I took my 2011 Ford Ranger in, they fixed my AC the same day. They always let me know what the price will be ahead of time, and it's always a fair price. They have worked on several of my vehicles, and I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about true customer service.

Joe is definitely the best mechanic in the local area. I'm so glad he is working there now. There is nothing on a car that he can't fix. He did a complete inspection of a new truck am planning to buy. That gave me the peace of mind I needed to make the purchase knowing there were no issues with the vehicle. They have the latest OBD2 diagnostic test equipment available in the industry.

Had an exhaust leak develop overnight. Got louder by the mile on the way home from work. Called & spoke w/Joe around 5ish, asked if he was busy & he said no, bring it on in. (they close at 6 & are closed on the weekends) His guys fixed the leak quickly & properly. I definitely recommend Hoosier Muffler & Brake. I just had an exhaust pipe hanger that needed to be welded back on and it was completed free of charge. I know it was an easy fix but I still sincerely appreciate it and wanted to leave a review thanking them!

Very nice and friendly as well as fast service! The pipe from my catalytic converter to the muffler had broken off and they welded it back on as well as cut a little off and put a sleeve on to connect it! It was a reasonable price for the labor, speed, and service they offer. Highly recommend! I will put a picture or two on here of the results!

Amazing Service! I own an Infiniti EX37, and before I found out about this business, I didn t think I was going to find anyone to replace my broken catalytic converters. I even had a shop tell me to screw off for asking. 6 different shops told me no. Then I call Hoosier Brake and Exhaust, and they re able to get the parts and fix it within the SAME DAY. The price was fair to the average on the parts and the labor, and the service getting it done that fast and with great work, I m impressed! Joe the mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price for my full brake job seemed a bit high (over $700), but beat another local competitor by well over $100. Work was done promptly in a couple hours, and I felt like I could trust them. They were also honest and didn't sound sketchy when I called to make an appointment... unlike another nearby competitor. I'm not a car guy, but I'll recommend these guys and go back!

After a couple hours of piping not lining up I called up Hoosier Brake & Exhaust and decided to spend time in their waiting room. They were top notch in getting my Roush Axle-Backs installed that required more cutting and welding. Joe is very friendly and personable and the other guy in the shop is awesome too, didn't catch his name. Very satisfied with the work I had done on my truck here. I had to get a new catalytic converter and a few new sensors. Joe is very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining to me what was going on and how the converters work. You can tell him and his colleague Jon know what they are doing. I ll definitely be back if need be for any repairs or routine maintenance.

I got a recommendation on Facebook for a mechanic to take my 2009 mustang to, and this one turned out to be a GREAT recommendation. HIGHLY recommend this place as an all around go-to mechanic! Joe was great at really listening to me/my cars history, and he retained it which has not been my experience with mechanics before, usually they half listen or are already trying to take advantage of the fact that I m a woman. This experience was the first time I have ever gone to a mechanic that didn t just jerk me around with money. He showed me he heard me, and explained in detail (both verbally and visually) what exactly was wrong/what he fixed. That meant a lot to me because I know some basic things with my car but I always want to learn more, and I don t have any people in my life who are actually car savvy.He is clearly passionate about client retention and his work, and it shows. You bring him your problem, he will zero in and fix that problem, without digging for a bunch of other non-urgent or unnecessary repairs, OR taking the unnecessarily long way of resolving something that could of been an easier fix. AND, at the same time, ensuring the repair is a quality one, not just a band-aid. I will definitely be back for future needs. Thank you Joe!

I had them do a resonator and exhaust delete on a little turbo car. I had them add a vibrant resonator. I called at 4 pm on a Wednesday, they said to bring it the next afternoon. I walked in, sat down and an hour later I had a great sounding exhaust. $100. Just what I wanted at a reasonable price. I'll come back for future exhaust work.

I've been going there since the late 90sI do a far amount of my own work but when its beyond my skill set or I don't have time, I take my vehicles to them.There the only place ill trust with my Buick.They did the suspension work on it last year.Great workGreat service

I called that morning about the price of installing a catalytic converter. He not only gave the price but said he could install it as soon as I could get there. My car was fixed before noon. They do excellent work. I recommend their service.

I was told to check this place out for the fact that they would be straight with me. I am glad I went there and had them check out my 2002 Lexus. They didn t try to upswell me on anything. They told me exactly what was wrong, told me the price over the phone, and had the work done in just a few short hours. The price was less than I was being quoted by others for just the parts, and the installation looks great. They have earned my loyalty and I recommend everyone at least get a quote from them to see the difference.Service: Exhaust

I was refered here by another service center and per their recommendations and all the positive reviews Joe did not disappoint. I dropped my car off last night and got a call early morning with a diagnosis and repair costs. He didn't replace unnecessary parts. Was quick to repair so I was out the door when I got off work. Went in there several years ago about a job I needed done. Got to talking about another issue I had a well. The guy behind the counter told me to just take a hammer and pound it a few times! I walked out the door and never looked back. Wouldn't trust them to change a tire if I jacked it up and took off the flat!

Hoosier Brake and Exhaust is the best! With car prices soaring I find it important to keep my car running (and stopping) great for as long as I possibly can and Hoosier helps me do that. They are friendly when you call and stop in. Everything I have had done on my car has been very good, handled quickly, and the prices have been honest and fair. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone. I plan on them servicing my car for many years to come.

Amazing! I absolutely love Hoosier! I took my car to get my a/c fixed and it was done within a matter of two hours. And when it wasn t working quite right I called them back and they had me swing by and tweaked whatever it is and five minutes later I was on the road again at no additional cost. A competitor told me the problem was something completely other than what it was. Hoosier really has the sweetest employees and they are very honest and will always try and get you the best deal they can!!

Had two catalytic converters installed . Found that they put two different ones on. One has a hole that I had to have plugged. Paid way to much money, that s my bad, won t be going back there. All I can say is buyer beware.

They've always been good to me and have fair prices. I'm only taking a star off because I've had to come back a couple of times to have minor issues resolved. That said, those issues have been resolved no questions asked and free of charge. They're standup guys and that seems to be hard to find in their line of work. I recommend them without hesitation!

My car was needing some exhaust work done to it, so I went to this place to get an estimate. They didn't charge anything for looking and gave me what I thought was a reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. What I liked more so about this place is they only told me what absolutely needed to be replaced and didn't try to up-sell me a gimmick. Since their price was so reasonable I went ahead and had them do the work and within 50 minutes they had everything done! I was very happy with the results and how quick and efficient the entire process was. I will definitely be considering them again in the future if I ever need anything other type of work done on my car.

Joe is nice guy, but prices are stupid. Got my resonator deleted for 92 bux. Everywhere else cost 45 to 60. He was only 1 available without wait.... for muffler delete it'd cost me 120 along with me buying my own tips. No no no, I'll cut my own muffler, keep it/ sell it, bolt on small piece pipe, along with tips. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Scott and his crew are friendly, fast, and do great work. So if you're reading this and asking yourself: Are they affordable? YES! They installed a dual exhaust cat back system on my truck for over $100 less than I could order it and then I would have had to do it myself. Are they fast? YES! Scott does not believe in a lot full of broken down cars; In and Out service and I did not have to wait days or weeks for an appointment or ordered parts. Called him on Thursday, dropped it off that afternoon and picked it up Friday. I am totally satisfied with the quality work and I Highly recommend Hoosier Brake & Exhaust!!
