication throughout the repair process. My car looks brand new and the repairs were completed more than a week ahead of schedule. Exceptional job all the way around!

They ordered the wrong side view mirror, delaying repairs by over a week, costing me hundreds of additional dollars in rental costs. They also avoided informing me of this mistake until I called them. I was told one morning that my vehicle would be done that day and to expect a message soon to come pick it up and after waiting around all day I finally called them before they closed to find out the delay. It seems as though they were just going to try to avoid updating me. All that said at least the work they did looks good.

I had an excellent experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The staff were attentive and professional. They treated me with respect and understood my situation. They worked very well with my State Farm insurance and handled the billing and helped arrange a car rental from the Enterprise location down the road.

excellent service! My car was ready in a week and I was updated through the whole process. Guys at work was like it's going to be a month but I said no they take pride in their work. Recommend any and everyone!

Car was in shop for 1.5 months and once bringing home we had to send it back within the week. The front desk was told of the issues and when preparing to pick up we found out she never relayed one of our issues because she thought it was weather related. This resulted in 2 more weeks of work. Immediately following pickup we took the car to Honda to fix one issue that we were told they couldn't fix and realized that another issue had not been fixed. To top things off the car died upon parking at the Honda dealership and had to be jumped just to get into the garage. Very disappointed with everything.

The repairs done on my car was done to perfection! JHC kept me informed on my car as it was getting fixed. They also completed the repairs a day ahead of schedule. My car looked brand new from the inside out when I picked up up, and the staff are wonderful!

My vehicle came back looking better on the inside as well as the body work. Pretty sure they cleaned the interior and no additional charge. Very nice surprise!

Update: You almost had a repeat customer. I came today to get an estimate on getting my truck Repaired. You repaired my wife's Nissan Rogue a few months back.I was very rudely told by the front desk staff that I would have to come back to get an estimate. I asked when I could do that, and they said "next Friday at 1 pm". I work during the day and can't make an appointment like that. I then asked how far they were booked out for repairs. They said the soonest they could get started was mid to late November.I heard from another shop in town that this location recently lost one of there best painters and body repairers.After reading the most recent one-star reviews, I will take my business elsewhere.I missed when they were Grey and Wells.What a shame; only seven months ago we were treated so well.Since the owner keeps asking in replying to bad reviews, my wife's name is Amy Malone; the work may have been under her Maiden name Amy Britt.Old:They did a fantastic job on my fiance's car. You can't even tell there was any damage. Not only that, it came back cleaner and shinier than before inside and out after they thoroughly detailed. I would recommend it. They were very communicative and sent updates during every step of the process, and we're finished very quickly and efficiently. Everything was set up that the rental car was ready when she dropped the car off, and she was able to leave the rental car there when she picked her vehicle back up.Fast and friendly estimates. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I got frequent updates on the work being done to my car via text. They gave me a date of 9/22 for my car to be done, it was ready on 9/14. I called once to ask a question and the lady I spoke to was most helpful. My insurance company recommended this center as one of their "approved" centers, that's why I picked it. I will recommend them to everyone in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services again but if I do, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fixed auto body work - the staff kept me informed, the repairs were timely and it s now in great shape - while not a major repair, it was a real irritation for me and they made it as easy as I could ve hoped.

Horrible experience the front desk staff is so rude and personally I believe she s racist. The lady before me was treated with respect, obviously she wasn t black, however I walk up for my appointment and was talked to so rude and aggressive. I took my car there to get an estimate and she started arguing with me telling me that my car is drivable when it clearly isn t. I will never go there again. It s sad that you have these rude people in customer service roles.

There was a mix-up in my car was supposed to be ready. When I did pick up my car it was raining I was told where it was and had to walk in the rain to go get it looked around the car to make sure everything will straight in the rain. There was a place that was covered for cars to go I guess it wasn't for pickups but it was enough room for three or four cars too park there.

This Collision Center was in fact my own choice since as a returning customer was well aware of their quality of work and the professional method of handling the job and treating customers.

My F-150 looks good. They used all OEM and it was finished a day early. I'd use them again.

The General Manager is very rude. After my car to be repaired in this shop(2005 E. 10th ST, Jeffersonville, IN), there is a wierd sound during driving. I drove my car back to the shop after calling, however, the general manager trying to let me agree that the insurance company will not pay for future repairing. I argued that it should not be paid by myself if it is accident related . The general manager had very bad attitude, very rude! Finally, for being protected, I had to call the police!

The damage to my vehicle was approved repair by State Farm. Joe s was on their list of approved shops. I had heard nothing but good about their business so I went there and I was happy I did. Very bad experience with Joe Hudson collision center. We noticed that there was some noise when driving the car after our car were fixed by the shop. We called the shop and took our car back to the shop to let someone check it. The store manager was so mean and refused to check the car, and he even forced my husband to leave the shop, so ridiculous!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Overall, no bueno. I took my Sprinter van here after a deer strike. What should have been a relatively simple parts swap is now bordering on a fiasco.A large buck caved in the front of my van, demolishing the headlights, the grill, the first fan, the radiator, and sending the whole package smashing into the viscous fan and engine. After a couple of weeks (!) of back and forth with the insurance company, Gray and Wells started on the fix.This is when the problems started.First they ordered (or maybe the insurance agency did) the wrong parts bring about another delay. Understandable. No bid deal.Then I drove by one weekend and noticed they had parked my van outside, with the windows rolled down, with rain in the immediate forecast. A phone call to management fixed this.After a couple more weeks they called to say the van was ready. Mind you, more than a month has gone by.It looked decent. There were a few fit and finish issues, IE the grill and headlights are about 1/2 inch more recessed than they used to be, OK... I can live with that.Then it started leaking coolant.... I took it back to Gray and Wells, they ran a pressure test, found the leak and tightened the pipe clamp.Then I noticed the horn wasn't working, the paint was peeling off the front bumper they replaced, and it was running hot, near redline. This time when I took it back they checked to see which insurance agency I used and then told me "we aren't mechanics, you should take it to a mechanic". So why did you look and see which agency I used? Seems fishy to me.EDIT: I visited the most trusted and specialized Sprinter mechanic east of the Mississippi and paid him decent money to give my van a good look. His conclusion for the cause of the increase in engine temperate puts the blame the cheap Chinese parts (radiator etc) that Gray & Wells installed instead of the quality OEM parts. I don't know if I can totally blame G&W for this, because it is possible that my insurance company would not pay for OEM parts, I just don't know. What I do know is that I received no communication from G&W on this matter. I don't know what the truth is at this point, I only know that now I can't tow heavy trailers and I have to turn my air-conditioning off when going up mountains.And despite G&W's comment to this review stating that they would contact me about this matter, they HAVE NOT been in touch.
