Absolutely The Best Customer Service Ever. Came In To Get My Headlight Resortation And These Guys Was Extremely Knowledgeable And I Was In & Out Big Shout Out To Shane. New To The Neighborhood And Will Make This Jiffy Lube Apart Of My Family. Thanks Guys

I came in for an oil change and also stated that my low tire pressure light had come on. I was told that all my tired looked great and them my light was still on and was told again they all looked great. The NEXT day my front right tire blew on the highway. I took it in to replace the spare and was told I needed all 4 tires replaced immediately due to low tred. I am lucky I didn't crash my car. I am extremely upset and mind blown I was told all my tires were great the day before. Terrible service.

I came in for a simple oil change with air filter change on a common vehicle. They didn't have right air filter in stock and wanted me to come back next day to change, yet charged account for air filter already even though they didn't have in stock. Took over an hour to perform basic service and inform of issue on air filter. They had 5 people in uniform but can't say all were working. Would recommend somewhere else if wanting work done timely fashion and professionally

They took the time to explain all questions I had regarding services performed. Even gave me a ride home when my car had to remain overnight. Very customer friendly!

Showed up and asked for an oil change, they said no problem and could get it done, tried to immediately pull my car in which was great and decided to use a different lift to keep from hitting anything under my car. Also fine.They said they d have to use another lift which was no issue until I sat in the lobby for an hour and then overheard the employee talk about replacing front end parts on the car on the lift. Not one person told me I d have an excessive wait time, I m not sure if they expected me to sit there for 3 hours or what but a simple sir you would have to wait here for a few hours would ve been nice. I ended up leaving after wasting over an hour and 15 minutes on my phone when I could ve been handling other errands. Nice staff but not impressed with the communication.

Very helpful. I always go here to ensure my oil change gets done right. Employees are knowledgeable, and I've never had any issues. Can sit in car with kids if you don't like getting them out, or can go inside in air conditioning and wait.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I understand now Why there was a high volume of customers at this Jiffy Lube,,the technicians worked very well together to ensure that my vehicle was completed plus showed me other parts that needed attention. I was very pleased at how they treated Veterans too!! Eric and his crew were fantastic. As part of Jiffy lubes policy with the oil change they do free refills. Their staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate on what's going on with your vehicle. I will definitely be back!

I work in Louisville and was looking for somewhere to get my oil changed on my way home after work when a coworker recommended this location. I was very pleased with the service I received. This is my go to place now. Each time I have been Eric is there and he provides outstanding customer service. He is a character; always so chipper, friendly and good for a laugh or two or three. Needless to say I highly recommend this location so much so I will be driving down to Jeffersonville from Scottsburg to have the oil on my daughter s car changed tomorrow.

Place was jamming busy on a Saturday, which is to be expected. Had a slight issue, a 3 minute convo with the manager Tommy and it was completely resolved. Good communication, everyone here is friendly. Trust that they are taking care of me every time I come in.

I arrived at the Jiffy Lube on 10th Street in Jeffersonville....this was by far one of the BEST experiences I had.Everyone was friendly and worked well together.My car was in good hands. I will definitely be back.Thank you Christina V., Richard S. and Eric B.

I ve been in three times. I ve had an oil change and a vehicle inspection for Uber and Lyft. Great service and very friendly employees. Everything was done in a timely manner. Great Job!!!

The wait was a little longer than expected, but honestly wasn't an issue at all. The manager was very courteous and apologized for the wait. I knew they were busy and I learned that they were also trying to train a new employee. I appreciated the service.

Quick and easy Lyft / Uber vehicle inspections. I wasn't timing it, but it might have been faster than an oil change. They have multiple bays and plenty of staff. So people were rolling in and out pretty smoothly.

I recently moved to Indiana from Mississippi and this was my first time ever going to Jiffy Lube cause I've always went to Gateway,but I to went Jiffy Lube when I got off at 4:30 yesterday and Nick and crew took care of me. They were very nice and they had me in and out so thank you to the Jiffy Lube crew.

I wish they would have told me they couldn't work on my truck. After putting on a new intake manifold and carburetor, it was leaking worse than before. I had piles of fluid dripping from the engine and was worried to drive it. A mobile mechanic came to my house to take a look and saw there wasn't proper sealant put down and the bolts were over tightened that created gaps in the fittings allowing oil and coolant to drip out. The hoses were also not properly reinstalled and the entire distributer needed to be replaced after the service. I called the manager at the store who was doubtful so I included photos. He said he spoke with his regional manager and they wouldn't offer any sort of refund or discount on future service to make it right. I paid them hundreds of dollars and then hundreds more to try and fix their mistakes. I tried to call them and give them a chance to make things right but they made me feel like I did something wrong for not bringing the truck back to them right away. But I didn't want to drive it when it was leaking so much fluid. How was I supposed to get the truck back there or expect jiffy lube to make mobile visits? Now they won't make things right...don't give them your business.

They got my in right away and plugged my tire quickly and efficiently. Customer service over the phone and in person was friendly and informative. I ll definitely be back for their services in the future.

I recently stopped by Jeff Jiffy Lube for air and I had a fantastic experience! Shane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my tire concerns. He went above & beyond to make sure I left in good care and I truly appreciate their excellent service. I highly recommend Jeffersonville Jiffy Lube for their friendly & professional staff.Thank you!

Came to get an inspection for Uber and sat longer wasting my gas for them to just fill out a piece of paper. 4 people working but not much moving. Customer service is not like it used to be!
