Billy, the manager at Chips, took care of us in an unexpected situation. Mechanics did a good job, quickly and thoroughly. Billy was helpful in explaining the situation and giving us advice. Chips saved us from making a big mistake. We will use them again.

Took truck in for engine replacement they took 1 year to put it in. While there for that year vandals broke windows that they didn't replace and on top of that they didn't hook up engine correctly. So much more bad I could say.We always did business with them and recommended them never again and will stear everyone we know away.

We had critters chew up the wiring in our car. Chips place quickly find the issue and provided options to correct it. They did there best to keep the cost down. It was expensive, but the guy told us it might be covered by our insurance. Thank goodness it was covered. Chips provided good honest service and provided updates. They told me it needed a wiring harness that was out of stock...no it wasn't I found it on 2 other sites...my car had a dent in the door that wasn't there before...car still doesn't run right after 5 visits and $3300.00It's doing the same thing as the day I took it to them the first time...and they tried to charge me more money and another diagnosis...Took it to dealership and it was the throttle body sensor...it had nothing to do with the wiring that they rewired and lied about being out of stock...This place will never ever touch another vehicle belonging to me!!!! I looked at some of these reviews...hhhhmmmmmm????

Extremely disappointing. Took my car in and ended up leaving with many more problems. Talked To my Fianc� and I like we had no idea what we were talking about because we are young. They caused a leak which spilled anti-freeze all in the passenger side of the car ruining the interior on the side and leaving a horrible smell. Also left a bolt out and they had no idea where it came from. Said it was already out, which it was not. Over $1800 down the drain. Car in now worse than before we took here!

I cannot believe how super fast they got my truck done. I had taken it elsewhere and the guy cut off my catalytic converters. Chip's took care of the problem in a quick, professional and very friendly down to earth way plus incredible pricing! First time I took the car to them they tried to Rip me off & I had a warranty they would not call the place & give them a diagnostic code even though they said they had called the warranty Co & they wanted to charge me for diagnostic when they couldn't produce any proof. 2nd time I tried to let them redeem their selves I had a bulb put in for it to work & they charged me 150.00. Do not take your car to this place a rip off!

Chip's Place is the only place I go for car repair and maintenance. I think they are very reasonable dealing with the cost. I'm never going to leave them.

I have used Chips for all my car repair needs for years. They are honest and their stand behind their work. If they can save you money they will.As an elderly single grandma I love that I can absolutely trust them. I've used them for over 5 years now, in fact, my whole local family uses them. I have to say, they are one of the most fair, honest, and completely upfront automotive repair places around this area. They don't dance around and try to screw you over. They will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and if said problem is severe or can be put off without repercussions. Their customer service has always been top notch in my experience. If anyone asks me to reccomend a mechanic, I always recommend them.

This is the only place I take my car. Super friendly and great service. They get the job done quickly and I ve never had an issue with anything they ve done for me. The quotes are reasonable and they won t try and pull one over on you. Totally trustworthy. I won t go anywhere else. Been going here for several years.

Offered quick estimate. Work was completed quickly and just under estimated cost. Clear communication on progress, and any issues encountered. They weren't the cheapest option available, but I feel confident that they provided better work and service than less expensive options.

Bill is so knowledgeable and friendly he really knows his stuff. The price is fair and the problem gets fixed the first time. I won't take my car anywhere else. they are one of the few trustworthy places left.

Very friendly, honest, professional people. Put a wheel bearing on my Ford Focus at the last minute and were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I definitely will come back and also refer others to their shop.

I take all my vehicles for a repair and upkeep. Billy is the counter personnel and manager of the place. He has his finger on the pulse of the operation. It runs like a well-tuned machine. I just made it funny.

We were in a very tight spot. We were traveling from Georgia on our way to a funeral. Our alternator went out. Billy worked his hardest to get to get us back on the road. He got Advanced Auto to honor the warranty on the old alternator which really saved us some money. The mechanics worked so hard and even double checked everything else to ensure that we wouldn't have anymore problems. Billy still gave us a great price when he could have easily charged us more. We had to have the work done. I really can't thank you giys enough. I highly reccomend this place for any sort or repair work. Class act all the way!

I had a problem with my battery voltage and my car would not start. This place was recommended very highly by AutoZone. I needed a new alternator which they put in and also fix my truck which would not closed. They got right on it when they said and the car was done exactly at the time he told me. I recommend this place for all of your automotive needs.

DON T GO!! They told me I needed a new radiator cooling assembly for over $500. I took my car to Big O tires on Allison lane and they said I needed a new fan switch and they fixed it for free.

Our family has been using Chips for years. They always get us in fast and the service is always great. Chips will never try to create a problem with your automobile. They fix what is broken for a reasonable price.

I broke down close to the shop. My battery was bad. Mike (one of the mechanics), was nice enough to walk over with a jump box and start me up. He was super busy all the racks were full, and he certainly didn't have to do this. Thanks for the hand!

Chip place automotive is a amazing mechanic shop the best one around this place is nothing like anybody else around here I've been going to this place for years and they never once screwed me over I highly recommend them
