Are you tired of dealerships ripping you off? Does your diesel pickup have problems and you have no idea where to take it? Look no further. Diesel Pickup Pros is the absolute best place for all your diesel truck needs. From the moment I walked through the door, they were nothing but helpful, courteous, and HONEST. Best customer service I have had in a long time. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how kind he was explaining the process to me in order to get my truck done in a timely manner. Not once was he pushy or overly aggressive. This truck runs better than a brand new RAM. I will be burnin tires and starting fires with it. I have owned diesel trucks for 20 years and this is by far the best running truck that I ever had. I am very thankful and will never own a gas truck while these guys are in business. I need to give a big shout to my Lucas Oil family for giving me the best oil money can buy. It will definitely Keep That Engine Alive. Thanks again.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! We were told that it was gonna cost over $12,000 to fix my husband's truck. That didn't sound right to me. So i asked if there was another solution that was less expensive that would hold us over until we were ready to trade it in. Paid around $2000, truck ran for 20-30 minutes and then broke down again with the exact same problem. Had it towed to a small mechanic shop and after a day and $680 it was running like a top! Plus, their labor costs are ridiculous...over $200 to change a battery! All you will find here is highway robbery!

If you just like wasting money I'd go there. My truck will NEVER be back though. They are scam artists straight up. They were trying to charge me $460+ dollars for a fuel filter installed. So just out of chance I called Coyle & their price was $139.99 installed for the same factory AC Delco filter. Stay away it's just fair warning. Jan 2024

Dave has helped work on my RAM 2500 for about two years. He has performed regular scheduled maintenance, including oil changes and new fuel filters. He also addressed an ongoing issue with an NOX sensor that continued to trigger the engine light. Most recently, he assisted with an accelerator sensor. His responses are very quick, and his turnaround time is impressive. Dave s customer service and professionalism are outstanding.As a small business owner myself, I am usually reluctant to leave reviews, but exceptional service like Dave s deserves recognition. Dave, one of the owners of Diesel Pick Up Pros, has consistently gone above and beyond, addressing every service or question I ve brought to him. Thank you for running a great business!

Had a appointment first thing in the morning. For a simple task. Waited 4 hours for a made up quote. What a scam every thing on the list was in good condition. Except for the exhaust piping. And received a bill for $170 for nothing & lies. Did not get anything accomplished here. I Will never return here! waste of time and money!

If you want a shop to take care of your vehicle the first time, this is not the shop you re looking for. After picking my truck up for the third time from these clowns(unrelated to this new issue) I just called back because my truck has a manifold leak. I was told we can fix it for sure with a thicker gasket, no point in buying new manifolds when I initial brought my truck to them ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO. The owner is on vacation (go figure) so his little office clown Brian tells me sorry I don t know what to tell you when I just called to inform him I have a leak still. This is just one instance of negligence on their part. On two seperate occasions I picked my truck up after they fixed and test drove it just to make it less than 5 miles down the road and discovering I had oil pouring from the turbo. Good thing they gave me a loaner vehicle that had a dry rotted tire that popped and left me stranded! And the cherry on top as if things couldn t get worse is the fact they never received over $500 in parts that I had shipped to them although every package was signed for by the owner. If I could give this circus no stars I would. I got my 6.5l turbo diesel back in worse condition then I left it in, my front driveshaft was in my back seat my exhaust was disconnected I have pictures of stuff not plugged back in even my alternator was unplugged wouldnt waste your time and money on this place cause you'll have to send it somewhere else anyway

Bryan Goodman has really freshened up this place! Inside and out! Check out the new signage in front and by the road! You won t miss this place! He is seeking MORE clientele for building the business! He will get the job done correctly and if you do have any issues, he will make it right for his customers! I can guarantee it s like bringing your Truck to family! He and his staff will work hard to maintain your business and get the Truck running ASAP!

Just did not have a good experience. Had truck towed there on a wednesday. Did not have any forsure answers come the following monday. Did not like how things were going and had the truck towed somewhere else. Did not like the $350 price tag for diagnostic for no definite answers.Update. Was not CP3 pump nor injectors like this place was leaning towards. Other shop had a resolution for my problem within a day and was not thousands of dollars was actually cheaper than the diagnostic charge this place charged me. Always go with your gut on certain situations.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I run a hotshot trucking business and I have had my F350 serviced here twice now. Not simple problems. I plan on adding trucks in the future and i will have them all serviced at diesel pickup pros.These guys are great, quick service and honest. Maintaining a diesel pickup is not cheap, but Diesel Pickup Pros offers fair prices and great service. Don t waste your time with a dealership that knows little about a diesel pickup. Go see Tim and let these guys take good care of you. I highly recommend Diesel Pickup Pros!

Thank You Tim and Dave for providing friendly, expert service, AND professional repairs at a reasonable price!2001 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 7.3 diesel 200k milesI'm a DIY'er, and I'm picky about who wrenches on my truck, but I ran into an issue I could not resolve on my own. Long starts, erratic/wandering idle, LOUD injectors, low power, jerkiness, etc.DTC codes 1209 and 1211 - injection oil pressure system faults.I chose DPP based on their excellent google reviews. Customer Reviews (in my opinion) say a lot about a business. Sometimes the best shops are by "word of mouth" - I was not disappointed.DPP worked the entire fault tree until my problem was identified and resolved. NOT the typical problem(s): IPC sensor, IPR regulator, pigtails, shorts in wiring, PCM. No, this was more complicated, and not an easy problem to diagnose. In my case, the problem ended up being a failure inside the HPOP (high pressure oil pump). New pump installed - problem resolved.Given the extensive amount of troubleshooting required, the overall repair cost was both fair and reasonable. And the professional manner in which the parts were repaired/replaced is definitely appreciated. Excellent company, I recommend it 100%. For people like me who, before knowing about them, had no choice but to go to the Dealer where you got your car where they only play with your mind in order to benefit only themselves. Diesel Truck Pros chose a bold name that would quickly have become a joke if they didn t live up to it but they certainly do. All the guys I spoke with at the shop were focused on my truck and how they could help. After a very thorough inspection of my 6 year old Duramax, I honestly expected them to provide a laundry list of a dozen costly repairs that I d have to pick and choose from what I could afford. In stead, they made it plain what was needed and only suggested a couple things. Even scheduling an appointment to get in and have the truck looked at, and then repaired, was light years faster than I ever imagined! To say I was pleased is an understatement. For actual diesel PROS to give my truck such quick and professional attention, at a fair price, and with real friendly service-is more than I could ask for. No doubt it s my new go-to place for my diesel truck needs!

What can I say about these guys! I ve had turbo related issues since I bought my Chevy in 2013. I ve been to dealerships to get fixed and always a bandaid with a sensor etc. Each diagnostic and repair was very expensive and a month or so later, the check eng light would pop back on. I took my truck to a friend and he recommended Diesel Pickup Pros. Dave and the crew there got me back on the road in no time. My truck runs great now and far better than it ever has for me. I can t thank these guys enough for their knowledge and professionalism. Took my 2014 6.7 diesel Ford super duty in for a vacuum pump oil leak, very good service In a timely manner, also followed up on my repair after the job was done. We ve finally found knowledgeable and robust service for our 2005 Dodge 2500 Cummins! Years of unreliable, spotty and costly service from our dealers are over. These guys are awesome. They take the time to explain the issues and the estimated costs. Their extensive knowledge of the internals of turbo diesels is amazing, and they ll get as in the weeds as you want in explaining what needs doing and why. I don t ever want to have to buy another new truck ($85k!) and having found these guys I m confident I won t have to. I heartily recommend them to anyone in need of work on their diesel pickup. I ll be a loyal customer from now on.

I work in healthcare and am not from this area. Had a check engine light indicating a problem with the DEF heater. Found this amazing group of skilled professionals on line. After researching the services offered and reading the very positive reviews, I made an appointment with the best diesel 'hospital' I could find. They got me right in. They did the appropriate diagnostics and also found a leaky engine value gasket and promptly took care of it. I can't say enough good things about their service, customer care, the promptness of the needed repairs, the very fair pricing and their sense of humor when things went awry on my end! In a world where it's tough to find good, honest mechanics. This is the place for good old fashioned service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. And the service staff will treat you right. No fluffing the estimates to make your wallet scream, just thorough and accurate diagnostics and transparent pricing. This is the only place that will service my vehicles.
